Pioneer Roofing

They redid my flat roof on my very old building with TPO, capping and shingles/flashing on the bay windows. Working with these guys was the best of my experience working with roofers. Very good guys! And they even made sure insulation got done, (last minute) as we found out there wasn't any. Roofs are stressful but they held my hand and we made sure the old bricks didn't fall apart. No other roofing company wanted to do this job but they did and followed through. Maybe it's going to last 100 years more!?

Pioneer roofing was selected to reroof our large reception center. The pricing was fair. John was very innovative. He figured out a way to completely remove the old roof without damage to the landscaping. Being an old roof, he was able to create a finished product that enhances and beautifies the venue.

They were competitive in their pricing. I couldn't believe how fast they worked! A large crew came and they were done in a day and a half with my large roof (4000 - 5000 sq. ft.). It's beautiful! They were professional and easy to work with. Service: Roof installation

They got into my roof project and found a bunch of shady stuff from a previous roofer. They went the extra mile to make everything right while keeping extra costs to a minimum. The team who worked on our house was very professional and considerate. They spent a lot of time tidying up after they wrapped up. I am very glad we went with Pioneer.

Pioneer roofing replaced our 23 year old roof. They were attentive to detail and made certain that nails and debris from the old roof removal were fully picked up. They were punctual and easy to work with. Their pricing was fair and competitive compared to other roofing company quotes. The use of their crane facilitated removal of old material and delivering shingles to the desired location on the roof. I would recommend hiring them in a heart beat.

Believe me I highly dislike writing negative reviews as I know they are imperative for business and I genuinely want people to be successful yet im left with no other options than to be honest for the sake of other home owners. They did my roof 3 years ago, weren't professional, timely, poor in communication. Ruined and bent my gutters, did the flashing incorrectly, left ruble and nails everywhere.

I couldn't believe it. Was so happy when they were gone. I left a negative review that was honest. The owner John called me and begged me to take it down as it negatively effects business, he was suppose to send me a gift card(which never was sent) I ended up taking my review down because I am an easy customer to work with. Fast forward 2 3/4 years later to a roof leak that bled into my house plus multiple areas where paint is falling because the gutters aren't set up properly.

I contacted John about the roof leak and he sent someone out to fix it. They didn't inspect to figure out where the leak was actually coming from and spent about 10 minutes just putting some extra tar in one area.first rain.it's leaking again. Can't believe it. If you wanna talk reimbursement for roof leak, gutter damage, dry wall damage, paint, time and labor to fix and hire someone I trust you can text me but other than that you gotta live with the review you all deserve in this job.

Mason was great at explaining the issue. He was knowledgeable and friendly. We had other roofing companies look at our roof and Mason was the only one that told us we could do some inexpensive repairs and make our roof last a couple years longer, the other companies pushed a whole new roof. I'm a property manager in Park City and Pioneer has done several roofs for our clients, ranging from individual houses to an 18 unit luxury condo association. I've dealt with many roofers but Pioneer is the best by far. They have the equipment to do large jobs very quickly and professionally. John does all the leg work with the building department and stays in very close communication.

His pricing is significantly lower than other bids. They do an excellent job, on time, at a great price. What more can you ask? We will be using him many times in the future.

I cannot tell you how happy I am that I went with this company for my roof. His bid came in $500.00 less than one bid and $4000.00 less then another one. All his employees are extremely professional. They said they were going to be there at 7:00 and 7:00 sharp the whole crew arrived. They had the old roof off and a new one installed at no time. They let me pick the color of shingles and the shingles have a 30 year guarantee on them. Then for cleanup they did such a good job, you can't even tell that any work was even done outside. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Did a great job on a large apartment complex I manage. Removed the old tar and gravel and installed a new roof with more insulation. They took care of everything and made the project easy on me.

Fantastic Job! My wife being a designer appreciated the way they worked with her getting her color preference. The shingle removal process was well organized and done very quickly. Called for an estimate to repair a roof on a rental property. I was told that I would receive an estimate within a few days. It's been almost 2 weeks and I haven't heard back. Business must be good for them. Don't waste your time like I did.

These guys (Mason and John?) assured me they would come by to fix my leaking roof. "If he said he will be there, he will be there." Oops, ran into a problem. "I'm the owner, I'll be there first thing Monday." Nope. Frustrating. The other review said they do a good job. Wish I had a chance to verify!

Absolutely the worst company to hire! The owner is extremely unprofessional. He will do anything to get a bid, but won't live up to his promises. He failed to get a roofing permit and when we called the city to inspect, there were several code violations.

Pioneer roofing was excellent to work with. I had the honor of meeting John (the owner) his wife Linda and their son Spencer. I chose to work with Pioneer because I could tell they had integrity and stood behind their work.
