This was the first company we ever had for pest control. Seems we had to purchase a bond that cost us &1,500. After they sprayed something in the home we still had ants. Called them back and the owner came. We were supposed to get a discount of &60.00 every other month for bug control. The owner told us the saleslady gave us the wrong price and added more money on to the bill. He was not friendly and they were rude.
Seniors should stay away from these companies, they take advantage. See other review from second company. Gets worse!

very professional, actually saved me a lot of money by checking with another business to validate termite warranty and actually saving me money by confirming the coverage with another company. very refreshing to deal with such an ethical company. I had the best experience with Karen, she is the best I've ever worked with. Not only did she meet my expectations, she exceeded them! I needed pest control and also a new irrigation system, she works with a sister company as well Orlando Irrigation Experts and I am getting everything done with them. My lawn care, pest control, and irrigation system all brand new. Pricing is very affordable and the customer service is incredible!

I was completely satisfied with the way Carl took care of our rat problem. I am a business owner and had a rat infestation in my business lunch room. I needed this problem taken care of quickly. Critter & Pest Defense gave us the best estimate & came quickly to set traps and remove rats.he located where the rats were getting in & solved the problem.
