They should allow Negative Stars. They came and did an inspection never bothered to call back just kept telling me they tried to call me over 2 weeks.checked my phone records and NO CALL BACK. The CS who I spoke to was so rude and arrogant, thought he a BEE of his going on. I can see why there reviews are so bad. I think the 4 or 5 start are probably all false. Sent a guy who didn't know what to do had to report back with his pictures. What a joke. Save your money.these guys wont do a damn thing and will bill you for it! Total scammers.

Take the time to see the reviews, and you will see and read everything you need to know. Unless you're family, you will always get the short end of the stick. Wait, it gets better. No benefits for workers. Family members get them, everyone else is deemed not important enough. They take advantage of their customers, and will put you in an awkward spot because of it.
Owner is ball to the wall out of it. Goes by Daniel. Argues with customers who see through his bull. Give it time and they'll go under. Worst part is they're doing it themselves. There are better pest control companies who actually honor the work they say they're going to do, instead of taking advantage of people and trying to milk every damn customer you come across. They're even known to charge you for work you didn't sign up for if previous owners were dumb enough to do so. Be careful.

We have used Beebee for many years. I liked that it is a family owned company & the office staff was very friendly & helpful in scheduling. However, the chemicals they used did not work. I would find live bugs even a few days after they sprayed. I would need to have them come out very often which added up to a lot of money each month. For months I had asked for an inspection to determine how the bugs & lizards were getting in.
They kept saying they would perform this service, but never did. I had one final interaction with the owner who was extremely rude & hostile, so I canceled my service. I called Orkin and after one treatment I never saw another bug! Don't waste your time with Beebee, call Orkin!

If you are considering using this company to take care of any issue you have, you are choosing the right service. Beebe's Pest Control carries a personal touch, and makes you feel that your needs are always very important no matter how big or small. Don't let the negative 1-star reviews on this page indicate what this business represents, because as a customer for over 2 years they have shown that if there's ever a problem I still feel hasn't been resolved, the owner and the customer service make sure they reach out and do everything they can until the issue is worked out.

I love Beebe's! They have been my go to pest control for YEARS and I've never had any issues. The monsoon season brought us unwanted mosquitoes that were no challenge for this awesome team! Every time I call I am greeted with friendly professional customer service reps that know all their stuff. I recommend them to all my friends and family.

This company is the WORST. The previous owners of a house we bought years ago used Beebe's. When we moved in, Beebe's called us and said it was time to renew. Of course, I wanted to look into it before we spent hundreds of dollars with a company I knew nothing about. After researching, We eventually went with another pest control company (Insectek).
We had multiple termite issues through out our time in our Phx house and they were great each time. (You pay once a year and then they come out for free anytime you have an issue. We lived on what used to be farmland so the termites LOVED our area.) Anyway, I told Beebe's we went with another company and wouldn't be needing their services and yet. they kept calling.
And sending bill-like renewal notices. (See picture). It was Completely annoying and unprofessional. This brings me to what happened a couple nights ago and the reason I'm finally leaving a 1-star review. Last year, we moved to a different state where termites aren't a thing. (Woohoo!) But what did we just get in the mail?! You guessed it, Another "bill" from Beebe's!
How they got our new address I don't know but it was listed plainly on the renewal they sent us so it wasn't just forwarded. They physically sent us this shady "bill" to our new house in a non-termite state. Again, The renewal looks EXACTLY like a bill stating we owe them money and it makes me nervous for the people who maybe don't know any better and will give this company their cash.

We just purchased our new home and noticed a spider outside and scorpion, I figured needed a good post control company to treat the yard and home. So we called Beebe's Pest Control, the office girl is amazing, informative and very patient especially with my busy schedule. She set up our monthly visit, auto pay and everything, we haven't seen a thing since, we feel a lot safer now.thanks Beebe's Pest Control you guys are amazing, I recommend whoever reads this call them, you won't regret it.

I had noticed a few termite tubes in my house. I called Beebes pest control in Mesa, AZ and had someone come out. The inspector showed up on time and was very courteous. He explained the process to me while I showed him the termite tubes. He went on to spray the base of my house, however I was told he would do much more than just spray. 4 days after the service 5 more tubes developed, I called another company(Proof Pest Control).
As I suspected they confirmed that the service promised was not performed. This time the service was done and he showed me the proof. I will not be using Beebes pest control ever again, which kind of sucks because they were prompt and nice. But i didn't pay over $400.00 to meet a nice person I wanted a service. My townhouse rental ended up with roof rats due to my neighbors getting them and making their way through the attic. My landlord called BeBes who came and set outside bait traps and traps in the attic which were to be checked weekly, I also set my own traps. For two weeks, BeBes traps caught morhing while mine caught several rats. The third week, no one showed up during the scheduled time and no one called to say they weren't going to make it and we rescheduled for another day in which they did not show so my landlord cancelled with the company after 532 dollars he paid over a months span and their traps failed.
The company CALLED ME to set up for a tuesday to come get their traps in the attic and outside. no one showed, I called and rescheduled for Wednesday, no one showed or called AGAIN. Today being thursday, I called and asked to speak to the manager and the owner himself called me and very rudely told me to keep the traps, my landlord cancelled so it's not his problem anymore.
After I tried to explain that my landlord paid for the weekly service that no one showed up to before the service was cancelled, the OWNER proceeded to yell in the phone. ITS CANCELLED, ITS CANCELLED, ITS CANCELLED. So now I am left with getting traps out of my attic, which my or may not have a rat in them, as well as disposing of the outside bait traps.

NEVER CALL THEM! I called multiple pest controls a year ago to get an estimate and Beebe's was one of them. They never called me back and a year later am getting emails from them stating I need to pay or else they are putting a lien on my home. I requested proof of the services they provided on my home since I was not aware. They sent me an invoice signed by someone else(no one from my household).
They are trying to collect money for something they did not do. I never opened the door for them or signed anything but they want me to pay if it. Now I am getting threat emails saying I have 10 days to pay or else they are going to take me to court or put a lien on my home. DO NOT EVEN CALL TO GET AN ESTIMATE!

I called asking if they could repair some stucco destroyed by woodpeckers on a two story house. This was not a new problem. I SENT PICTURES to there office person from my phone and explained I just wanted the stucco repaired. I was not interested in spending A LOT of money or making a major renovation to deter the birds. Even though I and the person I spoke to agreed it was woodpecker damage, and knowing all I wanted was a simple repair, they HAD to send out a tech to tell me it was woodpecker damage.
He took some pictures and said the boss would give me a quote. The service call was TOTALLY unnecessary, TOTALLY! Days later they called and said it was woodpecker damage and they had some elaborate methods to keep them away. Not a cheap method either. I said no. So I get stuck paying for an UNNECESSARY service call for something I already knew caused the problem, and for a problem I already sent them photos for, and for which I told them I only wanted stucco repaired.
The $85 service charge seems excessive given I already knew what the problem was, and what I wanted done. It seemed to me it was just a great way for them to increase their profits by trying to sell me more than I wanted. I was NOT impressed with the company, and I certainly do NOT recommend this company to anyone else.

Just moved into a new home with a backyard fountain and noticed wasps flying in and around. Upon further discovery there was a nest tucked into a yucca tree. Beebe's on "speed dial" They showed up relatively quickly from my initial call and went to work removing (3) honey combs. Such a calm professional company with great rates! My 86 year old mother-in-law has used these people for a long time, but is to infirm to know if their work is effective. The day of their last "treatment", I took a broom, cleared all the webs and used a blower to clean the porch. The very next day, every web I cleared was back. Some of them Black Widows. No one returned my phone calls over 1 1/2 weeks, regarding this ineffective treatment ($55.00, no receipt given at time of service) After calling 2 x and finally me sending e mail, I got an email response from Daniel (owner).
He refused to come back out to "warranty" their work. They would return only if you paid for a subscription service or paid for (2) treatments or more. He is very argumentative and it was my mother-in-law's fault for not using more of his "services". The fact that she has used the Company over several years meant nothing. If you have elderly relatives, I strongly suggest you find out how the Company is dealing with them, the way I did. Hands on. Older people can be taken advantage of very easily.

Used for home and business service is good. They could use customer service training in office. New staff was not confident in the products and services they offer and how to accommodate if you make a mistake. In all fairness.they are working on it with Management. I'm going to continue my service with them as things seem to be turning around. Ashley is the best and the owner!

I found out that there was a bee nest near our house in a tree. I wanted to get rid of it. So I contacted Beebe's Pest Termite. They came with their team the next day to fix this problem of mine. They started doing their work just as they told they would do. They got rid of the nest and all the bee's in just a day. I'm glad I contacted them to do this stuff. Greatly recommended.

What a headache. asked them to come in after 3 pm as I was working until 2:30. he came in at noon, sprayed outside and send me the bill. first of all I did not authorize him to go in to my backyard without me being there, second issue is why are you charging me for amount since you only sprayed outside. Third issue is what did you do? I still have issues I had. Forth issue is I was told there is no especial but when I called to complain I was told we have a 50% special going on. WTH.

What a Nightmare in dealing with Beebee's Pest Control. We asked them to come and rescue some cats off of roof they said they would. they set up traps for these feral cats and they left them up for two days no water on a hot roof! That's not ethical they were told to rescue them and save them. Not leave them up there to die in 120 temperatures

I have used this company periodically for years, but this will be the last time. I had them out once last year and after that they called almost every day for months to schedule another appointment. I decided to have them out for a visit. I called at 9:00 in the morning and got the voicemail. My call was not returned until four hours later. Strike one.
I was given a four hour window for an appointment. Ridiculous, strike two. The technician finally showed up five minutes before the window was up, no phone call beforehand. Strike three. Four hours of my time wasted. Beebe apparently doesn't really value customers.

I have had to invest lots of time contacting this people to do their job. They came less than a year ago for termites. We had to contact them because we saw termites in less than a year. They ignored my email and messages. My husband called them, they told him we had to wait 90 days for the termicide to work. Then we had an inspector came and even with proof about the termites I had to send more pictures.
They said they were going to treat only those live termites in that area only. They said if I don't have live termites they charge $75 even if we were under warranty. They are a pain to deal with. Terrible customer service. Now, the owner and boss Daniel Beebe's has been sending me emails asking me to delete my negative Facebook review in their page. Olivia has been answering my emails and said that because they have been working hard she wants me to delete the negative review.
The one wasting time here is mesending them lots of emails. I'm responding here to Daniel Beebes. I don't know when you saw I was happy. You guys don't take any responsibility about your bad customer service. You guys started to respond only after I posted a negative review in your Facebook page. You guys didn't respond to my efforts to contact you before that.

I had service today by one of your technicians named Marcus Stubbs license number 1J754 I would like to make a formal compliment on his services up to and reaching the owner. Marcus was ABSOLUTELY wonderful VERY knowledgeable, VERY friendly, on time and an expert on what he does! Got bee removal done but we didn't pay for the comb removed. They came back 6 months later. We paid $400 to go into the floor boards of the shed and remove the comb. Two years later they are back. We called and I was told only a 6 month warranty. I called someone else and we saw no signs of the floor boards taken up and they scrapped out 150 pounds of honeycomb.
Interesting that they responded after I posted a review. The bad review wouldn't of been posted if when I called they would have asked for details then instead of nope 6 Months and that's it

My wife and I have been using Beebe's Pest control for more than 10 years. We have always had the very best of service, and, even more importantly, our house and property has been virtually free of bugs for all that time. Ashley, the scheduler is always cheery and willing to help. The guys that come out to do the spraying are careful, friendly and easy to work with. I've recommended them to several other friends and even to my church.

We had a bee problem in our tree, the next day Beebe Pest was out and took care of the bee's. Never had a bee problem since. I was most impressed by how quickly they came out, the (bee) knowledge of the service technician and the courtesy shown. They made me feel like a valued customer. I highly recommend Beebe's!

IfI could give this company zero stars I would. They are super shady. I had termite treatment many years ago and agreed to purchase an annual protection plan. Recently, I received a statement wanting me to have an expensive retreatment. I asked to have an inspection and was told that would be $65.00. What good is the warrantee? I then received a renewal notice several month early.
After calling and being assured I would be called back nothing happened. Today, I called and was told I would not be grandfathered in for the inspection, which was included origionally in the agreement. I saw a truck yesterday that said free termite inspections. I was told this is only for new customers. Seriously?

BeeBes Pest Control is the best around. I had a really bad German Roach problem at my home. They came out for a inspection to identify what kind of problem I was having because at the time I had no clue what kind of issue I was having. Once they came out for the inspection they gave me different choices to take care of the issue and once we decided on something.

I'm shocked to see any negative reviews of this business as I have been using them for over 3 years for various properties and services. Their office staff has always been a joy to talk with over the phone and I am always impressed they can set me up with an appointment right away. Beebee's has taken care of scorpions, sewer roaches, and has even done a mosquito treatment on our property before we hosted a wedding a couple years back.
It was early October and the mosquitos were out in FORCE. After their treatment we had the wedding the following evening and not one complaint from a single guest about mosquito bites! The techs who are sent out to do the work have always been friendly and courteous.

I hired Beebe's on 3/7/16 to remove a bee hive from under a shipping container. When I arrived on 3/14/16 with the transporter to move the shipping container the bees were still very active. I called Beebe's immediately and was told they would call me right back once they talked to a tech. 1 hour late no return call.

BeeBes did a Treatment for back on 9/19/11 for a Pest Service. They had great customer service in the office. I needed a Service on the same day and they were able to squeeze me into their schedule. Also when the Technician came out he was very polite and asked what kind of problems I was having and he addressed to them right away. I plan on using Beebe in the future for my service.

I used beebe's pest a few times this summer for black widow problems. I used their organic monthly reoccurring service which was a bit expensive but worth the upgrade for organic. It worked great and no bugs at all. There was one issue where on the same day I cancelled any future pest service they came to my home on an unscheduled visit to spray while I wasn't home.
I got an invoice for the service even though I cancelled. I called up explained the situation and without any arguing or issues they waived the balance due. When I need pest control again, I am definitely calling Bebee's! Great customer service!
