Great emergency service when my sewer line collapsed. I'm grateful they rearranged their schedule, because we had NO drainage (all in the basement) and five others I called weren't able to schedule within 3 weeks!

I cannot say enough good things. One of the worst things that can go wrong as a homeowner happened on the coldest night of the winter for us: our furnace stopped working. I spoke with owner Chris that night and he patiently walked me through all the steps to see what was wrong. He then sent his guys out next the NEXT DAY to install. Mark and Adam were here from 8am until after 6pm in our heatless home installing a new furnace so we could have heat again.

They were professional, kind, and helpful the whole time. This was the most stressful and financially straining events to happen since owning a home, and PCS made it as painless and affordable as possible. I am so incredibly grateful for their great service and would highly recommend.

I needed an estimate and they were going to charge me $40. The guy continuously argued with me on it. So I guess they don't give free estimates.

Great experience, they did exactly the work agreed upon, on the day they said they would be here. Scheduling was very quick. The plumber who did the work was very kind and professional, he did a great job! We will use this company again for future projects.

I called PCS for an estimate and they got someone out as soon as possible to look at my bathroom faucet in the tub. The plumber (Eric) was very professional and timely. He was able to diagnose the issue fairly quickly and gave me a reasonable quote. I confirmed that I wanted to proceed and the parts were ordered right away, and I was able to schedule the work within 2 days. Again, Eric returned in a timely fashion, communicated with me prior to arriving and fixed the issue rather quickly.

He also attempted to assist with another issue and provide perfect troubleshooting. I highly recommend PCS plumbing for plumbing issues. They are reasonably priced, timely, and friendly.

Fast efficient and courteous

This was our second time using PCS and they handled the problem quickly and efficiently and without breaking the bank. Plumbing repairs are expensive that's a given but, PCS will give you an honest bottom line price to fix the problem, nothing more nothing less. Thank you!

Very rarely do I give 5 stars but the crew that replaced my sewer lines today we're absolutely wonderful. Professional, knowledgeable, and got the job done in a very timely manner. I would recommend and use PCS plumbing again.

First time home owner here. Just bought our house and my kids clogged the main sewer line with baby wipes. Only company that wasn't trying to make me wait a week to get it fixed. Got an appointment the very next day, Eric was prompt, awesome, professional, and took care of my issue quickly. Officially the only place I will ever call! Forever grateful!

Arrived home to find my lawn rolled over with heavy equipment and completely trashed and dug out, with nobody there to claim responsibility. Thankfully a neighbor that was also effected was able to let me know PCD Plumbing was responsible. Upon contacting, a random guy called back and played dumb, stating "the guy that would know is on vacation." A later call revealed that these clowns dug up my property trying to find the main associated with a neighbors property across the street.

No knock on the door, no request for permission to dig, no explanation or courtesy whatsoever. Upon further pressing for information, the guy capped an attitude and said " well technically you don't own the sewer main." SO you can just destroy my property that I just had landscaped a few years ago and have no recourse? I think not. Lawsuit pending. Don't go anywhere near these clowns.

Wish I knew about PCS sooner! They are knowledgeable, reliable, and more reasonably priced than others I have used. When I called about my utility tub backing up and pipes started to leak, they came the next morning to snake inside and outside. When he said dirt was blocking the pipes, I was dreading the phrase "have to dig". He told me they could dig in the next day or two.

I told him sooner the better would be greatly appreciated since I couldn't use any water. They started digging by 8am the next morning! The three young men who came over the two days were very personable, professional, and answered my many questions. Will definitely keep PCS as my #1 plumbing and heating company! Thank you!!

Outstanding service and exceeded expectations. Prompt, professional, personable, and knowledgeable. We had them fix and replace multiple plumbing fixtures as well as install and re-plumb the sump pump in our new house. We were very impressed at the quality of work, attention to detail, and overall expertise. We are subsequently having a new water heater installed and are thrilled to have them handling the job. These guys are great. They put in my air conditioner and hot water tank. They fixed my furnace a month ago. Last night my sink backed up and he was here at 10 am. Great job and reasonable. Recommend them highly.

They have fixed my kitchen leak, replaced piping and annual servicing for my boiler and have always provided high quality work and been very professional. I would definitely recommend them!

Neat, clean work and very professional. Back in July/August, Installed tankless hot water system, wash tub in garage, new sump pump and ran new gas line to stove. Everything has been a wonderful! Would highly recommend.

These guys were OUTSTANDING! I'm new to the area and arrived to my house with no heat. Entire system had failed and temps were dropping. They were out in a matter of hours and began work replacing the system very early the next AM.
