We used Trenton, Roofing and Siding to replace our roof. Our overall experience was outstanding. Brian Fallon did an excellent job. He kept in constant communication and was always available to answer all of our questions. On the day of the installation, Brian came to our home two times to check in and upon completion he followed up that evening and yet again the next day.

We were truly impressed. The crew assigned to replace the roof were professional, courteous and made sure to clean all the debris prior to them leaving. The roof looks beautiful and we highly recommend Trenton, Roofing and Siding. Prices were fair but more importantly the way they treat their customers is second to none. We made the right choice.

Trenton Roofing did a fantastic job on the Washington Crossing State Park's Nature Center Pavilion roof. They replaced the entire roof as well as several rotted 1x6 supports. They arrived on time for both the estimate and the work, explained everything beautifully, and cleaned up after. This pavilion will be there for thousands more park visitors, thanks to their great work.

We had +21 year double layer roofs on our main house and shed building; which was once a chicken coop. Our Victorian house was built in 1887. We had no leaks, but I am a firm believer in preventive maintenance. After a search of multiple roofers, we choose Trenton Roofing and Siding for cost and presentation qualities from Brian Fallon. The Trenton team started at our house on Wednesday 11/10 at 07:00 am by installing temporary protection over our New Patio, Walkway, and AC Unit. They were a well oiled team of professionals that treated our house as their own. They had to rip off two layers of roofing and replaced the roof panels that were to damaged to use. They were very clean through out the project and left the house the way it was when they came to the property. We would recommend them to anyone in our neighborhood and our Family.

After searching for a roofing company that can provide us excellent work at a reasonable price, we spoke to a friend and a neighbor who had their roof replaced recently by Trenton Roofing. Upon calling their office to provide us a free estimate, Brian Fallon dropped-off a sample book and emailed the proposal. Brian and I scheduled a meeting to discuss the project. Brian was very thorough in his explanation of the process and was very nice to answer all our questions and concerns patiently.

The work crew started before 7:00 AM and finished installing and cleaning-up by 7:00 PM. The entire team was very efficient. We are satisfied and happy with our new roof. I highly recommend Trenton Roofing.

Overall a great job! I want to thank the owner Joe for showing great customer service skills and being patient with me. The crew worked hard and long to finish a very grueling 2 day project. I live in Roosevelt NJ and those whom are familiar with these flat roofs in the area would know the amount of work to rip up 4 layers of old material. They finished the rip up in one long day with a very sizable experienced crew.

The next day at 6:50am they were back at it making repairs to wood work and installing new roof. By 7:30pm that evening the roof was finished and they cleaned the yard of debris to where it was practically spotless. Fantastic job! Roof looked great as well!

We had Brian Fallon come the day of our house inspection to get a quote for new roof. From the beginning of meeting him that day until the project was complete, we had an excellent, professional experience. The crew was punctual and efficient with the project (both roof and skylight). Trenton roofing did my roof replacement and promise to do steel chimney cap. It has been 4 months and never came back to replace chimney cap. My chimney has rust on it and water is coming inside and ruining everything. Andrew Schreck was assigned sales man for my roof and chimney. He is keep making excuses and never got back to me. I already paid half price for chimney and he is keep telling me one pipe has to install inside chimney but never came back to install. Very poor service!

After buying a house we were led to believe had no roof problems, we found six different leaks in the living room area, from the ceiling and clerestory windows, and decided a new roof was the only way to go. We actually tried calling another company several times before Trenton Roofing, but while the other company never called us back, Trenton Roofing's response was immediate and positive.

We were connected to one of their roofing consultants, Brian Fallon, who inspected our roof, made recommendations, including replacing the leaky windows, and offered several choices reflecting roof strength and cost. The estimates were very reasonable and we jumped in. One selling point for us was that our roofing consultant would be present for the roof's installation and available for any questions or concerns we might have. Trenton Roofing was experiencing a busy period when we signed our contract, so we had to wait for several weeks for our roof to go on, but the calendar situation was made clear to us in advance, so the wait was no surprise.

Our consultant and the Trenton Roofing office staff kept us informed of the calendar choices. Our old roof went off and our new roof went on all on one day! Trucks of workers arrived early and worked like a well-oiled machine, until our beautiful new roof was fully replaced--- all on the day before a big rain storm. And when the storm hit: No leaks!

My attic fan cover blew off with them last storm. It took a few weeks to schedule bec they were super busy but these guys did a fantastic job. They kept me in the loop via email and text until they were able to schedule us. The office team is fantastic, as is Brian, our rep.

Estimate and work was well-explained and clear. Work was completed on time and according to estimate. One day for stripping old roof, replacing some stained plywood, sealing around existing skylights and installing a new one. Clean up was thorough. Everything completed in one day. Nothing negative to report at all.

Roofing is thankless and hard.these guys are pros! They have it down to a science and did a great job with setup, taking off the old shingles, putting on the news ones and then cleaning up afterward. Highly recommend!

Had a leak in a four year roof. Trenton roofing quoted me a fair price and a detailed excellent proposal. While waiting for work to be schedule a wind storm came thru our town and ripped off a piece of aluminum fascia. Trento Roofing come out the next day and took care of this fascia. I found out my problem was not my roof leaking but rather my chimney was never properly sided by the builder. Now all set. Would recommend Trenton Roofing for service.

Watch the Trenton Roofing contract. The fine print holds a disclaimer that they have 6 months to complete the job. a 50% deposit is required to put your job on the schedule. We had active leaks in the roof and we were assured that the new roof would be completed within 1 month. Trenton Roof refused to only repair the roof, we needed to commit to a new roof.

We received a message at 9:45 AM one day that we needed to respond by 11 AM if they were going to start work in 48 hours. Your call will not be picked up. This is the scam that they play to delay jobs. This happened no less than 6 times. We had to call from different phone numbers in order to get scheduling updates. The yard was littered w roofing debris and nails after they finished. What a nightmare.

Needed to have minor repairs to copper seams, flashing and slate shingles in connection with a house sale (required by buyer) -- all well within Trenton's advertised capability. Trenton refused to do the job. Said "too much liability" and "too short term". When I recapped and said, " so you are refusing to quote because its not enough money and we wont be around to hire you again", the agent told me I was "putting words in his mouth." Then said "oh our schedule is booked 3 weeks out anyway so we wouldn't be able to do it before your closing". Really a sickening, disappointing, greedy attitude.

Joe From Trenton roofing called me right back and was very nice about helping me fix the problem. They came out before the rain and refixed it and Monday they are suppose to come and fix wall and ceiling. He seemed like he truly cared about his customers and workmanship after that.

I contacted Trenton Roofing and Siding in need of a new roof and some other repairs. The sales team was prompt, thorough and informative. I decided to go with them and they set up a team to do the work. They crew arrived at 7am and by 715 the house was covered with protective tarps and they were hard at work. They tore off 2 layers of shingles, added a ridge vent, a new attic fan and layed the new roof.

By 330 the same day they were cleaning up. They left my property spotless and protected expensive landscaping. From begining to end i was thoroughly pleased with the company. Their efficency and professionalism make it clear they have been at this a long time. Highly recommend!

Needed to know the ballpark pricing for installing copper flashing on a single chimney, a fairly concrete, well-defined job, but would not discuss at all without doing an on-site estimate. I completely understand the need to come out before providing an official bid or proposal, or even a ballpark if the job is vague, but an unwillingness to discuss pricing at all before coming out is not customer focused.

Great customer service from the office staff who answer our call to the rep who came out to give us an estimate. Friendly, estimate was competitive, and great communication. They came out and replaced our whole roof in a 1/2 day.

The company was great informative and follow up when needed. The workers were good. Before the workers work on my front roof they expressed concerns to the sales manager. Sales manager took into consideration their concerns and suggestions and fixed my roof at no additional cost!

We called up Trenton Roofing on short notice to check out some roof issues on a house were are buying in the area. I was quite impressed how they made the appointment happen considering the very narrow time constraint we had. They also showed up early and checked everything out without any hassle. Unfortunately the scope of the work was outside what they normally do, so we had to find a different company. That said, Id definitely check in with them again if we had any future roofing repair needs.
