Ugh.when they show up as they're supposed to, they're fine but every few months (COVID aside) there's an issue.and today was just flat out not showing up. After several hours past their "normal" time (which we're used to them missing anyway), we called to see what was up. Were told they called and left a message (we had a missed call an hour past their time but didn't leave a message) and texted (a landline) that they were short staffed, had people call out and were unable to make it today. They can't get back until the next scheduled time in two weeks. Oh and here's $10 off your next cleaning for the trouble. Seriously?! Done. Time to find new cleaners.

My wife and I have been Happy Homes Maid Service customers for years now, and we've always been impressed with the quality of the service and the value. We've been working from home for the last couple months, and so it was finally to the point where we knew we needed a whole-house deep cleaning. The Happy Homes team was super flexible, and found one of their team members (Megan) to clean our house.

She was here for six full hours, and the house seems BRAND NEW. It's amazing - it seriously seems like there wasn't anyone living here at all! Not a spot of dust anywhere, not a dirty surface to be seen. Thank you, Megan, for making our house feel new again! As long as Happy Homes is in business, we'll be (happy) customers!

I was told several times by who I booked with to have a list of priorities and cleaners would address those first. I had a simple list to focus on floors & bathrooms. They were very courteous, but seemed unorganized from the start. After noticing they were still upstairs about 2/3-3/4 of the way through the time, I went upstairs where they had only. done one bathroom and one of the two cleaners was fluffing pillows in a room I hadn't even mentioned. Clearly, time was not spent on the priorities I was told to provide and I don't know how much time was spent in rooms I had no interest in being touched.

They then tried to speed through the rest of the job and it was underwhelming. They said they could spend more time to do it, mentioning they had some "variance" time and maybe another 15 minutes to complete the job. I let them finish and they said the office would call to discuss the performance and payment for extra time. The next day I was billed for an extra half hour and never was contacted. Just unimpressed with my experience here.

WOW! These people are THE BEST!. Prompt, Friendly, Professional, Hard Working, and just damn good! This is the cleanest we have ever seen our house, top to bottom. (and we are very particular) Absolutely 100% reommended. Service:Deep clean

Bob and Karen are awesome to work for! They take good care of their employees and I feel like I'm part of another family working there. I enjoy the diversity of getting to know people who come from all kinds of ethnic backgrounds and it's always nice to have people who say they appreciate me being there. Also, they have an incentive to come to. work.

This isn't the easiest kind of work to do, but the pay is better than some caregiving companies I have previously worked for and I also like the benefits. The dental and medical are good and not expensive. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for full-time or part-time work.

Happy Homes has been absolutely amazing to me! Called to set up a free estimate, they were only a day or two out. Showed up on time, and were very professional. They answered any questions I had, and were very accommodating with my three dogs. The people that showed up to do my first clean were on time, very nice, and did such a good job! Every room in the house was spotless. No dust, they swept and mopped every floor, and our bathroom was sparkling clean. My fiance and I are very pleased and will continue using Happy Homes!

I have used Happy Homes Maid Service for a year or so now and I've been overall very pleased with their service. They are flexible in finding options that work for you and are a fair price. They are organized and pretty consistent. When a job isn't done to your satisfaction, they make it right. It's hard to find a good cleaning company that you can trust to do the job right, but I would recommend Happy Homes Maid Service.

Great quality and customer service. I feel spoiled getting the house cleaned and we've also had the carpets cleaned multiple times. It feels like getting turndown service at a hotel or on a cruise, but even better because the whole house sparkles. Best of all, it frees my time up for other things.

We have been using this company for 3.5 years now and have been happy with the service the whole time. I initially hired Happy Homes Maid because I liked their cleaning approach- clean the whole house in addition to deep cleaning one area of the house (kitchen, bathroom) each time. The prices were comparable to other companies. When there was an issue with the cleaning in the past, the company would send someone to correct it in a timely manner.

The management is very responsive to feedback. Additionally, they are very flexible. My husband's schedule is rather unpredictable and at times I had to give a short notice to cancel and they were accommodating. We also travel a lot and there has been no issue stopping the service when we're away from home. I would highly recommend this company!

We've used Happy Homes for about 10 or so years, at 2 different houses. The office is responsive and easy to work with if I need to reschedule. Sometimes I'm working from home when the gals come to clean and they've always been very nice and courteous. On the rare occasion that I think something wasn't done well enough, they send someone out quickly to get it taken care of. I think they are fairly priced as well. Thank you, Happy Homes.

I recently used Happy Homes Maid Service to get my house ready to become a rental. They did an incredible job and thoroughly cleaned every room. They took their time and their work is guaranteed if they missed something. Well they did phenomenal and I had no complaints. I've used Happy Homes for almost 10 years and am delighted to review them. My gals know my home better than I do! (Not sharing their names - don't want the competition!) They are so quick & efficient. And the office staff is super easy to work with regarding scheduling & billing. I've also used Happy Home's grout & tile cleaning and sealing work. Lovely cleaning service. My husband and I have two dogs and a very busy lifestyle, so we never have the chance to give our home a thorough clean. The worst company I've ever had in my life the owner/manager is just the worst I feel so bad for people who spend their hard earn money to this place

Am very happy overall with the services. Occasionally marks on the walls or doors get missed or items remain un-dusted, but again, very happy overall with the service. It has opened up so much quality time for me and I appreciate your help so much.

I love coming home to a clean home after a long day at work! My wife and I fully appreciate the time saved and the maids do a much better job than we could ever do ourselves. We've been customers for over 5 years. Saving time is my #1 reason for household services, like maid service, because I'd rather spend my time doing other things. It was Thanksgiving week 2007 when our son and family came from out-of-state to visit and to check on Mom and Dad. It was over a year since Dad had a major heart attack. Mom was juggling a program of taking care of her loved one and keeping the house in spic and span order. The family could see this was taking its toll on her.

I'm a bit confused by the negative reviews but here goes mine: Happy Homes Maids have been cleaning my house for over one year now. I hired them as soon as we moved to Boise. I interviewed several companies and decided to hire Happy Homes Maid Service. They come every other week and do a great job (wash floors, vacuum, change sheets in master bedroom, clean bathrooms, etc.) (Once there were a few issues that I mentioned to the management and they came back and corrected the situation.) They clean our two floors and each time do a deep clean in one area (one of the rooms/bathrooms.) Additionally, they are very flexible.

My husband's schedule can be inconsistent and at times I had to reschedule cleaning the morning of and they responded right away and made proper accommodations. Also when we traveled for extensive periods of time they had no problems postponing the service. I am very happy with the service and will continue to working with them.

I have never been so disappointed in a company. Last Tuesday I found my mother-in-law dead. I text my company and let them know. They fired me for a "no call no show". How heartless can a person be not to see how an event like this hurts a person and their family! Not only did we lose our mom I also lost my job and my source of income. They didn't even have the respect to let me know I lost my job they had another employee tell me. How sad.

I just got off the phone with Kamella and she was fantastic. She was willing to give a very rough estimate for a move-out clean based on square footage, the length of time we've lived here and a few other factors.

Tried to call about services and pricing. The lady was very short with me. They won't even talk to you unless they have seen the place and will not do anything with you until then. If they can't be courteous over the phone what makes me think they will be any better in person?

I have been very satisfied with the work of (my team). They are hard workers, dependable in coming on time, very polite and helpful with any request. I feel they are very honest and can be trusted with my home. They are nice to have around. Thank you for having such good people on your staff.

We have had them cleaning for us for over the last year. They have been absolutely amazing and I'm a tough critic when it comes to cleaning our house. In addition to that, I know our house is not an easy or fun home to clean.

Terrible maid service! Very inconsistent. Bob has no customer service skills. We were on a 99.00 every two week plan to have our house cleaned. They came out 8 times and only two times it looked well. We gave them a chance to come out and rectify it and they failed. They are good at making excuses of why they cannot clean things that they said they would do when the order and preliminary site visit was conducted. Lyn was nice to talk to on the phone and the maids were nice in our home to us and our dogs. They seem like nice people with terrible cleaning skills and great excuse makers. Not for us!
