BM Windows

I received 4 quotes for redoing our windows. Two promoted Simonton and two promoted Anlin. When J.T. came out to do our quote, he suggested we go to the showroom to see the differences in the windows. This was incredibly helpful in our decision making as to which brand of window we would like to narrow it down to. All of the quotes are comparable without any one significantly more or less expensive. BM Windows was able to offer some small upgrades to the 20 windows we were doing: Anlin sound package and sash dead bolts.

When accounting for these extras, the price came out to approximately the same as our other quotes. We did the standard Anlin low-E glass for all our windows except 3 that we had SunMatrix for. After deciding to go with BM Windows and signing the paperwork, the windows took 6 weeks to arrive. BM Windows offered to do the installation that week. Installation: On the day of, Carlos arrived on time and provided us with a courtesy call as he was heading over.

He brought a team of 4 others: Francisco, Mario, Mario, and Pedro. All of them were incredibly courteous, respectful of us and our space, and kind. They worked quickly, efficiently, and kept all of their work spaces really clean. They laid down blankets during install to keep our floors clean. They were there from 8:30am to 4:30pm and finished all in one day.

A few issues that arose: a window was cracked during install, two windows were missing sash dead bolts, and one of our windows hadn't arrived with the others. I called BM windows a few days after and Doreen was amazing at making sure all of my concerns were addressed. Anlin called that week to inform me a replacement window was ordered. Two weeks later, BM Windows called to let me know the last window had arrived and they came out the next day to install it. Carlos came out again with Francisco and quickly installed our last window.

I asked them a few questions about the other windows which they happily answered. They even helped us install the two missing sash dead bolts to our sliding windows. Overall: Service - 5/5! Amazing service and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend BM Windows to my friends/family. Every person we encountered was professional and respectful. I can't wait to work with them again for any future properties!

Doreen was outstandingly incredibly helpful. She quickly told me they do not serve Temecula but proceeded to spend the next 10 minutes going into great detail on Anlin windows and their superior quality. It was nice to get unbiased advice. Considering the top notch level of customer service to a non customer I can only image the extra level they would go for an actual customer.

Good value, responsive, and reliable. I asked for a quote on Yelp for window replacement and within minutes I got a message from Doreen. We got an appointment set up and J.T. met me at my rental on time on a Saturday morning. He explained the options thoroughly and explained the order lead time/delay due to COVID-related issues. The windows arrived earlier than expected and installation was promptly scheduled soon after. Installation was also on a Saturday per my tenant's request, the two gentlemen arrived on time and the entire installation process was very efficient.

They kept the place clean by putting blankets on the floor, and they removed the old windows carefully and cleaned up all the broken pieces of the old frame and glass. A couple days after the installation I got a satisfaction survey phone call from Doreen, and the receipt and warranty info were mailed to me right after, along with a thank you card signed by the owner.

The overall experience with BM Windows was very refreshing. It's been a while since I worked with such a reliable contractor, especially during COVID. Pricing wise, they are not the cheapest but not the most expensive (I got 3 quotes). I definitely would not mind paying a bit more for the excellent service!

I have used BM Windows in the past. They gave me excellent customer service back then and now. Doreen is pleasant and a joy to speak with on the phone. Jim came out to the house to measure and go over any questions I had. He was patient, polite, and professional. The two installers, Sal and Mario, did an awesome job! They kept the workspace clean and were very polite, and professional. And the windows are beautiful! I will totally use them again and will refer them. I highly recommend them!

When it came time to replace our old windows & sliders BM windows and Michel were fairly priced and had excellent product choices. Throughout the years after install, they have always been super responsive and have given me the same level of customer service as when Michel came to our home to measure and give us a quote. Today I called about a screen door latch that broke. Doreen, the office manager was lovely.

I took some pics as requested and emailed to her. Within an hour she called me back to inform me that was covered under warranty and would get fixed quickly. This is not a company that installs and then forgets about you. Call them.you won't regret it :-

We are highly impressed with the staff of BM Windows from Doreen (Office manager), J.T. (sales), Michal (owner), Carlos and Mario (installation). They complemented one another from beginning to end with their timeliness, professionalism, efficiency and cleanliness. Their quality Anlin windows are better than anticipated and worth every cent. Our home is much quieter from the outside noises during the day, and stays warm from the chill at night. If we ever sell our home and need more windows - we will not look far, and select BM Windows every time.

BM was one of many companies we had come out to provide a quote on our window upgrade project. This was the first time we purchased new windows and out of all of the companies we met with, BM provided unparalleled service. Not only did they spend the time to educate us on windows in general but they were never pushy or aggressive (which was the complete opposite with the a few other companies we were speaking to).

At the end of the day they provided the windows at a substantially cheaper cost than their competitors with a quick install turnaround. They were respectful of our time to think on the decision and were always available to answer any question we had. Their team came out and in one day installed all of our windows. We had an issue with one of our windows being the wrong style due to miscommunication and our HOA requirements; however, BM was quick to resolve the issue and in a few weeks, redid the window to meet requirements without any charge. Like another reviewer, we researched windows and selected Anlin for our retrofit, and then spent some time researching contractors. BM Windows had an excellent reputation and our experience so far (installation today!) has borne that out. JT was fantastic during the evaluation and bid process. He knows his stuff and was able to advise us dispassionately about our various options.

We knew from our own research that he was giving good advice but it was better than Google research because he was the expert who could see our needs and situation. The quote was very fair and in line with what other people in our complex have paid for similar work. Doreen, the person who talks to you on the phone, was a part of our decision to go with BM.

Clearly one of those people who knows the company inside and out and knows the industry, so you feel you're in good hands. Supply chains are terrible right now so there was a bit of a wait. She and JT were transparent throughout and kept us up to date. Their estimates were accurate. Today was finally the day! Francisco and Pedro came by and wrapped up this tale of professionalism by doing an excellent job on our sliders, windows, specially shaped transoms, and clerestory windows.

You could see they took pride in the quality of their work, were considerate to our interiors, and left everything neat as a pin. They were very friendly and easy to talk to, and answered all my questions. The windows and doors themselves feel like good quality. They are a huge upgrade from our ancient aluminium doors and single-pane glass. Definitely recommend.

It has been half years since they replaced my house's windows and doors. I got 18 windows and one door replaced. I'm super happy about the results. So where to start on my window project. First off I had multiple bids on several companies. I narrowed down to researching Anlin windows which is a high quality for retrofit windows. Now, I compared from Anlin Del Mar (DM) vs Catalina model windows. Now, Anlin's market scheme to make some extra money by throwing in a couple of snazzy upgrades on the Catalina now called Del Mar more to make it sound more energy efficient and more expensive. Now, when you actually look at the specs of DM vs Catalina, the specs are different by.01 on SHGC.

What made BM Windows stand out is that their standard Catalina comes with the sound package. Pretty much matching DM model specifications without the DM price gimmick. Now, it's competitor down the street was pissed off at me cuz even I wasted 4 hours with this sales guy to pitch to me that Anlin Catalina isnt comparable to Anlin DM. Also that he would sell his Catalina windows without the upgrades BM have standardized. Also, they were so pissed they were trying shame BM windows as a glazing contractor with a c17 license (ok really?!, Noooo shiiiiii). Anywho, BM Windows did not try to stay at my house for 4 hours trying to win my bid.

They did not try to upsell me anything I did not need. If anything, they provided me excellent service and quality to allow me to confidently trust and earn their business. They did not throw other companies under the bus. They quoted very competitively. I honestly felt comfortable and did not feel pressured. It felt easy as if I was talking to a friend or neighbor.

Shout out to JT, Mike and Doreen for making my experience amazing and being so patient with all my questions. Every member on the team was very knowledgeable in the product and able to answer any questions on the spot. Their warranty is also top notch which is also why selected them over others. My new windows have made a significant difference with sound and heat transfer into my home.

They came into our home to replace windows & broke an irreplaceable crystal bowl without saying a word. unbelievable. i will NEVER recommend this company. In tears as this was a gift from a friend who has passed away.

We used BM Windows to change out all of our windows while converting a window into French Doors as well as swapping the location of a sliding glass door back in 2014. Their price beat anyone around and Michal was great at explaining everything beforehand and everything turned out beautifully. Their stucco work is indistinguishable from the original and the installers were 8ncredibly nice and helpful.

We were so impressed and happy with everything that we used them again in 2015 to update our rental's windows before we put it on the market. Again, exceptional work and it definitely helped with the sale and overall price (well worth the investment!). It's been several years now and I have never experienced a company that stands behind their products and workmanship in my entire life.

I called last week to get a price on repairing a few window screensbthat had teats and snags over the years as well as adjusting the frendlch doors from the slight settling of the house over time. They responded right away, came out within days and fixed everything a no cost (other than the voluntary tip I offered for another job well done)! I would challenge anyone to find a company that is run this well, established, great to work with and well priced. I'm still amazed after all these years and I recommend BM to everyone that needs to update their home!

BM Windows replaced windows on my house back in June 2020. This review is long overdue. Jim and his crew did an amazing job. They were prompt and courteous, and worked non-stop replacing my windows in a single day. The windows are of high quality and make a huge difference keeping out neighborhood noise and maintaining the temperature of my house.

There was one tiny mix-up, as we had wanted a different obscure pattern on one of our windows, but they mistakenly installed another pattern instead. When I pointed it out, Jim offered to replace it free of charge right away. But we were so impressed with their service and window quality that we decided to keep the window instead. Invest in BM Windows with confidence.

Just came back for more. I had patio doors and three large windows replaced a few months ago and they've worked out great. Jim was my sales rep and he got every detail right, plus his suggestion about how to arrange the patio door was pure genius. Doreen at the office is thorough and made sure I knew of each appointment or delivery--all of which happened on time.

The installers were quick and efficient but didn't cut any corners, and I haven't needed anything changed or adjusted since. As I said: I just came back for more windows, and if you need windows, you should call BM Windows, too.

Generally I can be skeptical when reading reviews, but here I find myself writing one for BM Windows. Often I get stuck on major projects because of paralysis by analysis but finally I chose BM Windows after reading about every brand of window, talking to bloggers, and finally listening to the sales pitches of a number of brand reps. I'm glad I did.

The company was upfront about the windows they were selling me - from price, timelines, and equally important quality of installation. With 17 windows and two doors to install, three crews had it done in a day along with some frame repairs that BM Windows gladly took on as part of the job. Where other companies wanted to nickel and dime me about those repairs, BM Windows did not.

They did the project I needed and they did it well, cleaning up after themselves and leaving me with the security of a lifetime warranty. Where some companies offer a lot of "free upgrades" that (when you do your homework) you'll find that those upgrades are already part of the basic window, BM Window's value is in its service and quality of craftsmanship. Go shop around just as I did but I think your best choice will be BM Windows.

This Company is Fantastic! From the first phone call to to the final window put in! The workers wore masks the whole time, polite and very respectful of my home. When the workers left they left as though they were never here, clean as a whistle! My windows are just as promised, so clean and beautiful! I live in a Condo and I'm in front off the street.

I have already had people tell how impressed they were with how the workers went out of there way to respect our complex by Parking so tenets can get in and out easily and keeping materials out of the way as I'm also in the main walkway. I RECOMMEND BM WINDOWS-10 stars

I highly recommend BM Windows. They did an excellent job on our project and very happy with our new windows and trim. Doreen was very nice and helpful setting up our appointments and verifying work. Jim gave us the best estimate and worked with me getting the casings I wanted from their website that they don't normally do. Pedro and Francisco were awesome! Give them a raise : they were very professional and did amazing on our installation and doing the trim exactly how we wanted it.

From the first call for a quote appointment to the end of the project, the people from BM Windows have exceeded our expectations. Quote appointment was done as scheduled and we were contacted prior to Jim's arrival. An install date was chosen and the installers (2 crews) showed up as scheduled. They completed the job beyond our expectations, neat, clean, polite, friendly and experienced. GREAT GUYS! 19 windows and 1 slider.

Ultimately this experience was less painful than the quote we received five years prior and 10K$ less. We have recommended BM Windows to friends/family and highly suggest that you give this company a call before you sign with anybody else. We replaced 27 windows with BM Windows and were extremely happy with the process and results. We reached out to 4 companies for bids and got the best from BM Windows. No pressure sales tactics, very professional and pleasant dealing. Installers did a great job and did it quickly. Cleaned everything after installation. And most importantly we are very happy with the quality and look of our new windows. We can highly recommend this company.

We were given multiple options for a patio door upgrade project, and some of the ideas that were presented were things my husband and I hadn't even thought of. It was nice to have an expert in our home to offer suggestions and help us make a wise decision. It was a comfortable, in-home meeting and there was absolutely no pressure involved in the sales process. Watching the BM Windows crew work was really something to see.

They protected our home and furnishings with plastic and worked with surgical precision. I've never seen a home improvement company take that much time and care before even starting their work. When it came time to fit the new doors into place, it was perfect! It's clear that the installation team has been doing this for a long time. Their finish work was detailed and beautiful.

A perfect mix of craftsmanship and efficiency allowed them to complete everything in one day. They stayed late to make sure all the finish details were buttoned up and to give us an instructional walk-through on how the new doors operate.

We had our windows installed a little over a year ago and we are so happy we did. The estimator was great. Told us all the differences in the windows. They were installed in about 4 hours. The house is less drafty in the winter you can definitely feel it. We did get three estimates on company wanted us to sign right then and there I am glad we did not do that. BM was not the cheapest but I think they were the best for the money.

BM Windows just completed replacing our old aluminum windows and sliders with new vinyl windows. Michael (the owner) visited with us personally, took all the measurements, and discussed window alternatives with us. His prices were reasonable, the window delivery was on time as projected, and his excellent employees installed the windows expertly in only two days.

We live in Del Cerro and had windows and doors replaced in our entire house (26 windows and 4 Patio doors). Choosing the appropriate company for this job was not easy for us because we are extremely detail oriented and at the same time, cost conscious. I have had a great experience with this company. Some of the quick highlights: When I first met Michal I asked him how he maintained such good online reviews. He told me that he won't do a job unless he knows he can do it perfectly.
