The staff answered my questions before sending someone out. Pricing was discussed after we were told what the problem was. Dalton actually repaired a toilet while he was there in addition to the faucet repair we had called about. He was friendly and professional. We asked if he could install a tub. He said yes that he could handle that. We will definitely call back when we are ready to do that.

I reached out to a number of company's for information on the issue with my clogged drains all stated on the site same day or fast response. Option One was the only company to call me back not only the same day but at all. Daniel came out, was fast and knowledgeable about my issue and got it resolved. I want to give a BIG THANKYOU to Option One Plumbing and Ted who came to my home and repaired mine and my neighbors underground well electrical and waterlines! He sent his picture and info on his arrival time and was here as promised. The lines had been damaged by a stump removal. Ted stayed until very late at night to ensure both lines were working. And did I mention he completed all this work in the dark with intermittent rain! Thanks Again!

I denoted a problem with a slow leak from the tank to the bowl. Of several responses, Option One was the only company that could come out same day. Moreover, they offered free estimates. Upon working on the problem, Randy saw a second faulty part that may well have caused a leak from the bowl to the floor. Had I attempted a do-it-yourself on the first problem, I might well have suffered floor damage in a couple of months. I would have preferred an itemized invoice, separating parts and labor, but, bottom line, I paid exactly what Randy quoted me.

They came out and replaced the pipes in our house. Did a great professional job. They let us know what was happening while it happened and also did their job without any disruption to our family. Great experience this is their second job at our house and would hire again for future services.

Michael and Dustin did a great job trying to clean up our clogged laundry drain. They offered least expensive alternative to save the overall cost of repair until the clog was cleared. Highly recommend them Service: Unclog drain

Although we did not use them for repairs, it's nice to know that there are companies out there who are willing to come out for free and provide an estimate and diagnosis. I would highly recommend them for their professionalism and responsiveness.

I've found my Go-To plumber. I moved into a house in SC, and within a month found that it had a big problem with the drain line. I called Option One Plumbing, and they sent out Randy to help me. He did a great job; he was very professional and courteous, and he clearly knows his stuff about plumbing. Another guy wanted to charge me a lot more for the job.

But Randy charged me a good price. Which was a big deal to me, because although he didn't know it, if the price had been higher, I couldn't have afforded to have it done now. I didn't tell him all my troubles, but money is tight, and I have a family and a new baby, and they need water. I was so thankful he had a better price! So he got my problem taken care of, and now my family has water again! Thanks, Randy! I have other jobs I want to get done before long, and I will be calling Randy, and Option One Plumbing.

Angelo and Trevor were fantastic. We had a very weird situation and Angelo spent over 2 hours trying to diagnose the problem and recommend the right solution. He was able to get us on the schedule quickly and when he and Trevor got here, they took the time to confirm the situation and get to fixing it. They were very thorough and professional and I would highly recommend them for any plumbing job. If we have a plumbing issue again, they'll be the first plumbers we call.

Fantastic! I called yesterday afternoon needing a certified gas plumber to install a gas stove. Option One were extremely professional friendly. The Plumber came out the next day as promised on time with a text with his picture prior to arrival and maintained all health safety standards due to the pandemic. He showed and advised on additional work which we purchased due to the house being so old.

He was more than knowledgeable and we felt comfortable with all decisions. From the smallest job to the largest job we TRUST Option One. We will be using them for all of my Mother's plumbing needs.

Quoted for a hot water heater install. The technician was amazing. He did his best to help me without asking for a dime. The quote was a little more than i expected. He even tried his best to find ways for me to get the quote down so I can afford the repair since I am unemployed at the moment.

This company is amazing. I have used them for commercial property and they are very responsive and handle the issues that are needed. I have had the honor of working with Tim and Mike from this office and they both were knowledgeable, patient, hard working and very thorough. Their prices are reasonable and their work is superior. I called for a slow drain for washing machine that keeps backing up on every wash cycle. David Star from Option One arrived as expected. David was very knowledgeable and hard working who corrected my issue and recommended future work that is needed.

Robert came out to snake our kitchen drain. Got it cleared in record time. Suggested some possible things to do down the road but with no pressure. Robert was very polite and friendly and shared a funny story about drain cleaning job he had once. Cost half of what other plumbers charge just to show up. We will use again! Thanks

Well, in the past, you guys always rated 5 stars. Not so this time. I called in this morning to see if you would come out to unclog my sewer drain here. Only then did I find out that your $49 special doesn't apply on the weekends.

We had David Starr and assistant Tyler replace piping under our house and install a clean out. He was great from start to finish. When assessing the job, I felt he was honest and could be trusted. He also gave affordable options and so we knew Option One was the right choice.

On 4/8/16 I called Option One Plumbing to get a quote. A service technician named Mike came out. He quoted me 3 prices, but he never gave me the written estimate. When I told him I wanted the cheapest option he told me he couldn't do it because he didn't have the right tool for that job.

I have had this Co, come out to my house for 8 yrs. I am thru with them. As far as fixing the plumbing, there are great. Showing up, not too good, they are always hours late. And paying them by check Is the worse.

I only have great things to say about this company and especially our technician/ plumber David Starr. We felt he was very knowledgeable and never felt like we were ripped off in any way. He was upfront every step of our plumbing nightmare.
