UPDATE 3/15/22 HOME Work completed at my home. Previous review below was about service at my office. Hey Jason I just wanted to thank you for the service I received today. I've been in the retail customer service business for 35 years and I loved the way you handled the day. When unforeseen issues arose, which is almost always the case with a 125 year old house, you involved me in the approach to resolve the issues.

The entire crew was kind and answered my questions. They cleaned up after themselves and they did not smoke, so no cigarette butts all over my yard! Overall you scored an A+. SMALL COMMERCIAL OFFICE After dealing with many other roofing contractors over the years with varying degrees of success, it was refreshing to call Bradford and have them come out an inspect the roof of my office condo due to a leak.

When no one else would show up because it was winter they came out and assessed what they could. As soon as the snow melted they gave it full inspection and sent pictures. Work to be completed when weather permits. I liked them so much they bid my house and while everyone else complains they have no crews because of COVID, Bradford has crews ready to go ASAP.

We wanted to thank you for the excellent job on the roof replacement and skylight installation for our home. Your crew was punctual, courteous, professional, and clean. From the first contact with Sean through to the clean-up after the roof was completed, working with you and your crew was a pleasure. In fact, I note that while our roof was replaced in three days, including time out for a "nail inspection", our neighbor's roof is still not completed!

Thank for the great job on our new roof! Your workers showed up on time and did a highly professional job from old roof tear-off to new roof finish. They also handled the extra replacement of rafters in a timely way, letting me know the materials and labor before the work was done. The work site was left very clean and the additional tarps to protect the garage were very much appreciated.

If you ask about my opinion of Bradford Xteriors. I found them very cooperative and well behaved as if I was very comfortable with them while sharing my requirement and inspection exercised during they while installing Asphalt shingles at my roof. If I felt the finishing is not proper I used to tell them for doing it again and they never denied it. I like their commitment to my satisfaction. So they will always be my first choice for these types of services.

This is a class act bunch. Communication was great from start to finish, They roofed our farm (5 buildings) in just under three days. Clean up was key for me as we have lots of livestock. Thanks again to a wonderful group.

They did two roofs for me on rental properties. Going to use them again on my own home. One in and out of the site and cleaned up everything like they weren't even there. Great company response and customer service.

Just shy of perfect! gave a 2 because we did have a small issue but they were so prompt to take care of it. was very happy with the roof it looks wonderful. Have refered them to 3 of my neighbors and they gave me a gift card for dinner ot was great that they actually did what they promised.
