Three-Way Plumbing Services

I've used Three Way for several years and over 3 major jobs replacing master bath fixtures, a grinder pump, and a hot water heater. Every time we've used them they have been responsive, fairly priced, and done a good job for our family. The last time however, they really showed me why they deserved a 5 star rating. After having our hot water heater replaced in last 2019, and having loved it for about a year and a half, we began to find that hot water was sporadically not available. Called in Three Way to take a look since it was still under warranty and they were out within a day to look.

After about an hour of checking, they determined that part of the "brains" of the heater needed to be replaced. They contacted the manufacturer and had the part shipped to me directly where it should arrive in a matter of days. Of course Murphy's Law kicked in, and literally a day after that the hot water heater stopped working completely and we were facing several days of cold showers waiting on the part. Unfortunately, the day came where the part was expected, and it never showed.

After contacting Three Way and letting them know, they reached back out to the manufacturer, and when they were unable to get the part tracked or any type of assurance that it would be to me as promised, Three Way did something I never expected. They showed up with a new system completely and had it replaced in less than 3 hours. They stood behind their work, even when it wasn't THEIR work that was the problem. Been a long time since I've had a company that was willing to truly go above and beyond, but this is definitely one of those companies.

We had been having an ongoing issue with a slow and stopped up drain in one of our downstairs bathroom sinks. No matter how much liquid plumber I pour down the drain, the issue would persist! Decided to call in a plumber and was given 3-Way Plumbing as a recommendation from a neighbor. I called late (after hours) on a Saturday and expected to not hear anything until Monday.

But on Sunday I received a call from a nice lady that helped me set up an appointment for the next day. They arrived within the 2 hour window I was given, diagnosed and fixed (snaked the drain) the blockage, and all at a price I was happy to pay. I hope I don't have to, but I will definitely use them again for any future plumbing needs.

Friendly and courteous service by the technician. It was exactly as described during my initial contact. The technician was very friendly, brought in drop cloths/mats to protect floors and minimized the amount of water and debris. I can't think of anything that would have made it better!

After discovering a water leak under my kitchen sink, I called Three Way Plumbing. The technician, Josh, arrived shortly thereafter. In addition to replacing the garbage disposal, he also checked the general plumbing throughout the house.

I would never call Three Way Plumbing again due to their outrageous prices. For less than one half hours work, I was charged $506 (with my senior discount)! I was staying with 4 grandchildren while my son was out of town and found out that night that 2 toilets were completely clogged and in danger of overflowing.

Problem started with low water pressure. If spigot were opened in first floor, little or no flow was available on second floor. Tom, the technician from Three Way Plumbing came and speculated the problem would be a failed pressure regulator then about twenty years old.

Josh was awesome! I am very satisfied with my service and will call Three Way for all my plumbing needs from now on, as well as recommend them to my family and friends. Thank you!

Excellent service! Have used 3 way plumbing on 2 separate occasions, and had an extremely positive experience both times. Would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone in the area.

Steve was great! Very professional, friendly and helpful--answered my questions and now will be in touch for a whole house carbon filter system installation in April. Very happy to have been referred to Three-Way by my friend Martin House.

I was at first disappointed and I let the owner know. It seems it was a miscommunication between myself and the plumber that first came out. The owner really wanted to make it right and she sent another plumber Steve out and he did a great job.

Been using them for years! They are always available when needed, prompt, and go ABOVE AND BEYOND! Dustin was here today and while it didn't go as i had hoped, (need a new water heater) he did everything possible to help!

Very responsive when we called to set up appointment (Danielle). Tom called us 30 minutes before he came to our house and was on time. Offered a number of solutions to fix problem to choose from. He was friendly and knew what he was doing.

They were nothing short of spectacular. On time, gave pricing options, very knowledgeable, professional, and worked quickly and timely. I would definitely use them again.

I had granite countertops installed by Carolina Granite and unbeknownst to me, they do not reconnect the plumbing so I contacted 3 Way Plumbing since they had been to my home from a home warranty issue I had and I was satisfied with the work they completed. I only needed a faucet installed and the plumbing reconnected (dishwasher, garbage disposal and PVC pipes for sink).

The PVC pipes were practically brand new since the garbage disposal was replaced last December. I was charged $757 for this work and feel this is highway robbery. I didn't ask for the pipes to be replaced which they were and it took less than an hour and a half to complete the job. My advice after this expensive experience is to hire an independent plumber who doesn't pass their overhead onto the customer as you'll be paying for their high tech work vans and advertising costs.

The company was extremely helpful to us during two recent plumbing emergencies; in one of them, they called us several times after normal working hours to help us find an inexpensive temporary solution until we could resolve the bigger problem - and they did this without charge! I will definitely call Three Way Plumbing in the future for any problems that may arise.
