I have done a 180 turn on Courtesy Plumbing! The owner called me and appologizd for the first job. Since then we completed a second plumbing job after he reassured me what happened was a fluke. Appropriately named, COurtesy Plumbing was a pleasure to deal with. One entire side of my haome would not drain, and so called COurtesy based on their Yelp reviews. I was not disappointed. They called me to let me know if the technician would be delayed, and kept me apprised of any deviations from the scheduled appointment.

I needed a kitchen sink and faucet installed and called around for estimates, including to Courtesy Plumbing based upon their Yelp reviews. The agent on the phone set up an appointment for the very next day for somebody to come and take measurements to verify if my planned new sink would fit. The owner, Tony, arrived on time and took his measurements and gave me an estimate.

Professional, prompt, and courteous service. I called early Monday morning to get my leaking water heater replaced. I got a reasonable quote over the phone and a 9 am appointment. Perry from Courtesy Plumbing was at the house exactly at 9. He said it would take about 3 hours for everything, and he was done by noon. He did a great job and was very professional and friendly.

Wow. So we had a potentially expensive problem on our hands (plastic and a metal bolt down the shower drain). All the quotes we are getting are quite high, one was initially 350 to bring out the camera, plus 200 an hour.
