Ben was efficient, responsive, knowledgeable and respectful of our home (new floors that were always kept dry). He offered us advice on a couple of other issues we discovered in our new home and was able to immediately provide quotes on those items as well. He explained everything he was doing before doing it and there were no surprises. Absolutely recommend Ben and Hope plumbing!

The office/scheduling staff were pleasant and efficient. Richard V, the plumber, arrived within 2 hours of my original call, and it was not urgent. Richard was thoroughly professional- listened carefully to my concerns, provided a very nice collection of possible courses of action with estimates in several price ranges. One we agreed in a course of action, Richard completed the work quickly and efficiently. He was incredibly pleasant and his work was impeccable. I could not have had a better experience!

I called looking for assistance with a leaking faucet today. The initial call into the office was efficient and customer service was refreshing. We were scheduled and David the tech was able to arrive sooner than planned. He's a class act, very knowledgeable, and a pleasure to interact with. If you need a plumbers assistance, this is where you should start. Thank you for the great service!

Avoid this company at all cost. Where do I begin. I hired Hope Plumbing to do three things: (1) unclog my kitchen sink, (2) hook up the COLD water to my toilet, and (3) fix the water pressure in the shower. Here is how it worked out: Item 1: They told me that the plumbing for my kitchen sink was installed improperly, and quoted me $4k to fix it. But with the help of a friendly handyman we got the lines cleared and the sink draining in 15 minutes (simply by raising the pipes slightly in the basement).

Item 2: They capped the incorrectly-routed hot water line to my toilet, and drilled into my vanity to access the cold water line. only to HOOK BACK INTO THE HOT WATER LINE! (photos attached) Item 3: They fixed the shower pressure. I'll give them that. But that was only after multiple calls and emails (as they had failed to fix this on the first visit), and they only seemed to respond when I called the after hours emergency line.

And to complete this terrible experience, they up-sold me on a water softener which I didn't want or need, but went along with because I was just too busy/nice enough not to recognize the swindle that was happening. Avoid this company at all cost. For your own sake. - Edit- in response to the Owner, the invoice is attached. You will see it explicitly says "Also had a hot water line running to toilet. Disconnected hot water line to toilet and connected to cold water supply from sink." And it looks like you guys charged me $750.72 for screwing this up.

In addition: You also charged me $394 to install a "designer faucet". This faucet is not a "designer faucet". It costs $40 at Home Depot, and fits the standard 3-hole kitchen sink. but I had no idea you were charging this much because the shady initial invoice had no prices applied to each line item. It was only after I disputed the charges with the financing company that I was finally sent an itemized invoice, discovering that I was ALSO charged nearly $900 to install a normal stainless steal sink (which still leaks to this day, and the worker severely damaged my countertops while installing).

Hope Plumbing isn't the least expensive option, but you get what you pay for. They're professional (including with COVID precautions), on time, pick up when you call, and always make sure the job is done to your satisfaction. Recently, my kitchen sink started leaking from both the drainpipe and supply line. Jarrod came out, diagnosed and explained the issue, and fixed it perfectly. Hope has done shower repair and toilet installation for us as well.

Person answering the phone was pleasant, efficient, solicitous and let me know exactly what their staff would do to get on with our day and our toilet taken care of. Tyler arrived just when he said, gave me options and conversed with me, never anything but trustworthy and helpful. Got everything repaired or replaced and he double and triple checked every joint. He was done quickly and left the site clean. I am over the moon with delight for the service and product we received from Hope Plumbing!

I love this company. They are very prompt and super good at keeping you updated on arrival time. This is my second time using Hope Plumbing. The employees are very nice and personable and answer any questions you may have. The price is very reasonable. Plus I am a small business owner and I believe in supporting the small man! Definitely recommend them!

Within two hours of a call for help, they contact me with an accurate ETA and get the work done fast and right. I appreciate that they give multiple quotes for different levels of service and always apply coupons available without hassle. My family and I are big fans of Hope Plumbing. I know that probably sounds strange being a fan of a plumbing company but we're good with it. After moving into our house, we needed a new water softener and a pressure booster installed. We made and, only one call, to have the work done. We trust Hope Plumbing to do the job and do it right.

The team at Hope Plumbing was knowledgeable, professional and reasonable. My sewer collapsed and the weather and a variety of other factors (outside of the Hope teams' hands) made it a bit longer of an engagement than either of us planned.

Fantastic experience with the team at Hope Plumbing. I discovered no hot water and a puddle of water around the water heater. I called Hope first thing in the morning, concerned that they might not be able to come out the same day.

Hope is the type of company Indianapolis needs more of. Driven by work well done, not just getting the job over with. I've had Hope work on numerous jobs at my restaurant and house, by a number of different team members, and never been disappointed, and disappointed is my 5th middle name. Hope really does awesome work. No joke. I recommend them to other restaurants as well as friends.

I called on Monday to schedule an appt. on Tuesday. They said they could be there between 2-5pm. They actually called around 12:30pm on Tuesday and said they could be there sooner. The plumber arrived ahead of time, asked a few questions and proceeded to clear the drain with a snake. After the drain was cleared he used a treatment on the drain. He was very professional, and fast.

Supposedly paid for a main line clearing that clogged again 3 days later. They installed a simple access tube to the main line and i ended up paying $1800. I have consulted other plumbers with the issue and all agreed i was overcharged.
