My original plumber who was contacted to reconnect plumbing after new countertops were put in had to cancel last minute and so Atta-Boy came highly recommended so I gave them a call. From the moment Lisa answered the phone I had a great feeling about this company. Lisa walked me through everything and said that she would get someone out that same day (I was shocked)!

Within 3 hrs of calling, Clint and Chris showed up at my door, assessed all of the items that needed to be fixed, provided me a quote and then out the door they went to get parts. Within an hour they were back and got right to work! Now all of my sinks are in working order, they installed a new downstairs toilet and also cleaned my tankless system.

Yes and I do appreciate that however I strictly told them to not show up to my house before 9am and they completely ignored that and started knocking at my door at 8am. I wont use this company again. Called on a Sunday afternoon to schedule a estimate for a new 2 way clean out to be dug out and installed in the front yard and some jetting to be done. Never heard back. Benjamin Franklin Plumbing called back that following morning and did the estimate a hour later. Benjamin Franklin Plumbing did a great job.

We contacted AttaBoy plumbing to come and investigate an odor coming from our basement/septic system. They showed up right on time and determined that it was likely leaking from a bad seal on one of the tanks in our basement. They decided the best solution would be to replace the lid to the tank rather than attempt to seal it. I okayed the purchase and they told me they would return in 2 days. This was 4 weeks ago and they have not returned or contacted us. The smell continues while we wait for the repair to be completed.

Yesterday Scott with Atta Boy Plumbing came to my apartment off of Washington Blvd to fix a leak in the unit below mine, but needed access to my unit to complete the job. It was such a joy to have Scott there. He was EXTREMELY professional and he knows how to talk to people. He treats the people he works with as people and not merely like a customer or another job.
