From start to finish May and her teams were wonderful to work with and responsive to our kitchen needs. When others said they could not give us want we wanted, Panda Kitchen and Bath custom built our corner cabinets to fit our kitchen needs. Jay and the installation crews were courteous, professional and respectful of our home, always on time and made the adjustments needed to the cabinets and trim work to accommodate our appliances.

They went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with the cabinets and the installation, and we love our new kitchen. May was available to us throughout the process and made us feel like her only customer. We highly recommend Panda Kitchen and Bath and would use them again.

We are very pleased with the professional work done by the installers of Panda. The entire kitchen Remodeling project was designed by Jake who listened to our wants and needs, while adding his designer touch. Our kitchen looks amazing!

I can sum up our experience with Panda Kitchen & Bath with 3 letters. WOW! Having never had someone design a new kitchen for us caused a bit of anxiety. We met with May and brought in pictures of our outdated kitchen with its broken cabinets. She spent the time needed to put us at ease and go over our choices. She listened and came up with a wonderful design.

Before we knew it, they came out and thoroughly measured our kitchen and took very detailed pictures. They set a date for installation and even during the pandemic when everything was crazy and commitments weren't met - they kept theirs. The beautiful, modern cabinets, and gorgeous quartz countertops were installed. We couldn't be happier. May was always on top of things and checked-in to make sure we were happy.

She went out of way to design special custom cabinets in what was always a negative space. We have never had so much storage. Oh. the added bonus is they are very reasonable with their prices. Panda Kitchen & Bath is one of the best decisions we've ever made.

We have done a couple kitchens with Panda Kitchen and they have come out great. The designer really listens to your feedback, and the install team provides spot on measurements that really make a difference. I felt the cabinets and counters were a good value as well. Very nice quality that has held up well. If you are in the market for new cabinets and counters they are a great choice.

We were introduced to Panda Kitchen & Bath by the contractor we chose for our kitchen and bathroom renovation project. May Cheung did a wonderful job of guiding us through the myriad of choices for cabinets, hardware, and countertops. Her attention to detail and experience with the design process were invaluable assets. She was very patient as we hemmed and hawed over the various options and very flexible when we wanted to make tweaks and changes during the design phase.

She did a great job of designing a custom linen closet for the bathroom and a mobile island for the kitchen. May was proactive about communicating with us every step of the way. Jay and his crew did very good work on the installation and were very patient about making some final modifications in the field. The overall project is still several weeks away from being completed, but I hope these pictures of the cabinets and countertops will provide a good example of the quality of the work that was done. Our cabinets and counter tops are all installed. They look wonderful. The design is great. Thanks to Panda for working with us on the design and our changes along the way. We got to the perfect kitchen design for us. The two teams that put the cabinets and counter tops were great as well. The cabinet crew had a lot challenges in that our walls and celling were not square and level.

They worked hard to make sure the cabinets would fit and be level in all directions. We are really pleased with the design, craftsmanship, and value that Panda brought to our project.

The experience we had with Panda Kitchen and Bath was exceptional. We had a complete kitchen remodel, down to the studs. This was not our first complete kitchen remodel and we quickly learned their experience was unmatched. All work that was discussed was done properly by the team and the finished product was beautiful and functional. All the suggestions made by May and the team met our needs and in budget. We look forward to our next project with Panda, finishing the basement!

We had a wonderful experience working with May at Panda Kitchen and Bath! She designed a beautiful and functional kitchen. She created extra storage for me and had solutions that I would have never come up with on my own. She is on top of everything through the whole process. She was an unusually great communicator, even though she is really busy.

She answered all emails and phone calls quickly and she reached out to me regularly throughout the process. From my first appointment until the time the cabinets were installed was less than three months, which I think is fast considering how in demand contractors are right now. May was exceptionally fantastic to work with. Jay and the crew were amazing too.

They do such great work. We love our new cabinets. They are clearly so much nicer than our builder cabinets. The quality is so much better. We love the soft close drawers and cabinets. I adore the the pull out shelving in the the cabinets, and all the storage organization solutions that were added. We are very happy. We may remodel our bathroom someday and we will definitely call May.

I am sincerely appreciative of the team at Panda. May assisted us with designing a full kitchen and a kitchenette. She factored in our needs and configured a solution specific to our space. Install/delivery was scheduled for a 6 weeks lead time. I was stressed out about installation but it was an entirely smooth transaction. The team was prompt, tidy and meticulous in their work. The cabinets and countertops are absolutely beautiful. I cannot recommend the team at Panda enough.

Panda Kitchen helped us through a very difficult time. Due to a flood in our home, we had extensive water damage. The kitchen, bath, hardwood floors, etc. were damaged beyond repair and all needed to be replaced. The 'bad news' is, it took longer than we hoped to return to our home. The 'good news' is, our new kitchen is Beautiful! May and Jay and Peter were always professional.

LOOK NO FURTHER - Panda Kitchen and Bath Expo will exceed your expectations! Upon relocating to VA from CA to help care for new twin grand babies, we bought an older home, knowing we wanted a kitchen remodel. I arrived at Panda Kitchen Expo without an appointment (which I didn't know I should have). Fortunately May had availability in her schedule.

We met, discussed our remodel plans, project timing, materials selection, etc. Jay was scheduled to take measurements and May worked on our design. This team is talented and professional. They meet their schedule promises, install quality products, provide excellent customer service, leave the job site clean. We are so very pleased with the entire process from Panda Kitchen and Bath Expo! We highly recommend this team and would surely use them again.

May was incredible to work with. She was very patient and really listened to what we wanted when designing our kitchen. She also worked extra hard to make sure we hit our deadline. We could not be happier with the end result and would recommend her and Panda to anyone renovating their kitchen or bathroom. They provided the counters and cabinets and we're very integral in the layout/design.

My contractor suggested that I go to the Richmond store to work with May. After our first meeting I realized why Cecil drove the hour to Richmond. May quickly helped me design a perfect layout for my kitchen remodel. I changed my mind several times on style and color. May was always responsive and patient with my changes offering suggestions at times that helped make the remodel beautiful. Jay led a crew of skilled workers who completed the job quickly and professionally.

I noticed a spot that I thought needed touch up on one of the cabinets. When I went to point it out one of the workers had already corrected it. I highly recommend this team for any work you may need.

May, Jay and their team did a great job with our bar remodel! I am so pleased with the quality of work, the style of the product, and the service they provided. From the moment I met May, she listened, provided guidance and recommendations, and followed through every step of the way. Her drawing renditions were on point and she made sure she captured everything we discussed, even graciously making changes when needed.

When we were at a standstill on how to remodel the top cabinet, she made a special trip with Jay to my home to see what we were working with after having the wall cut out from under the stairs. We discussed various options based on our needs and she drafted the perfect top cabinet. Their team custom made the top cabinet on my front lawn and cleaned up very well afterwards.

After the installation of the top cabinet, Jay realized there was a scratch on one of the new handles so they reordered a new set. May followed up to see if we were satisfied and after mentioning a few punch list items, she assured me Jay would take care of all the items when the new handles came in. True to their word, Jay installed the new handles and took care of the minor punch list items.

Their knowledge, customer service and product is top notch. They ensured we were on the same page every step of the way and that we were satisfied. The communication is outstanding. phone calls, texts, emails and meeting invitations throughout the process. Even when things were delayed or issues came up (all things out of their control), they owned it and resolved it.

They earned every high praise with their work ethic and pride of work. I highly recommend them for any cabinet remodel and look forward to enlisting their partnership on future projects. Thank you, May and Jay!

This was our third time using Panda Kitchen and Bath for our countertops! May and her husband are incredibly professional and responsive. We even changed our minds about the length of a kitchen table at the last minute but they were so accommodating and happy to make the slab fit our new dimensions. We will continue to use them for all of our remodels! Beautiful counters!

We worked with May and the team 5 years ago. They offered very reasonable prices, personable service, and some creative design ideas. I am still so pleased with the results I felt compelled to write this review.

Wonderful experience with May Cheung and the team at Kitchen and Bath Expo. We got a couple of estimates from local competitors and not only where they the cheapest but almost 2/3 lower in price per sqft for quarts then one of our other candidates. We found the them the be extremely knowledgeable and even found a miscalculation on cabinet placement for a dishwasher alcove. (which was quickly fixed prior to installation of countertops and would have been a nightmare had it not been caught beforehand) Countertops were installed in record time and look amazing.

From countertop measurements to installation took less then 2 weeks and only 4 hours for the day to install. We chose classical white quarts with the large single bowl sink with zero radius edge corners. We love the gray veins throughout the slab and how true to white the white really is. In photos you'll also see the matte black, Moen faucet with soap dispenser and gray shaker style cabinets.

Completely satisfied with our purchase and could definitely recommend to family and friends. P.s. will be tilling wall and add floating shelves along with new appliances to complete Reno. (Work in progress)

Total kitchen renovation. Two years ago we used Panda to redo both our bathrooms. The experience was just great and when we decided to redo our kitchen we of course chose Panda. The design work process was perfect. Very easy to work with and they customized the kitchen to meet all our needs. The installation was great as well.

A painless, total transformation. The entire process was fun and easy, from design meetings with Molly, numerous showroom visits bothering Mae, efficient installation, right down to the final granite seal with Jay. The entire house looks different, with a happy kitchen!

Excellent! Molly was awesome! She made a suggestion on the best counter top in the store for my new floor and she was right. After wasting hours looking at various granite slabs we went with her idea. Trust her. Plus it was under our budget. Very professional installation. We are very pleased.

Bad customer service. Damaged new tiles and didn't own up to it. Covered entire living room with dust and wood particles because they couldn't close the balcony when working outside. They do not take responsibility for their actions.

Kitchen Remodel Our experience with Panda Kitchen and Bath was wonderful. May was more than helpful with every step of the process, and was always available to answer any questions or address any concerns. We were even able to meet with the fabricators first hand prior to having the counter-tops cut to select which areas of the granite slabs to be used where.

Panda kitchen & bath in Richmond, va is absolutely amazing. Mae was fantastic from her layout design to her response to emails. The installers were clean and precise and left us with the kitchen of our families dreams.

Worst customer service experience of my life. Charged an outrages amount to do the measurements and then would not give me the info. These guys are ripoff artists. They don't care about the retail business and act like it.
