We just had our roof finished by Bold Roofing and what a great experience working with Bob Stevens. He took the time to sit down with us and go over everything both before and after the work and the great communications continued throughout the project. The work was done when scheduled and we are very happy with the quality and results. I would definitely recommend Bold Roofing and we will definitely be using them again in the future if needed.

I contacted Bold Roofing in middle April after I noticed a small leak in my living room. Mr. Bob Stevens responded my call immediately and came to check my house in the same afternoon. Bod not only identified where the leak came from but also found many hail damages on my roof. He assisted me to file a claim with my insurance company. Once the adjuster came, Bob came on site and worked with the adjuster for every potential damage. Bob did an excellent job making the repair we needed. One month later, I have a new roof, new gutters, and window screens for my house. It looks beautiful. Many thanks to Bob and Bold Roofing Co.

UPDATE : GUESS WHO DOES NOT GET PERMITS FROM THE CITY - NO PERMITS MEANS NO CITY INSPECTION- someone's in big trouble.this is not going to go away without LEGAL action. sTAY TUNED.My mom used Bold roofing and Robert Stevens aka Bob Bold. After a they installed a new roof there was a major leak and she head a loud boom. Needless to say, the water damage went through the roof and caused the water heater connectors to dislodge.

We had a gas leak and since Robert Bold would not respond we were forced to call the fire department who shut off our gas. They did not come back to properly fix the problem rather they dodged calls and hid behind text messages. Beware! Do not use! Bold roofing has cost my mom thousands of dollars in repairs.

Bob Stevens helped me through the whole process, and everything went so smoothly and according to plan. He was always available to answer any questions and kept me informed every step of the way. I was extremely satisfied with the service I received - no problems along the way. I will definitely use Bold Roofing again if I ever need new roofing.

We 100% recommend Bold Roofing for anyone who needs roof replacement and new gutters. Bob was great, he met us on weekends and after hours, whatever fit our schedules. He dealt with our insurance company when they gave us problems. He also fought for us to get new decking in addition to the new shingles. The new roof and gutters look amazing! He helped us pick the best colors for our house. They went over and above and even repaired some holes in our soffits where squirrels were getting into our attic. I had such a bad experience in the past with other roofers that seemed to be scams and shams and unprofessional so when my father had his roof replaced and was very pleased I decided to go with the same company. I had hail damage to my roof and had it replaced. Robert Stevens with Bold Roofing was my direct contact.

He was very professional and knowledgeable He put me at ease of how the process would work and he even reached out to my insurance company for me. The job was done in one day! I have several animals and was concerned about any debris left especially nails. I did not find one single nail.

I have used Bold Roofing 2 times on two different houses. In DFW, if you own a hose, you are going to have hail damage eventually. I have used Robert Stevens every time I need my roof inspected. He will be very honest with you and he will work with your insurance company to get you a new roof if you have hail damage. If he sees preventative maintenance not related to the roof, he will also mention that too. What a nice guy!

Excellent professional experience with Bob from beginning to end. The new roof makes the house look New! The roofers were courteous, respectful, and cleaned the area as they finished each day. I am very satisfied with the work Bold Roofing did in installing a new roof on my home. They were recommended to me by a realtor/neighbor who has recommended them to past clients. The crew was on-time and paid careful attention to safeguarding my shrubs and outdoor lighting while completing the project. Clean up was performed every day of the project and despite a rain delay, they were finished in basically 3 days which was the original estimate. I would definitely use Bold Roofing in the future.

Extremely disappointed with this company. They gave us a quote and were scheduled to come out and do work but never showed up. We have been trying to call and get ahold of our contact there for three days only to have our calls ignored. We finally called from a different number and they called us back. Upon questioning them for the no show, they told us it was a holiday weekend and they didn't like the price we quoted so didn't want to do the work.

I do not recommend working with such an unreliable and unprofessional company. We have been with them for years and are extremely upset with the level of service and treatment to a longtime client.

We had such a positive experience with this company. Our contractor was John W and he was amazing! Initially we just wanted a roof inspection and then maybe get any bad areas patched up.we ended up with an entire new roof; the wood on the front of our house replaced and painted; and a new ceiling in our dining area! John dealt with the insurance company the entire time (thank god because they never listen to me!); and the whole process was just so easy. There was great communication throughout the entire process from John; and we feel very fortunate to have found him. Definitely recommend this company and John W.

Bold Roofing and Brett were awesome! They explained what would happen every step of the way, and double checked everything to make sure the insurance company did everything correct on both ends. Bold made everything hassle-free; not to mention that the roof looks great. They gave great recommendations as to colors, materials, and what to do to make the roof last. I live in a gated NO soliciting neighborhood and these people go around taping flyers to people's doors. I called to let them know to not ever tape a flyer on my door again and I was hung up on by the person on the other line. Respect our neighborhood and DO NOT solicit. Spend the money and do some real marketing!

I've used Bold to replace my roof at two different houses. The first was in 2008 and the second in 2020. Each time, they did a great job of working with my insurance company. My account rep, Bob Stephens, did a great job of making the process completely seamless and (mostly) pain-free both times. The first time around, my insurance company offered to replace just 75%(!) of my roof after a tree fell on my house in a windstorm. However, Bob really went to bat for me.

After going back and forth a couple of times, he got the insurance company to pay for 100% of a new roof. Even better, I paid nothing out of pocket! I again called to Bold to look at my currently roof which had accumulated several years of storm damage. Once again, Bob Stephens was able to get me a max payout. He worked directly with the insurance company and even came by and met with the insurance adjuster as he examined my roof. Unfortunately, I wasn't as lucky the second time around and ended up paying just under $1,000. Considering that I have a 2% deductible and was looking at $4,700 out of pocket, I felt pretty good about what Bold saved me.

I have a good size 1.5-story house and they finished it completely in a single day. The only thing I didn't like was that their crew knocked several large chunks of popcorn ceiling plaster from the inside of my upstairs family room. But since that part of the house has no attic space it was likely unavoidable. They also left a couple of small dings in my deck from dropping tools or waste product. Nonetheless, I've used Bold twice on two different houses and have been very happy with the final outcome. I wouldn't hesitate to call on them again should the need ever arise.

Don't use please. Gabe is rude, unprofessional, a liar and a cheat. They will not clean up, left a bunch of nails on my driveway. Left their material in my yard for 3 months. If you have to use them or any contractor please record and document every statement. Gabe was a nightmare; please run from this company.

I had my roof totaled out in the most recent hail storm in Carrollton. Bob came out and did his inspection and estimate in quick order. I had a check from my insurance in a week and Bold Roofing had my roof replaced in a single day and the gutters finished shortly thereafter. I can't say enough good things about them, they showed up on time and cleaned up afterwards. A great company to do business with.

Barry Robinson did an outstanding job taking care of my roof. Stayed in contact and kept us up to date on everything. He ensured everything was done correctly and and did a post inspection of all the work. The crew he assigned to do my roof were terrific. A very professional job all around. Bold Roofing did an excellent job on our roof. It was completed in a day and a half and the weather was hot! The roofing crew was very professional and kept things cleaned up. It looks better than when the house was new.

This rating is a result from an interaction I just had with a sales rep who rang our bell and knocked on our door, despite the prominent No Soliciting, Please! sign by our front door. He started telling me about their work on our neighbor's roof and I cut him off in mid-sentence saying I guess you didn't see the sign by our door.

My roofing experience couldn't have been better. We had hail storm earlier last year and our skylight got hit and broke the outer surface. I called several companies but among all of them Bold Roofing's responses were professional.
