Replaced a dual capacitor in one of my A/C units with individual capacitors for the motor and compressor. Installed a start-up kit to help the capacitors start the motor and compressor and prolong their lifespan. Went very well. I called around 4:30 pm and the technician arrived before 6 pm.

I used TEX-PERTS to replace wires from the thermostat to the outside wire; he had to go under the trailer to do so. My air conditioner went off about 4:30 pm and I called Tex-perts. They answered and sent someone right away and found the problem right away. He crawled under the house to fix it. He was a very nice guy!

One of our two air conditioning units quit working three days ago. We called one of the companies that had performed seasonal maintenance for us to take a look. They discovered a wire had shorted out and burned a hole through a copper tube releasing all the refrigerant. We asked for repair and replacement estimates and then sought a second estimate.
