Window Universe

I have had a leaking window off and on for a year and a half. Still no resolution. Call last we and have not heard back on a planned repair date. Steer clear of them.

We replaced all of our windows except one and they meet all of our requirements. Called them to replace the one they missed and that one window price quote was half the price of the total for ALL the windows. Very disappointing that after we gave them our whole house replacement business they would not cut us a break. Also don't get too excited about their warranty, we have a broken seal in one of the windows and have been waiting for months for them to replace it and they are a no show. Take your business somewhere else.

We got estimates from three companies, and were impressed by the prices, product info and responsiveness of Window Universe. Drew answered all my questions. We ordered our windows early in the summer, but due to COVID issues, the manufacturer didn't get the windows made until mid-December, but that's not really anyone's fault. We're very pleased with our windows - they are attractive and work very well.

The one negative was that the installers gouged some wood trim around our patio door, but on the other hand they took down our blinds and re-hung them. All in all we're very satisfied and recommend Window Universe to our neighbors.

They came and did my windows yesterday, they look wonderful and i love them. I highly recommend this company they show up on time, clean up after, and they do a great work. They do a great job of keeping you up on progress while your windows are being made. They also answer any questions you may have before, while and after everything is done. Thank you for making my house look wonderful and for all their hard work they did to put my windows in. The two guys that came out were awesome and easy going. Thanks again

Had a great experience with Window Universe. We got a quote and decided to hold off on moving forward for several months. No calling or emailing to bug us in the interim time. When we decided we were ready to move forward, we got in touch and they came out the next day for an updated quote. Installation was quick and easy and the guys were very helpful and personable. It's about six months later, and our windows look great and retain heat wonderfully.

Very low pressure sales. Great installation. They did a good job. Clean up was perfect. No mess anywhere. I have had my windows for over a year now and I really like how they look. No more air leaks! Great windows at a good price.

***Great company to do business with*** I decided earlier this year to replace the windows in my Condo; so I started researching. I chose three companies to provide quotes; all three offered similar windows, but the pricing was crazy different for primarily the same windows. I went with Window Universe and could not be happier; they offer financing through an easy application process.

Once I applied, I was contacted by one of the sales people who met with me and provided a packet on what the various window offerings, the warranty and detailed how the process worked. The process was easy; weekly emails were received to outline the current of the process. The installation process quick and painless; the guys were kind, considerate and cleaned up when completed. I have provided the contact information for Window Universe to several friends/neighbors and at least one has purchased windows through this company.

I had a great experience with Window Universe. The whole process was smooth from beginning to completion. I had the initial consult and estimate done without any pressure. Once I was ready to begin the project they worked great with my schedule. I was also kept up to date on the progress of my windows through weekly emails. The day of installation the workers were right on schedule and very friendly. Everything was cleaned up nicely as well. My windows are beautiful and I'm so very happy with how the project turned out.

I have no idea if this company installs quality windows or not. They ghosted on our sales call. Update. the company responded to the oversight and apologized. did their best to make it right and follow up with additional communication. We decided to go a different direction, but clearly this is a company that cares about customer satisfaction and follow up.

I would say that speaks volumes about the type of service you might receive if you choose them to install your new windows. Mistakes happen, we are human, but how a company responds is really key. Window universe Indianapolis seems to be very customer oriented. I appreciated their response to my complaint.

My experience was very good, I ordered in mid October and they were installed the beginning of December. Everyone was very courteous and quick to respond to questions and emails. Price was competitive and no pressure sales. The windows look great. I had 8 windows replaced 7 standard and 1 garden window it all took about 8 hours from start to driving out of my drive way (and locking the gate behind them) finish. The installers were fantastic, glad I chose this company.

My windows were 5 days shy of the 90 day mark. While the install team and Ryan were great and answered all my questions, I can't be as positive about the rest of the process. After my windows were done and nobody had contacted me for a week, I had to reach out to them to make an appointment.

I hired Window Universe to replace half of the builder grade windows in my home. The new windows are exactly as ordered, they were installed professionally and efficiently, the staff was punctual and the entire experience was very good.

Window Universe was great. The person that came out looked at my windows and gave me a quote that day. He didn't keep calling to see if I had made a decision yet. He also was very helpful in updating the quote based on the various options that I was considering.

The people I spoke to were very professional. The installers were extremely friendly and answered any questions I had. The windows are great and I priced windows through multiple places. Window Universe was by far the best and they didn't keep bothering me while I was making my decision.
