DR. Shower Door & Mirrors

We've had our shower doors from Dr. Shower Door for almost a full year now and we love them! Great customer service and the installers were wonderful. We also felt like the price was fair for the quality we got. Overall really happy with the outcome.

Dr. Shower Door & Mirror is amazing! We remodeled our bathroom and they were the only company that delivered on time and exactly as estimated. The installers were super professional, kind, pleasant, clean, took their shoes off right when they came in (even without me asking) and did an amazing job! Everything fits and looks perfectly! I couldn't be more happy! We used them already a few times and every time we were super happy with the outcome! They are reliable and we can't recommend them highly enough! Thank you!

I had Dr. Shower come quote shower doors for me. They showed up on time for the quote and were very proffesional and efficient. We did not end up using them for the job, but I have no doubt their quality would be excellent!

I have had an incredible experience from beginning to end with Dr Shower Door and Mirrors. I began looking online to find a company and originally, chose one that was closer to home. They never followed up so I began looking further from home. I'm so glad I did. From the kind woman on the other end of the line to the great communication, templating, and installation of my custom shower door, everything was EXCELLENT. The employees were kind and friendly. They did an amazing job and I am over the top happy with the results. I HIGHLY recommend them for your custom shower needs.

We had Jim come to our house to provide a quote on replacing the shower door in our master bath. I only know it was Jim because that is the name he wrote on the quote; he never introduced himself to us. When my wife greeted him at the front door, he walked in without saying a word. When she said hello a second time, he responded stiffly with, "You need a quote on a shower door?" We took him up to the bathroom, where he seemed annoyed to answer basic questions, took his measurements, and went outside to write up his quote.

When he returned, he handed my wife the quote and offered no explanation. We told him thank you, and he left without a word. We threw the quote away without even considering the price. Jim gets 1 star only because he arrived on time. That's the only positive thing I can say about this very strange experience.

Critical: Value Four years ago we purchased waterfall barndoors for our shower. Recently the track has started to get loose on one end. We called and DR. Shower door wants $150 to come out and inspect their own work and we said NO. That to us is exorbitant. Service: Plumbing fixture installation

I have been working with Dr. Shower for several years now. As a building contractor, I couldn't be happier with their service. They are professional and prompt. My clients are always happy with the experience. The showroom is the best.

We just had our shower doors installed and they look amazing. The 2 men that completed the work were professional and were able to complete the work in around one hour. The 2 ladies that I spoke to in the office were very helpful and were able to get us scheduled for installation the same week that the doors were ready. The time it took from the initial call to installation was around 2 weeks. Great service. We highly recommend that you use this company for your shower door and mirror needs.

Please do not go with this company. It was the worst experience. I was yelled at on the phone by their office staff because I could not get home earlier than what my appointment was scheduled for. My appointment was scheduled for 1 pm (let me first state that it took a month to get scheduled due to numerous voicemails and phone calls not being returned).

A lady in the office called and told me that I needed to be home sooner because the guys finished another job early (I received the call at 10:30 am, so barely any notice). I explained my appointment was between 1-2 pm. She started yelling at me on the phone and said over and over again that they're a "construction company and there's no guarantee on appointment times." I asked three times what her name was, but she continued to raise her voice and refused to tell me.

She told me I had until noon to get to my house or they'd leave. I explained to her that it took me a month to get it scheduled. She said "it's your fault because you've made it difficult to schedule." I repeated myself and said I prefer Mondays, but any afternoon would work so I had quite a bit of availability. She simply said ok then started raising her voice again about telling me I needed to either get home or the installers were leaving.

I called the office back several more times. was told her name was Abigail- who knows if that's true. I spoke with a gentleman on the phone who said he was an estimator for the company and said the owner, Bill, would call me regarding my terrible experience. I received a call from another lady, believe it was Linda, from their office. She apologized about my experience and said Bill would call me.

I've never heard from anyone. It was a terrible experience and I highly recommend using a different company. I know I've learned my lesson and I certainly will. It was a headache and I was treated poorly for absolutely no reason. Save yourself from what I experienced. and take your hard earned money to a company that will appreciate you as a customer.

Doctor Shower Door delivered a Framed shower door, when our customer ordered a "Frameless". Customer Service Manager Denise refused to correct, we paid for the door in full before installation was completed and could not receive a credit for their wrong delivery. What to do next? Go to Contractor Board and file a complaint because Doctor Shower is refusing to cure this situation with our customer. Customer now has a half installed shower, due to wrong product delivery.
