Seth M. was on time, very personable, clean and professional. I was having trouble with our ac and he instantly knew the problem. However, I thought it was something else and he was kind enough to spend a little extra time to show me the details, so I could understand. I really appreciated that. As we were doing paperwork we asked him about working for HELP and how it was and you could tell he genuinely likes the company and spoke very highly about it.

I also spoke with Becky to schedule the visit and she was very easy to work with too. I can honestly say using HELP was truly an enjoyable experience. We will be using them for all our HVAC, plumbing and electrical needs.

The two people that came were Mark Blankenship and Timur. They came when they said they would be there. They were very professional and answered any questions I had. They explained everything they were doing so I had no questions afterward. They didn't leave until I was totally satisfied and took care of recycling the parts they replaced. I would definitely recommend them to anyone that needed the same services.

We needed to find a new service provider due to schedule conflicts and availability. HELP had great flexibility and great customer service from my initial call. When technician Nate came to our home, he shared the best in a professional experience. Completed the task with great efficiency, reviewed pricing before he began work, and went above and beyond to make sure even the little things were done right. Nathan did the most thorough & comprehensive work on my A/C system of anyone who has ever performed maintenance on it. He is well-versed in every part of the entire system as well as being knowledgeable about which parts are crucial to the satisfactory performance of the air conditioner. It was a pleasure to see him perform his job so expertly & with total confidence.

He was able to clearly explain why some parts may need replacement, but that with my system being 18 yrs old it may be wise to defer buying parts and put the money toward a new system in a year or two. Thank you Nathan!

I contacted this company because they have good reviews but my experience so far has not been good. Multiple people come to your house to complete work but the communication between them seems to be lacking. Apparently, they all have different tools and knowledge so be aware they may send someone that doesn't have all of the tools or understanding to complete your ask.

After they left my house and I paid for that part of the job on the first day my wife noticed that evening that the issue had actually not been fixed. I had second thoughts about moving forward with them for the much more expensive job and called the office to cancel while we searched for a second opinion. The guy who answered in the office did not cancel like I requested.

Instead he contacted the tech who came out and gave me a quote who said he would call me to discuss everything. I never received a call from him either. A few days later they have a tech come out to complete the job I had cancelled while I was at work and I missed my wife's call. This tech knowingly showed up with out the tools to complete the job and I would assume this company would have a higher standard on some of the work completed.

He left and charged us for the entire job incomplete without even scheduling to finish. When I called the office to notify them of the issue they could not figure it out or get in touch with the tech who recommended the repairs and quoted us. I received a call Saturday morning that they would be back to finish the repairs on Tuesday. Tuesday comes around and they send the tech back out who does not have the tools to complete the repairs still pending in the notes for the job.

I honestly did not need to see him for him to tell me "oh yea that's definitely not complete". He tells me they'll send another tech out same day to finish the work. Now I get a call that no one will be coming to complete the job today at all and no one will be back out until Friday. That means I have to take a third day off of work because they refuse to schedule me on a Saturday even though I already sat here 2 days waiting for repairs to be completed.

I can't possibly trust them to come in and do what they agreed to when I'm not here after what they pulled on my wife a few days ago. They push for the club membership. Try and see how they treat you and fix your issue before you join. You don't want to be stuck paying them monthly when you arleady have had a bad experience with them. At least they are clean.

Excellent service from beginning with the phone call, to the end of the service. My call was received by Becky. She was extremely cheerful, knowledgeable, and professional. She understood exactly what I needed and got me someone out to my house in under an hour. The service man, Alex, was professional, fast and efficient. He had my furnace up and running within 20 minutes and took the time to sit down with me to explain everything he had done to correct the problem and how I should move forward with several options to choose from when I decide to go forward. I highly recommend this company and I recommend signing up for the HELP club membership.

Alex was VERY patient and professional. We needed a new water heater on a Saturday due to a leak and no hot water from my existing tank. HELP found a guy that could come out between 3 & 5 PM, but arrived early! I had to be at work, so he waited until I could call back to explain the options, costs and suggestions. He had already explained the options and costs to my wife, so that helped us make a quicker decision.

Because he took the time twice to explain ALL the feasible options and found a way to make the existing tank last until the next morning, we went with the tankless water heater due to a better warranty by 5 years for a small price difference. The next day, when he was installing the water heater, his boss called because he saw we declined the quote for the sump pump to be installed because I could get it cheaper from another business. Alex's boss said if Alex could install it while he was here, he could be that quote by $100 so we got both. Fortunately I didn't need the back up battery or that sump pump! But. when I need it, I'll call for Alex to get that quote then.

I will also be requesting Alex when the monthly check ups are scheduled. He was patient, polite and VERY thorough, didn't spill a single drop of water taking out the old tank, cleaned up and will be a pleasure to invite back for the next fix.

Mr Ryan was nice, very professional and explained thing's that I understood, he went over and beyond and solved a mystery for me! Thanks Mr. Ryan

Sean came out and did a tune up for me. expert in his field. very polite. found some problems and brought them to my attention. I am thankful for his time and advice.

The service guy was great, experienced, excellent job, & cleaned up everything great! I couldn't have asked for a greater job!

Great guys! JJ AND BRIAN! Brian is on of the best persons I've meet in just an hour. No doubt this tech is in my opinion the best tech you'll find! If this was not true, I would say this! He spent a lot of time working with the company to fulfill my needs and the company was very concerning about my entire process. I'm staying with these guys forever.

Bethany was right on time, very friendly and helpful. She did her best to get our drain clog taken care of but our issues seem to be bigger than we thought. We appreciated the time she took in her efforts and was very surprised when she told us there's no charge for something she couldn't fix. That's excellent customer service and was very appreciated.

Rob Pearl came at the time I was told someone would come to install my new toilet. They said between 10am and noon. He came at 10:30am. He explained all that he was doing to me in great detail. He explained the various options I had and their costs. He did everything very professionally. After he was finished installing the toilet he cleaned up and took away the old toilet. I would recommend using HELP plumbing to my friends. I was totally satisfied with the job Rob did.

Terrible, very terrible service the guys dropped my wife's table center piece on our wood floor chipped the floor and they never repaired it. Also I live in Springdale and they never sent in the approval paper work in to be able to work on my heating and electric.

Troy Harris was the Technician who came to my home for a Furnace tune up Special. Upon looking at my furnace, instead of doing the tune up, he began finding several things wrong. He even showed me a Manual with listed items for the furnace parts and prices.

Andrew L came out to our house to conduct the Fall furnace tune-up. He was very friendly and professional, advising of a special air cleaner that might be good for our allergies. He also noticed the gas pressure on the furnace was set on 7.5 (psi?) so he said it should be set at 3.0 and would save us more on our fuel bill this winter.

HELP always handles things so the results are best for the house and its occupants, even though that may mean that things are more difficult for the technicians. I have an older house with a slab foundation, so heating and cooling installations are somewhat more difficult that hooking things up in a basement.

This company knows how to communicate with each other and the customer! They offer a service to the customer where one person calls you and tells you who your tech is, his name and a photo of him. I have had 2 techs at my house and each was quick to diagnose the problem and fix it!

I had major plumbing work performed on April 13-14th of 2016. It included installation of kitchen sink/faucet; water pressure reduction valve, 50-gal hot water tank, and 2 major vertical pipe stack replacements.

Very professional. During our regular club AC checkup Casey took the time to explain everything we needed to know about the issues with the AC system. He gave us the pros and cons of repairing vs. replacing the AC.

We have a service contract with HELP and have been pleased with the tuneup service for our HVAC systems. We knew that we were going to need to replace our systems soon and found out today with our tune-up, that the time is now due to safety concerns.

I love everything about HELP. The staff are always professional and polite. Our furnace went out, instead of waiting until Monday to get it resolved, HELP took care of us today. Todd was very thorough, knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly.
