Rob was very professional, came before the call time (which was much appreciated). He found our issue and told me exactly what to look out for if something like this happens again. If I ever have a future issue, I'll call Henry and specifically ask for Rob. He's very knowledgeable, kind and gets the job down in the most efficient way possible. Highly recommend! I'm also a local real estate agent and have clients that always ask me for vendors and I now know who would be at the top of my list.

I had a unique experience today (Saturday, April 15, 2022). I live in Homestead Florida and need a plumber to install some hard to fit filters for my well pump that sprinkles the lawn and fills the pool. I called Henry Plumbing at the local Homestead number and somehow wound up talking to Keith Mann at the Savanah Georgia location. Keith of course couldn't come out, but he stepped me through every aspect of what I need to do over the phone.

This is service above and beyond. Thank you very much Keith. Actually I wish you were here in Homestead so you could work on my project. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you, Keith and Henry Plumbing.

Kim and the staff at Henry Plumbing are wonderful! They were able to fit my request in within 48 hours (and not assume it was an emergency=$$$). The plumbers onsite were efficient and polite. I had a new sink and faucet installed, the plumbers had to get creative with repiping the dishwasher and did it no problem. The cost of the services was reasonable, invoiced based on time spent on site vs. a competitor who was going to charge by service! I highly recommend Henry Plumbing in the Savannah area. Had another remarkably GREAT service call from Henry Plumbing, tidying up a mess left by another so-called highly rated plumbing company. The scheduler, Kim (she of the lovely voice) had me set up in no time and the techs, Keith and Caleb, actually called and said that they could come by earlier than the set time. They were great, good-natured guys, very courteous and took care of what I needed in a timely manner and were so thorough.

And it was a substantially lower charge than what I got hit with from those other guys. Maybe the bigger a company gets the worse the service and prices become. Henry Plumbing can't be beat, love these guys.

Agreement made 3 years back when I proceeded with work at my home they would finish the re-piping job by taking the water line to the main. (There was no need to bust up concrete to do this at the time and repeat in 3 years) Now. no record of this agreement and unfortunately I took the man for his word. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE. GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING WITH THIS COMPANY! Work was good; integrity is questionable.

Critical: Professionalism Get everything in writing with this company if you decide to use them! They don't keep notes or remember promises. When questioned on the phone they hung up on me. Rude.

I've worked with Henry Plumbing previously on several occasions to do some fixes for our kitchen sink and to install a reverse osmosis system under our kitchen sink as well and replacing the filters for it. The plumbers did a fantastic job and were pretty quick with the work that they did and the pricing was very fair. I highly recommend Henry Plumbing!

The two gentleman from Henry Plumbing who arrived, Robert and Evan, showed up on time, were cordial, efficient and thorough diagnosing my plumbing issue having to do with a leaking dishwasher. They seemed very knowledgeable and I would recommend them without hesitation! I did not realize they also do many of the historic properties around Savannah, so they can handle it all.

Customer BEWARE! Like many of the 1 & 2 stars this company is DISHONEST & CORUPT! Throw the estimate's away, they " SLOW-WALK " the job & way over Bill you without blinking an eye. Tonya, the Co-Owner is what the review's state! She's extremely miss leading, hateful & threatening with her other lovely qualities. Never EVER use this company & I'll do my best to let our neighborhood know how much of a no good plumbing company they are!

Repaired previously repaired outdoor water pipe that had to be correctly fixed by using the proper underground components. The previous repair company's person did not use underground components so the repair did not last even a year. The plumber who diagnosed the problem went out of his way to obtain the correct part. The time that was spent obtaining the correct part was not charged to us! Super company. We are now using them for all our plumbing repairs that we cannot perform ourselves.

They are not the cheapest nor the most expensive. However they are very professional and punctual. I have worked with Henry plumbing on multiple occasions and spoken to the owner Tonya Reed on multiple occasions. It's hard to predict a plumbing job, however Tonya will share her experience in her business and try her best to tell you what she believes the issue is without seeing it in person.

I appreciate that extra knowledge, because I would hate to to overcharged for a simple fix. I will continue using this company. I hope you find this review helpful and if you do proceed with them that you have a good experience with them as much as I did.

I have used this company several times and I have to say they are the most reliable and competent plumbing company I have ever used. The young man that came to my house yesterday was so helpful and knowledgeable not to mention polite. Thank you Henry Plumbing.

Fast and Professional and they clean up their mess! Most of all they fixed our problem!

I had a good experience with Henry Plumbing, they were polite, however, the results were unfortunate. I had a clog in a bathroom (toilet, sink, tub) and kitchen sink. Henry Plumbing was able to send out a plumber on the same day that I called. The plumber ran a snake and the clog was freed, but he had suspicions due tension in the snake line that he ran, that something else was in the line.

Not knowing any better, and since the clog was apparently gone, I paid the bill and went about my evening. The next evening, the same clog returned. I called Henry Plumbing the following morning, and they could "put us on the schedule for today" but could not guarantee that they could arrive same day. I called another plumbing company, they came out, and ran a snake with a small blade through the entire system, felt the same tension in the line, and freed the clog.

They triple checked the entire sewer line again, from entire house to street, felt no tension in the line, letting the water run to ensure all was good. My feeling is that Henry Plumbing may have rushed through the job, I am not sure why they could not have used a small blade on the end of the snake, to clear the line fully the first time. Either way, my experience was mixed, you may have better luck.

Personally, I did not like the vibe or management. Called owner to report issue and she hung up on me. I was over charged.

Never fixed the issue. Overcharged me. They take several days to come out for an emergency. I spent hours each time cleaning up after them. Shoveling poop, picking up dirty rubber gloves in my yard, and mopping sewage throughout my home. Charged different price every time, free to whatever they demanded for the same issue. They were angry when I called for the unresolved issue. Unprofessional.

We had a plumbing emergency and called another plumber who recommended Henry plumbing company. I spoke with Kim at their office and although they were completely booked, she promised to call back if a plumber finished a job early and became available. True to her word, she did call back less than 30 minutes later. They came out very promptly, made the repair quickly and were very professional. I highly recommend Henry plumbing and will use them again. Hopefully, next time won't be an emergency!

I would not do business with this firm. I am a victim of zip code profiling. They gave me what turned out to be a low ball estimate to only have them come back three weeks later looking to charge me 3x the original labor charge. If they have been doing estimates for over 51 years you would think they would know what they are doing. Stay clear

Over the years we have had plumbing repairs, new lines installed or moved, new tankless water heater placed, service calls, fixture/toilet and washer dryer hookups installed. One thing that is important to our family is contributing to the local economy by using small businesses for service. Henry Plumbing is a dependable company who I believe takes pride in what they do, they are our go-to company, and I highly recommend!

I wish I had found Henry Plumbing Company when I first moved to Savannah. They took care of my issue professionally, quickly and charged a very fair price!

We were in the middle of painting our home when I realized that we needed to pull up the toilets to paint behind them. While pulling the toilet, out flange broke, and honestly, it was one thing that I didn't want to deal with. I asked in my community for recommendations and Henry Plumbing came up. I actually had an appointment with another company and cancelled, which I now regret. First, my appointment was at 10:30 am., so at 11:00 am I called to see when they were coming.

I was told the original plumber was tied up and we were rescheduled for 11:45; Thanks for telling me! So at 1:00 PM, they showed up. They knew why they were coming and I sent one of the owners a picture on Friday, yet, they showed up with only a flange, not a wax ring, or shims when they knew they were fixing a toilet. Yet their reasoning was because they had an accident and didn't have the van with supplies.

How is that my problem? Then they wanted to charge me for time because they had to go to Home Depot to buy supplies. Sad thing is, they installed my toilet wrong, it leaked. So I had to go and buy another wax ring to fix it. Secondly, they ripped my flooring by pounding in shims with a pair of pliers. Also, the times they were at my house were wrong.

I have Ring video to show when they arrived, left, came back, and left for good. None of it matches the times they wrote on the work order. Really!? I'm all about local businesses, but I won't support liars that try stealing my money. I would avoid this company because they are unprofessional and out to take your money.

Quick response to a request to flush out hot water on demand tank.courteous service.

We have been renovating a home and have faced some issues with our master shower. The first time the technicians came, they stepped in for about 5 min then said they could not help us. The second time they came I had the wall cut out and they just pulled a coupling out and brainstormed some things. I am still left with a non working shower after two visits from the plumber and left with having to attempt plumbing myself.

They charged me $57.00 for the first visit even though they couldn't do anything. So, bottom line, this company will charge you for a service that isn't rendered and will call it a service call since they had to enter the home. Now $172 later and I still have no working shower.

Responsive, reliable, efficient, reasonable pricing, no up-sell -- what more could we ask for? Henry Plumbing is well managed and dispatched, and provided such friendly, thorough, and responsive assistance from our initial call. Truly appreciate the service of such a well-run outfit!

Henry Plumbing came out to take a look at my kitchen sink which was not working correctly. Joe quickly fixed the problem, cleaned out the faucet screens, and tightened all nuts and valves under the sink to ensure all piping was secure.

Sometimes you get in over your head and need help. I did and called Henry's. I had attempted to replace a undersink pipe. I was pleased they could come and rescue me. They unfortunately at first just reassembled the old pipes. I explained that I wanted new pipes. Eventually we were able to accomplish this. The sink needed non standard pipe length. End of the day, I was happy. They have always done good work for me

I just got off the phone with the lovely lady who answered the phone and she just saved me possibly $100 at least! My garbage disposal wasn't working and she asked if I had tried the reset button (feel kind of dumb I didn't know there was a reset button) sure enough it turns on!

I called to get my water heater fixed. I picked Henry because of the high rating. The phone greeting was caught in a loop. Press 0 for assistance, I press 0, the greeting starts over. I tried a couple of times and gave up.

I work with a Property Management Company and have used Henry plumbing for all kinds of repairs from hot water heaters, to replacing a water main located 5 feet under a parking lot. They are always on time, knowledgeable and professional. We never have to call them back out because they do the work right the first time.
