Paid this company over $700 for nothing to be fixed. Called them due to a toilet not flushing and the first guy tried to say he pulled back toilet paper and feminine hygiene products (until he was informed it was absolutely impossible) and then his story changed. Then a second set of guys came out to "run a camera" and showed absolutely nothing in pipe and yet still no working toilet.

When we went up on roof we noticed there were two plumbing vents and we believe they ran the camera on the wrong one. So if you just want to flush your money away.you cannot do it at our house because the toilet still doesnt work. Spend your money elsewhere. Very disappointed. The name used in the payment for this service was Davie and if you cannot find the record then I guess we can get it reverse on the charge made on the credit card?

VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, IF MANAGEMENT COMPLETELY FORGETS THAT YOU HAD A MEETING THATS FINE IF THEY DRAG YOU ON FOR TWO WEEKS AND CHANGE THE DATE ON YOU TWICE THATS FINE BUT IF YOU ARE NEW TO THE STATE AND MOSS AN EXIT ON US 19 Then you are no longer human you are nothing more then a disposable price of tissue paper you can judge a company by it's leadership and the leadership here is very very poor they might have great nice people working for them but the manager leader president and he is a complete different story and they do not care about you only your pockets

Ebbie was just here today to remove a leaking water filter system as well as a super old and ready to leak garbage disposal. He was very nice, and professional, and I felt comfortable having him in my home. He did great work and I feel the rates are fair and reasonable.

Good Price for Great Quality work and attention to detail. Our plumber (Senad) did an outstanding job at basically rebuilding a kitchen in under a day. His attention to detail was impressive, and his polite, professional, and extremely knowledgeable approach made it a pleasure to business with Clearwater Plumbing. From the moment they answered the phone we knew we had the right place. The woman who scheduled us was knowledgeable and kind. The service we received was incredible. They were on time and knew the problem. It ended up being more complicated than what I explained and they had to bring in other people and equipment. The job took a while but when they were done everything was fixed and so clean you would never have known they were there.

My biggest surprise was the bill. Considering our emergency and the complexity we did expect to be overcharged. It was reasonable, very good value for the money. We have not lived here long but our experience was so good we would never use another company.

I cannot recommend this company enough! Of course I had company coming ( grandchildren) for the 1st time in two years and I discovered the shower needed work! I live in a mobile home and believe me getting under is no easy task! So nice to have dependable people. Came out and it was fixed in a short time and I am delighted! They are the best!

The plumber sent to my house- Mike- was totally professional and outstanding at his job! He did a superior job, and YES, we would hire him again w/o hesitation!

Great experience. Company was responsive and on-time. Our garbage disposal was clogged up and the toilet was making a high-pitched whistling sound. Scott Giles came out to our condo a couple times to repair a couple different problems. He is courteous, knowledgeable, professional, and strictly followed our condo COVID guidelines. You hardly knew he was there as he worked quickly, quietly, cleanly, and was very non intrusive. We have only dealt with him, but I would highly recommend Scott G. of Clearwater Plumbing.

Exceptional service from Clearwater Plumbing and, in particular, their service professional, Scott who within 5 hours from my initial phone call this morning installed this beautiful new unit in our garage! Our old unit sprung a leak which shorted out the lower thermostat and actually started a brief fire inside the casing. Side note: Thank goodness for circuit breakers!

Thanks also to his associate (so sorry I don't know your name!) who joined him to help expedite the repair since our need was late in the day. We had a few leaks in our bathroom and kitchen, due to hiring the wrong handyman, in an effort to save a buck. Rob came to fix our problems and did a fantastic job. Rob was the one who saved us money after all!

We had an employee of yours named Roy and he was very professional and done an exceptional job. He went out of his way to explain what he was going to do and the cost. He also took time to explain other things I wanted done in my bathroom and how they do it. He was just so informative and again professional.

Sean was the nicest young man and excellent plumber. I had no idea what I was getting into with all our old plumbing but Sean made the repair a good experience.

Very reliable and responsive, quality plumbers. Highly recommended. They are a very professional plumbing company. When the plumber showed up at the door, he was in uniform with a clearly marked vehicle and he put booties on his shoes before entering my home.

I have been using Clearwater Plumbing for over 30 years in all of my condos and have never had a reason to complain. They are punctual and efficient and always get the job done. I would never use another plumbing company unless it was an emergency and the Clearwater Plumbing team was unavailable.

HORRIBLE! DO NOT USE! We called to get a toilet unclogged and they came and looked at it and said they were too busy to help and left. I called the company to find out why and they said they are too busy to handle issues like this.

It was easy to setup an appointment. They arrived on time and did great work.

I have never called a company before to commend anyone but I was so delighted with Charles, his work and his demeanor. I will recommend to everyone.
