Emergency Pest Patrol

Have used them for years for preventive treatment. They were great until we used them about 6 months ago for bats in our attic and it's been an atrocious experience. They took our $500, put up a net and disappeared. Several follow up calls later someone showed up, however the bats were still in our attic. They moved the net to cover an opening missed during the first inspection and have once again disappeared. Can't remember the last time they returned a phone call. We were previously promised a refund and that hasn't happened either.

Great company they've taken care of my house hold problems for years wouldn't trust any other company but them to take care of my pest problems

Don't use their services! I purchased trapping services with them, but ended up with 3+ months of headaches. The employees are unprofessional and unethical. My trapping services were for 30-days, but only had the traps at the property for less than a week since they didn't have enough employees to check or replace them on a regular basis. After complaining, I was assigned a new employee who only set the traps for a couple of weeks again and dissapeared.

On top of that, they broke the entrance to the attic and did not say anything. The last rep promised a pest control treatment for the inconvenience and because he never caught the rotten, but after a couple of weeks texted saying he was not going to work for free. I'm still waiting for a resolution call. Don't fall for their scam!

TL;DR: Avoid Emergency Pest Patrol at all costs. No resemblance to who they were several years ago. Horrible. Almost to the point of a scam. We used EPP for a few years for our insect control service and, though the treatment doesn't last long, they were responsive when roaches eventually showed up. However - the good technicians always move on after a brief period, and you're left with substandard service.

The real problem is their rodent control service - they have NO idea what they are doing, but will happily take your money, damage your home (and brand-new artificial turf) all while accomplishing NOTHING. When you call to discuss why the approach isn't working, they send someone out who clearly has not been trained. The person sent to do the exclusions has no idea what they are doing.

The management will do everything they can to swindle you. Now, we have had to move on to another company - hardworking folks who know what they are doing - and they have done a much more thorough inspection and my hair stood on end when I saw the number of giant and obvious openings that Emergency Pest Patrol didn't even bother to look for or address.

I have spoken with management several times in attempt to recoup some cost, since I have to start over with another company, and they have been shady and slippery. In short, stay well away from Emergency Pest Patrol!

We've used Emergency Pest Patrol for the past 3 years at our older home. They've taken care of everything from ants to rats in a timely and professional fashion. We appreciate that they are responsive to our needs and offer great service at a very competitive price. I recommend them for pest services.

Wonderful service, on time, professional, knowledgable and we will use them any time we have a pest issue. On call emergency service was not needed but he still spoke with me on a Sunday to assure me all would be ok for a few more days and saved us $150! I have spoken with or worked with 3 separate technicians now and ALL are outstanding!

Great service! Our house was plagued by a disgusting odor we could not identify. I was about to check in to a hotel with my newborn when I came across Emergency Pest Patrol online. They were at our house within 30 minutes and Duane looked tirelessly to identify and remove the rat that was causing the odor. I absolutely recommend them! Very professional and quick and affordable. Have had Emergency Pest Patrol out to treat a couple of my residences over the past few years and all I can say is WOW. They're friendly, fast, and get the job done right the first time. Have had James as our technician for all of our visits and he's a real pleasure to work with. Courteous, clean, and polite, you'd never even know he'd been here! This company came highly recommended to me by a friend because she knows how good they are and that I try to limit the spraying of pesticides in my home. EPP uses natural ingredients for the treatment of pests whenever possible and thankfully, rarely do I ever have an issue with bugs. I have been a loyal customer for about 10 years. Dwayne, my service tech, is friendly, knowledgeable and professional.

Whenever we have a bug problem, he comes to our house to take care of it, even if it's after hours to our weekend home in Sarasota county. He goes above and beyond the call of duty! As an extremely satisfied Emergency Pest Patrol customer for more than five years, I wanted to write this review to compliment the team on the continued great service -- especially through the transition of a new owner taking the helm.

If I could give negative stars, I would. Paid over $400 to eradicate rodents in a house lived in by my son. They set traps in the attic. While setting the traps, they moved the pan under the air handler, which caused a leak.

Professional, personable, took time to educate. I have a reputation of always having something to say and I will recommend you to everyone!
