Victoria and Josh were great. The temperatures were in the high 90s to low 100s all week and they pushed everyday to get our new ac up and running as quickly as possible. They worked tirelessly daily and kept us regularly updated on progress, problems, etc. Simply an incredible team! They are the type of people that make good companies great.

Would not recommend this company at all. Used to work for them and owner is greedy. Owner charged me for a tank of nitrogen when I left the company when it was SUPPOSED to be truck stock item. What am I going to do with a tank of nitrogen? I'm using that for drain lines for your customers! $350. way to try and get out of paying me a full final check. Would not recommend as well for customers. Save your money and go somewhere else.

My husband and I are very happy with our new HVAC system installed by General Air. Vic, Josh and the entire team worked very hard on my install. Excellent service. The owner provided me with the specifications for different options for a new HVAC. The pricing structure was flexible; I did not have to buy a bundled product. As I already had a wireless thermometer, a whole house and HVAC surge protectors I was saved the cost of buying these items. The company pulled the required permit, and the employees were a pleasure to work with. I appreciate their attention to detail. I look forward to doing business with them again.

They had fast service for me, they informed me of what they were doing and educated me to help prevent further problems. I'm mad that I can't remember the name of the technician who came out because he was amazing! I called and got lucky to get next day service with some texting with a tech for advice the night before, for free, and most importantly was not charged an arm and a leg!

To clean my unit and I mean clean, it was about $200 and compared to spending $10K to replace the unit, General Air was a god send! Thank you guys for the knowledge, courtesy, and for fixing and preventing any major damage to my AC unit!

Eleven years ago, I took pot luck on finding an A/C contractor who could fix my 42 year old central A/C unit. The contractor said he could not fix the problem, and I had to purchase and install a new system. I kept looking and found General Air Conditioning. Their skilled craftsmen came to the house and fixed the problem (and several others after that). Eleven years later, my A/C quit working, and General Air Conditioning could not fix the problem because the 53 year old system needed replacement.

I agreed. (I'm a retired engineer.) Tim Bruce and his highly skilled craftsmen (and craftlady) installed the new system in just three days, the only restraining factor being receiving parts from suppliers 100 miles away. These guys and gals are the best. Be assured you will receive quality service and equipment and timely service from General Air Conditioning in San Antonio. And their prices are competitive.

Here I am again, two years later leaving another review for General Air. They just left after a brutal 4 day install for me. This crew. I LOVE them! Victoria, Keyshawn, Jacob and Christopher did a phenomenal job. Clara is amazing also, she's the one who cleaned the drain back in June which prompted me for a new system.finally. Victoria needed space for some tools in my garage, she asked if she could leave tools in there while they were here.

I said of course.next thing I know, she organized my garage a bit . As they were leaving, she's sweeping my stairs and living area.they didn't even make a mess. I cannot get over what an amazing job they did. The new vents on ceiling look so good, I didn't know what a difference that would make, cosmetically as well as functionally. The install also came with a Halo-LED whole home purification system.

This system reduces bacteria, viruses, mold, etc. The crew left and I was so excited, I went back up into the attic to look at the unit again. It's like Christmas! They ran new ducts which is not easy this time of year, didn't cut any corners to finish fast. They took their time to do it right. My attic looks totally different, I should have taken before photos.

There is no better feeling than having something done right. I will no longer worry about my air going out (at least for the next 10-15 years) It's worth every penny. They installed a new AC system that just passed inspection from the city. Tim (owner) understood my needs and recommended the perfect unit for my house. General Air came out today to do the standard maintenance service, but wow, they did a whole lot more than we ever expected and all as part of their Annual Maintenance agreement. We have been with Gen Air for many years and we appreciate them more and more as the years go by. The two gentlemen did a fabulous job, cleaned up after themselves and left us with a smooth running system. You can count on them to give you the very best always.

We wanted to replace our 14 year old AC, Heating system, Thermostat, and Duct Work, while they were running well. We are the original owners and have always had lots of dust even though we would vacuum once to twice per week and use three air purifiers. I suspected the excessive amount of dust was coming through the vents/ducts. The old ducts layed on top for the insulation and had lots bends where the air was restricted.

There were also openings in the duct, which allowed for dust and less efficiency. I began studying everything I could get my hands on from you tube to product web sites, off and on for the past two years. There was only two products that I wanted to consider and one was Trane. Since my units were running, I had the luxury of getting many bids over a three week period.

If my units had to be replaced, I might have to settle quickly on a product, company, and price I would regret. I understand that Trane units are becoming difficult to come by. Tim Bruce, the owner of General Air Conditioning, came to our home to assess the project. He wasn't going to cut any corners or try to get me to settle for shortcuts. I believe that you will hire General Air Conditioning, if you compare them with other companies.

A three person team came to our home to perform the work. They were Vic (the team leader), Chris, and Jacob. I could not have asked for a better hard working crew. Let me also mention Lillian, she works in the office. She is most professional. I actually cancelled a company that I had scheduled to get a quote from, because of the office person. They are an overall reflection of the company.

During the process Tim came by to check on things and at completion to do a quality assessment. I don't know of many owners that are so involved and readily available. All of my duct work is now hanging beautifully without large bends. I have all now boxes and grills that are properly sealed. The dust is nearly all gone. We're getting a nice rebate from CPS Energy because we installed higher energy efficient units. We could not be happier that we chose General Air Conditioning,

We switched to Tim's company over 15 years ago and haven't looked further since. His company is trustworthy, honest, reliable and just plain out and out great. His technicians are well educated in their field and praise Tim as a boss. We have done business with other companies through the years but since finding General Air our hunt is over. We do not hesitate to highly recommend them.

All of my interactions with this company have been great. Please tell the secretary, oops I mean office manager, to always send Vic or Clara for my service calls. Top notch in my book, as they had to initially change out the heaviest equipment from upstairs location.

I've been working with this company for years and they continue to provide outstanding, reliable, professional and reasonably priced service. I recommend them to anyone who needs AC/Heating professionals.

I first want to start by saying the service I received from the techs has been great and would rate that portion as five stars. However, I strongly recommend if any parts need to be replace and it is something that is simple to replace, please do your homework!

Excellent service and professional installation of our new A/C system. Tim came out to our house two times to charge our old A/C with Freon to keep us cool until our new system could be installed. Personal service you do not receive from other companies in this day and time.
