John came out to check our Jacuzzi bathtub to see why there was no hot water. Fortunately after asking some questions, he checked the pipes and could see there was hot water and our issue was a bad cartridge in our Moen faucet - not an issue with the tub or prior installation. John is very personable, works efficiently and we will not hesitate to ask for him again for any future repairs. Thank you Nieman for sending John!

Oh my goodness, we had the BEST plumber ever! John was courteous, kind, and professional. He is knowledgeable and worked hard to place our outdoor spicket in a new location. We are in a unique position with an ailing family member and John was SO caring. He made sure he was kind and respectful of the situation. Prior to leaving, John shared his concern; his kindness was genuine and so very appreciated. I am so happy with our new spicket but so very thankful for John's kindness. OK folks, Nieman is the one to call. Rex and Michael are two of the hardest workers I have seen. They came this morning and worked all day and septic is up and running. Thank you for their time and dedication!

Chris called on his way, came in with booties on, and went right to work. He identified the problem quickly, but unfortunately the water stem fell apart when he took it out! Since this ment the water would run wide open, he got permission to drive 25 minutes to get a repair kit, retuned and completed the repair. Chris is a knowledgeable, very nice young Plummer!

Since it wasn't an emergency, it took a few days to get on the schedule, but John was great, on-time and professional. He corrected an issue and we learned of a location of a pressure valve we assumed was enclosed in the jetted tub cabinetry. It was a minimal visit cost and he was very helpful and when I asked about another issue, he showed me how to research it myself first, explaining that the cartridge might not be the issue. It was nice to have an honest assessment and someone not trying to just add to the bill. Very happy with both the man sent and the company.

John & Tyler were very professional and efficient in replacing my sump pump and battery backup system. John answered all of my questions and there were quite a few! They were able to identify the right system for my home vs what had been originally requested. They were neat and left my home just like they found it! Thanks guys!

Our hot water heater went out and I had a previous great experience with Nieman Plumbing years ago. We knew we wanted to go with Nieman again. We researched hot water heaters and Kerry gave us quotes on our top choices. We accepted one of their quotes and our new hot water heater was installed quickly, efficiently and professionally. Nieman Plumbing was prompt in scheduling us for an appointment to modify our water pressure components. They quickly diagnosed, and took care of, the banging pipes noise within our home. They patiently explained the process to us and cleaned up the area prior to departing. This is why we contact them whenever our home experiences a plumbing issue.

We have had a wonderful experience with Nieman. We've had them out to fix plumbing issues twice and both times it was a great experience. They have clearly explained the issue and possible solutions. We've been very satisfied with the work done and have not had any reoccurring issues.

Nieman plumbing did an excellent job for us. We had a main sewer back up and were told by another company, a national chain, that we needed major work done which would cost several thousand dollars. We used this national chain in the past for the same thing 20 years ago and they dug up our yard etc. this time because we live in a neighborhood with large trees, another section had to be replaced and they told me that my pipes under my home were in bad shape but they had a special machine that would take care of the problem.

I got a second opinion from Nieman and not only was their quote significantly less, I was informed that my pipe under my home was fine which I saw with the camera. They lined my pipes from the clean out to street and no digging was involved. They were very professional and polite and I will use them in the future for all of my plumbing needs.

This will be short and sweet. I contacted Nieman Plumbing to ask about the cost of installing a kitchen faucet. Just take out the older model, and put a new faucet in it's place. While their website states they do "free estimates", once I called I was told they charge a "call out" or trip charge of $65, and then an installation fee of $125.00/hour. Um, no thank you.

Such a racket.misleading. If I wanted to be charged per hour, I could just contact a handyman company that does that sort of thing. Instead, since I ordered the faucet off Amazon, I remembered seeing they offer installation services. So even a week after I received my faucet, i still got back on Amazon and ordered the faucet installation. $118, no "trip charge" or "call out fee". Straightforward job, straightforward price. No ripoff.

This is to tell you that I am very pleased with your plumbing work and especially to praise the work of the young man who did the plumbing. (I couldn't find his name on the invoice.) His work was professional, experienced, and he left with everything neat and in good order. I can't say enough for that young man and, therefore, for the Nieman Plumbing Company. Outstanding service! Hot water heater failed at 8:30 in the evening and needed replaced. Had everyone in a panic at the house that cold showers were in their future. The guys and gals at Nieman replaced unit in less than 24hrs.

I had the misfortune of calling this company for a leak under my kitchen sink recently. I had tried to fix it myself and was able to tighten some nuts but still had some water dripping from the sprayer hose and wanted the other pipes evaluated.
