I am Bob Wagner, President of Wagner Pest Solutions, my experience in the pest control industry spans over 23 years. During that time I was employed by two companies before starting my own. In 1984 I began as a Termite Technician, then soon after a Pest Technician, Supervisor, Branch Manager, Sales Manager and finally Vice President.
I still wasn't satisfied, I knew what service I wanted to provide my customers but I was held to the standards of a large corporation. The protocols that worked for one state didn't always apply to Arizona. I also feel that there was something more than the almighty dollar, the satisfaction of helping my customers and the need to bring a more professional image to the industry.

Up until recently (2006) we could count on one hand the number of Bed Bug calls that we would receive. Now we get numerous calls every day dealing with this parasitic pest. The most common questions that we get is : How did I get these things? and How do I get rid of these things? To answer the first question. You could have picked them up just about anywhere.

Termites are useful creatures in the wild, helping to break down dead and rotting wood, but they're anything but helpful in your home. Did you know that on average, termites cause more monetary damage than natural disasters worldwide? Unfortunately, in the Phoenix area, there are two types of houses: houses that have termites and houses that will have termites.

They hung up on me, wouldn't even tell me what time they were spraying, asked me to ask my office when the office doesn't know because they don't tell the office, and then say yeah we don't tell the office what time we're spraying. They know the office doesn't know and is literally lying to our face and trying to waste our time.
Completely doesn't help at all. They're so rude. This is my third attempt for a spray and haven't gotten sprayed once. No wonder this place has two stars. The five star reviews are probably fake. The ratings for this place should be worse honestly. Zero stars for me.

Love Wagner Pest Solutions! We had our original pest control company cancel on us numerous times and were having a bad ant issue. Wagner Pest made time to come out the very next day and we have used them ever since! Services: General pest inspection, Termite extermination, Termite inspection, Ant extermination

If you are looking to potentially get hired, I would not recommend applying here. I was scheduled for an interview at 3:00 p.m, I get there at 2:50 and sitting in the office for 45 minutes. And was not notified of any prior arrangements causing delay for my interview. This experience shows this company does not value the time, or have the decency to communicate with potential employees.

I've used Wagner at both of my apartment communities for pest control for about 5 years now. Recently I have had phenomenal service by David G. He is very knowledgeable, professional and takes the time to go over prep sheets with my residents prior to them getting serviced so their apartments are prepped correctly for treatment and that shows that he really cares and my residents appreciate it.
He is extremely friendly and what left an impression on me was that he actually takes the initiative to check for ant hills or other exterior pest issues we have and treats them before we even notice the problem. He goes above and beyond the call of duty. I am extremely happy with my tech and the service we receive. I highly recommend Wagner for all pest control services.

I forgot the name of the guy who sprayed my rental but he was super awesome! I was running late to meet up at the rental to open the doors so he could spray, in the mean time he sprayed the outside before I got there. When the job was done the gentleman saw me double checking certain areas and ask me if I wanted him to go over it again, which I appreciate! Since my home was sprayed I have not seen any pests. Also the girl who answered the phone to make my appointment was very nice great customer service overall thank you!

As a retired NFL player, I enjoy the consistency and professionalism of all Wagner employees. My service technician is usually the same person and if there is a change I'm notified ahead of time. I'm asked every visit if there are concerns or if I've seen anything usual. As a city boy Wagner Pest Solutions does an amazing job making feel comfortable, especially since I'm scared of all pest, rodents and insects LOL

This is seriously the most frustrating experience I have ever had. My apartment has been treated twice now for bed bugs. This second time the bed bugs are still here and when I contacted my apartment and she called the company, they told her I wasn't prepared for the second treatment, so they claim. Why was I not given notice of this a month ago and why was there still a note left on my door with a completion date?
So obviously confused by this I gave them a call and got no help. No answers. I have been living-out it of boxes for months now and I have absolutely no control here. I was prepared exactly the way I had been for the first part of the treatment and the exterminator told me it was well done. This place is has been giving me the run around for so long and I just want to be comfortable in my own home. Update: Tom the supervisor immediately responded and personally came to my apartment to ensure my issue was taken care of. He was very concerned over our situation and I am definitely much more comfortable knowing he is control of the work done in my home.

I have a job where I have to go into other peoples' homes and often sit on their furniture, so I'm prone to picking up more bugs than the average person. I've had Wagner treat my apartment for bed bugs twice and both times I've been very happy with the results. I haven't been home for either treatment but I didn't have any further bites after either treatment.
The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because of their policy (which I read in a response here to another person) that they won't communicate with individuals who live in apartments directly. I've called with questions previously (I'm not from Phoenix and was unfamiliar with bed bug behaviors and treatments when I moved here) and 1.) I don't know if the young lady answering the phones is told not to answer questions or if she was just never trained in the specifics of the field, but speaking to her yielded no real answers and 2.) I've asked for return phone calls from an actual exterminator both through the receptionist and via a note left on the door of my apartment previously and neither time did I receive a phone call back.
Not only is the apartment manager only here a few hours a day, it's also not very efficient and potentially inaccurate to have a 3rd party who isn't a professional in your field relaying messages to customers. I'm an RN and I would never ask an accountant to relay technical medical information to one of my patients. Someone who lives in an apartment is no less deserving of accurate and expeditious information than someone who lives in a house. Aside from that, I do truly appreciate the quick and thorough service I've received. Thanks!

One star should be NO STARS. Horrible customer experience, we weren't even trying to use the service but noticed the vans as we were parking in the lot and were asked to move with a snide, "Could you NOT park in our lot?!" for no reason, where's the signage? It was a dead Saturday afternoon, it's not like anyone aas banging down your doors or any of the ghost town downtown Glendale area.
If this is how you treat a passerby, potential customer, how would you treat anyone else off the street looking to utilize your services? Good luck getting customers with your horrible attitude.

If your living space is in need of pest control, perhaps a cheaper alternative that would actually WORK would be a bug bomb bought off the shelf at a store. My family is forced by our apartment complex managers to use this service despite their previous failures at getting rid of pests in our infested complex. For. I don't know, around SIX months we've been living out of bags due to having to be prepared at a moment's notice for these morons to fog just in case they ever decide to show up.
Which they rarely do no matter how many times you schedule an appointment and are charged for it. To work full time, do graveyard shifts, and manage doctors appointments is hard enough without having to wait LITERALLY ALL DAY (as our apartment managers swear they can't give us a time for when pest control will show up) for something that may or may not happen.
On that note; when they actually DO decide to show up they still can't get the job done. They always show up very late and will use any excuse they can in order not to do something that will take them literally five minutes to do. Then again you may not even want these jokers to do something considering that the last time one of these guys came to our place he CUT APART one of our mattress' box spring and protective plastic sheet, huffed when we told him his last treatment didn't work, then called us liars when we showed him proof that it didn't work.
Recently the other day a person was SUPPOSED to show up to fog as we were promised multiple times he would and have waited MONTHS in a bagged hellscape for him to finally do. Spoiler alert: we didn't even get a phone call from someone about why they didn't fo as promised. Seriously. This level of incompetence is something to be astounded by.

It is important to know when you have an issue the company your dealing with will address it promptly. This is what happened to me today and Tom, the Service Manager, had someone out to my house immediately, and Jacob did a very thorough job. With that said, I have requested Jacob service my house on a regular basis. This is why I have been with Wagner Pest Solutions since the beginning. A great group of people to work with.

John is the absolute best pest control tech I've ever had the pleasure of meeting, he's knowledgeable & always does his job with a smile on his face, & his supervisor Tom is awesome! 10/10 would recommend to anyone in need of pest control services. This is the WORST place ever and the customer service sucks. They had to re treat our apartment ( a total of 8 treatments=8 weeks) for bed bugs. Don't know why they didn't do it right the first time. Spoke to Ashley and left messages for the manager (who will not return your calls after a week) and promise to have technician call you (never happens).
They have no IDEA what they are doing. They have horrible customer service. Not a professional place. They don't have good communication with their customers in regards to how to prep your house what to do or not to do. They are horrible. I hope someone sues them.

I would not recommend hiring AT ALL! My apartment sent someone in to spray; and my firearm went missing. Albeit it was my fault for leaving it on my computer desk, but you do not think that YOUR EXTERMINATOR will just go and pick it up. I have contacted the police and filed a police report on the matter. There is no maybe, maybe not in this. I have 4 witnesses who saw the gun where I always keep it and the day after the technician came it was gone.
Such a blatant violation of ones work code. I understand there are bad eggs with all company, but the people you hire are a reflection of your company. I will do everything within my power to ensure that EVERYONE knows the type of people that Wagner decides to hire. Not to mention the fact that the exterminator stole a DEADLY weapon; from my own desk! Just beware. I know getting sprayed is inconvenient enough; without having to lock Every little thing up that your exterminator will try and lift.

After working with several pest control companies over the years Wagner Pest Control is the best thus far, for your property, home, or business, I currently manage Rosewood Apartments, our Technician Jason Truman is great with our residents, he takes the time to explain to our residents how the treatment will work for their particular pest issue!

This is not a personal attack. i am very curious as to what is in the canister that you spray with.maybe 1/2 water and 1/2 who knows what.what is in the gel that you put in the cabinets? whatever it is "i don't buy it".my apt. complex that i live in has been getting sprayed now for close to a year and the filthly critters are still here.as far as the service techs they are just doing their jobs but the poor service tech that comes here looks like he's half scared to death of something? or someone? something as in filthly critters-someone as in peer pressure from someone here or maybe me ha, ha but i can hardly get a single word out to him before he is ushered out the door asap without me asking him any questions-blah blah blah. so thumbs down for you for now. also, i always notice that pest control/landlords always try to blame on tenant.i don't have food on my walls, i have holes in my wall that the landlord knows about but chooses to do nothing about.i had repairs done awhile back and it looks like a 3-year child did it but thats not your problem.so for now thumbs down, but everyone deserves a second chance don't you think?oh, i'm sure you will figure out what complex this is coming from, but don't feel alienated, cause their next.
