Roofing Giant

Booked new roof work about 5 months in advance (when weather would permit) and was contacted right on time. Roof was a little tricky to work with but after inspecting well they came and did the job professionally and within 2-3 days. We had to call to get them to cleanup after but I was impressed that they refused to be paid until I was 100% satisfied.

I wanted someone I could trust. My insurance man recommended Roofing Giant incorporated. I am very satisfied with my new roof and trust it will last years. The roofers did an excellent job cleaning up debris.

Fascinating. Did a great job replacing my hail damaged roof. My home is a two story with a very steep angle to it with shingles. They got everything installed perfectly in two days and no leaks after some rain with the new roof. I highly recommend this company for your next roof repair! They worked with my insurance company directly and it was flawless. They deserve 5 star.

Wonderful service. Answered all my questions and concerns. Very professional. Did an excellent job cleaning up waste material, old roofing, etc. Covered plants, made sure nails weren't left behind. Everyone I had contact with was great to work with. From the contact person, calling to let me know in advance of when they were starting and dropping off the dumpster. Working with Rep and the crew was fantastic. Rep came to meet with us twice to have a discussion about our needs and answer our questions. He was readily available by phone every time we called him. The crew were also very professional and took care to keep our grounds clean. They covered our brand new pool before starting work which gave us a great sense of comfort. It was time to take care of a leaky roof and after our friend recommended Roofing Giant, we were pleasantly surprised by the customer service from beginning to end. My concern that they might be too busy during winter months soon seemed unfounded when they responded quickly even on days with inclement weather. What I appreciated most about this company is how their employees are knowledgeable enough for us not only find out what needed fixed but also helped me get an estimate in no time flat all while being courteous and careful as if I had family helping them fix my house. It made it easy choosing who would be best suited for fixing up any future repairs!

Really bad experience. I would stay away. Roofing giant put on new roof on part of the home and had to have new roof replaced after 3 months because it was installed incorrectly and the roof was coming up very easily according to another roofing company that has much better reviews and many more reviews. I tried to get roofing giant to fix incorrectly installed roof under their "warranty" and they never called me back. Avoid.

No call no show. No thanks. I requested an estimate/inspection for my company's roof. We had had it scheduled on 11/1 @ 1PM. I was out of the office sick, but had my calls forwarded to my personal phone. I returned to work today to find out that the inspection had not been done, but no one even showed up! While the receptionist was nice and wanted to pass the message along that I will no longer be requiring their services, she would have the owners contact me to see what happened. Not really holding my breath.

Rep was on time for our meeting, was able to provide quote in timely manner. Work completed fairly quickly after we decided to go ahead with the project. No complaints

Roofing Giant was a pleasure to work with from the beginning. Oleg helped me deal with the insurance company, and patiently waited and assisted with the appraisal process when the insurance company refused to pay the full claim. Overall the insurance and appraisal process took two years. By the end of it the roof had started to leak. Roofing Giant came out and tarped the roof to prevent further damage, and replaced some of the ceiling drywall without any extra charge. I now have a beautiful new roof and feel much safer in my home.

Loved working with Oleg, he helped me through the whole process, and was very patient with me and worked with my insurance company to make sure everything that I needed was taken care of. I got a full range of roof replacement, gutter replacement and some screens replaced. I picked out colors for my new shingles and worked with them to get gutters that matched my current paint color. I added in gutter guards and some new gutters since they were doing the replacement of the ones that I had. I was happy with all of the work and the cost of the work.

No hate, just my experience. Called them and painted a picture of what was going on with my ceiling. When they asked how many stories my place was, I told them two and that the last time we had someone out, they needed a taller than usual ladder. They showed up day of about an hour early with a ladder that was too short. Guy said he was going to get another ladder and that he'd be back in a few days. We've not seen or heard from them since.

I called them back a few days later completely by accident as I was looking for other roofers. I explained my case to the lady on the phone and she said, "I'm just the answering service, what do you want me to do about it?" I told her, "Nothing.", let her off the phone and am still looking for someone to fix a leaky hole in my ceiling. Edit: The owner of the company; Ohlig, gave me a call shortly after posting this review. He offered to make things right if I would let him. We already have someone else coming out but I appreciate his calling to see if he could resolve the issue.

Kyle Reid was AWESOME. He worked with me throughout the entire process of replacing my roof (damaged via hail storm), explaining every single detail to me. He kept in touch. He also made sure the subcontractors kept in touch as well. For someone like me, who is an impatient novice at building repairs, he paid more attention to my concerns. Although the project seem high in price, I think it was all worth it because of material upgrades. He also worked well with my insurance company. I will certainly use them again if warranted. Excellent roofing contractor who did a very professional job. Quality work, protected windows and shrubs and our pond and excellent cleanup. Oleg was very knowledgeable as we had done a lot of research on roofs and the materials used. We choose them as they were a certified residential contractor for Malarkey shingles and had good reviews.

Just wanted to express how satisfied I am with The Roofing Giant. It was my first major claim and after seeing horror stories on the news and hearing from them from friends/neighbors, I was dreading the process. Fortunately, the guys from Roofing Giant were excellent to work with, helped me through the entire process, did an amazing job on the roof, and left my yard/landscaping/pool clean and looking untouched.

They were also able to work with my insurance company to point out several items that the adjuster missed. The insurance company promptly issued a check for the difference. Their price was on the lower end of the 4 estimates I received, yet the quality of the materials and workmanship was as-good or better than the other guys (50 year shingles vs 30 year from the other "cheaper" companies).

They came in exactly at the price they quoted and scheduled the repair the week I needed it to be done (I work from home and wanted to be away for the actual re-roofing part). I recommend this company to anyone needing roofing work done. They are great!

It's tough for me to write this because Oleg is a super nice guy and he's an honest man. I even met his wife who also is very sweet. The sales process was great. He came to my house, sat down with me for an hour and explained everything. The pricing was very fair and he deals directly with the insurance company on your behalf to get the depreciation back. Unfortunately, the actual work itself was handled poorly.

The contractors did not take any precautions to protect the landscaping. They were very careless and, literally, I had large pieces of roofing materials land on top of many plants in the beds and destroy or injure many of them. There was roofing debris everywhere, including all over the lawn furniture. As I explained to Oleg, had they taken precautions and some debris damaged a few plants here and there, no big deal, it happens.

The roof is steep and materials slide off. However, in this case, there was no care taken to protect the plants or the furniture. I was surprised as Oleg had explained to me that this crew had been with him for a long time, so I figured they knew how to take precautions and be careful. I asked him why in this case they seemed so careless and he did own up to it and acknowledge that he should have had better supervision over the work.

There was over $1K in damage to the landscaping and he did step up and pay for it, which I thought was very honest. At the end of the day, he did the right thing by the customer, although it should not have come to this. Even after this, they came back to do the gutters and I found debris and garbage on the roof. I had to climb out a 2nd story window to clean it up.

Just sloppy work for them not to clean up after themselves. I'm giving a 2 star instead of 1 star because of the way Oleg handled the situation and because the actual shingle replacement was done well. If Oleg can provide closer supervision and/or train his crew to be more careful and clean up, I'm sure future customers will be giving higher ratings.

He guided us through the insurance claim process and explained how he could help us replace the entire roof when he found hail and wind damage from a storm several years ago.

These guys did my neighbors roof so I decided to try them out. Once they found the hail damage the sailing was smooth from there. They worked with my insurance from start to finish and I had a new roof up a lot quicker than I had expected. I would definitely recommend them if you think you need a new roof.

Don't ever use this company. We paid a premium for an inspection report and were told we'd receive it that day. When we asked the inspector for it he sent rude text and said he won't write the report until Monday.
