Brentwood Carpets

I used Brentwood Carpets to replace carpeting in 3 bedrooms. I must say the experience was great from start to finish. I had the pleasure of working with Sarah C. She understood exactly what I was trying to achieve and the price point I needed to be at, and didn't try to upsell or guide me outside of my comfort zone. She was responsive to all my questions regarding the carpeting that I was selecting and addressed any concerns.

I decided to contract with them based on my interactions with Sarah, and the great customer experience continued through out the process. Materials arrived when stated, the installation team arrived on time, installation was quick and professional, and small details/concerns were address after installation in a timely fashion. I am in love with this carpet!

In a time where we find customer service and satisfaction severely lacking our experiences these days, the Brentwood team was welcome reminder of how customer service should be. Thank you Sarah and team! I will definitely be coming back for my next flooring project.

The selection process was great, the installation could make this place a 10 if they'd just make some minor adjustments. 1. If you get tile floor removed, I'd recommend you remove your blinds/curtains, box any pantry items & leave nothing on counters then put plastic over your cabinets to seal out dust. Took 3 of us just over a day to wipe all cabinets down, pantry items & rewash everything from countertops to items in cabinets because they won't use plastic during tear out.

If they had warned us outside of note in contract of dust amounts ideas etc I'd be over the moon, instead I came back home to EXCESSIVE concrete dust inside cabinets even & blinds pretty thick. It's inexpensive for them to do this or warn us as professionals since we think yeah - there will be some dust - not like this - disappointed that they couldn't take 5 min for a $10 piece of plastic sheeting. Also, went from carpet to tile where stairs meet - photo shows how they left that looking

From start to finish my first experience with Brentwood Flooring in Raleigh was better than I could have dreamed. I was going to use my nearby Durham flooring company until I read their most recent reviews, which revealed the company was struggling with customer service. My online search showed Brentwood of Raleigh had so many positive reviews, I decided to take the chance.

It's as if this company puts themselves in their customer's shoes and strives to meet their customer's needs first and foremost. I worked with Holly who was knowledgeable, organized and patient. Pedro did the installation and showed himself to be an outstanding craftsman. (There is a lot more to carpet installation than meets the eye.) Even during these current days of pandemic supply chain issues, everything went smoothly and I got my beautiful new blue carpeting at a reasonable price!

Jennifer was our salesperson. She was so helpful and knowledgeable in the type of flooring we would need. We chose the Mohawk Founders Trace and it is beautiful. We have gotten so many compliments on our new floor. The installers were on time and very professional. They did an excellent job. Would definitely use Brentwood Carpets again. Very satisfied.

Purchasing this flooring and getting it installed was a pleasant experience. Eboni helped us find exactly what we wanted and got a person out to measure the room very quickly. The LVT came in as ordered and very quickly. With all of the other construction delays we have experienced we would never have expected the tile to arrive so quickly. Eboni got me in touch with the installation scheduler and he got us scheduled for the day we wanted. Ray, the installer, did a great job.

He arrived when expected and was very efficient with the installation. He is a very pleasant person. I watched him as he worked and he was very professional and highly skilled. He was in and out in no time. He cleaned up behind himself very well. In total, I would highly recommend Brentwood Carpets, Eboni and Ray. Again, it was a very pleasant experience.

This is my second time using Brentwood Carpets. Eboni Patterson was my sales representative for my resent project, what a sweet and patient person to work with and she made it easy. I was having my house painted and carpeted, she was so helpful with choosing a carpet color with my new paint choice. The installation was great, they were very careful with my new painted walls and trim. Marshall Anderson, the quality control manager, was at my door hours after installation checking on my carpet. He is so kind and very easy to work with. Took care of any issues, returned when I needed him. Definitely recommend this company.

Brentwood carpet came through. My husband And I were THRILLED with the replacement of carpet on one of the steps in our home due to irregularity in the new carpet we recently purchased from Brentwood carpet. Joe and Charlie did an awesome job! They tore out the damaged piece, binded the new piece and replaced it! Very friendly and Professionally done. Thank you so much you have 2 very happy customers.

We recently had our bedroom recarpeted by Brentwood Carpet. We are thrilled with the job they did. The sales people were knowledgeable and helped us find the right carpet for our needs. The installation crew from Gaudencio (I cannot remember the individual crew member names) was fantastic. They carefully removed our furniture, expertly placed the carpet and then returned the furniture to exactly the correct position.

They were neat, thorough and did an excellent job. Their Brentwood supervisor was also present and most helpful for a future project we have in mind. We are thrilled with our experience and will be sure to use Brentwood carpet again. Even though the cost might be more than some of the big box stores, the excellent handling and experience from purchase through installation was more than worth it.

I am so pleased with my experience with Brentwood Carpets. Holly helped me, and she personally made sure I got the best price. She was helpful in every step of the way in the process. There were some supply delays, but that's to be expected right now with the pandemic. Install was a breeze, and I am more than satisfied!

Brentwood Carpets is a 30-minute drive from my house, but I'm glad I made the trip. Sarah C is my carpet angel; I already knew the type and color of carpet I wanted, but she helped me figure out which carpet would look best with our wall color. Today, our carpet was installed by Pedro. He is a carpet master craftsman. Examples: he took our bedroom door off so he could do a better job of laying the carpet in the corner of the room.

Our bedroom has a triangular alcove that is not symmetrical and he did a beautiful job of laying the carpet there. We are not easy customers to please and all we can say are positives about our experience at Brentwood.

HUGE kudos to Jose, Johnny and Henry who gave me the best birthday present ever. NEW CARPETS! The team came early, worked hard, were super friendly and polite, and finished way before I expected! These guys are awesome and I would recommend them every single day. Thanks also to Cheryl and the team in the showroom and Stacey who worked to get our carpet installed before the holidays. YOU GUYS ROCK! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Eboni at Brentwood Carpet was a great help in finishing our master bedroom remodel. She patiently helped navigate the overwhelming array of carpet colors, styles and quality to find just the right carpet for our room! She has a great eye for color, was professional and a great representative for her company!

We recently had a wonderful experience with Brentwood Carpets in Raleigh, NC, when we replaced our carpet in a large bonus room in our house (we call it our "music room"). From our first visit to the showroom, Cheryl was very helpful in discussing the many options for carpeting which were available to us. Her help continued throughout the process of coordinating, planning and installing the new carpet. Stacy came to the house to measure the space and he was very informative in discussing the recommended layout of the carpet in the room.

The installation crew was professional and efficient. They moved our furniture carefully and left the space clean and neat. Wes was so easy to work with! He had all the answers I needed, had the job set up quickly, and made sure everything went as planned. The price I got for my carpet installation was better than the big box stores. The installers were nice guys and worked quickly to get the job done. I was 100% pleased!

Gary was a pleasure to work with at all times. He remembers personal information and really goes the extra mile to make sure we get what we what and what we need. For example, he spoke with me multiple times over the course of a month or two to coordinate our purchase and installation. Each time he was jovial while being professional. I loved my experience.

Fantastic service, excellent quality. I had vinyl composite tile installed in my kitchen, carpet on my basement stairs, and laminate in my living room. The installers were kind and efficient. The salesperson provided me with patience, guidance, and expert advice on choosing the right colors to get the look I wanted in my home.

All the staff that work here are extremely nice and helpful. Worked with Alicia and she came through with everything she promised. Kept me posted along the way throughout with follow-up calls. Royce the carpet installer was awesome as well.

The store offered a much better deal than other stores in the area, and offered the designer carpet I was looking for even though it was not in the store. The sales person was willing to locate and order it for me. Overall, I had a very good experience. The installer was great.he showed up on time and finished in a timely manner.

Salesperson was extremely nice while we were in store. We picked samples and tried to arrange for measurements of our home. After calling my wife once, and getting voicemail, they show up at the house a couple days later with an arranged appointment.
