My husband and I moved into our home in November with an unfinished backyard. We got bids from a few different landscapers in the area and we were blown away by Scott! He came out and let me describe my vision (neither myself nor my husband have green thumbs) and gave us great recommendations. He was even accommodating when I let him know that we weren't ready to commit to one specific piece of the project, so we just went forward with turf installation and river rock.

His crew was punctual, respectful, and kind. You couldn't even tell they were there when it was all said and done (except for our new yard!). Scott came by after the project wrapped to take a look at the yard and we chatted more about some of the additions we'd like to make this summer. I highly recommend him and his team; we'll be using Boulder Falls for all our landscaping needs.

Straight up, there's a reason why this company has lasted for decades, they say what they do and do what they say. And, if you need help with planning, they got that too. Get yourself booked as soon as possible, they stay quite busy. The word is out.

I can tell you that Scott is one talented guy. He has an eye for color and design that blows me away. Nobodys perfect. He would be surprised if he knew who I am, I can't fault him on God given talent and excellent resources.

I decided to submit a review for this landscaping company: I was cleaning out some papers and came upon a letter from Scott Esteb. (Previous to this letter, I dealt solely with Samantha). My mom had these guys come over each week and do the landscaping @ $100 per month. She had pretty good deal, don't you think? When she passed away in 2019, I contacted Boulder Falls and asked that they continue as before with no change to the service. (Besides being a senior, I'm also partially disabled and on a fixed income.) But rather than $100 per month, Samantha offered me $145 per week - a 45% increase, which I accepted. Boulder Falls even sent me a pre-printed landscape maintenance proposal, listing out the exact services that they were to perform.

The ONLY additional item that I checked on this proposal form was to 'fertilize lawn seasonally'. And that did it: Scott directly wrote to me (he could have called as he had my number, but this would have allowed an actual conversation to occur) and complained that although Samantha and I agreed to $145 per month, it "will not include fertilizer or moss control", and that there was "too much back and forth with this contract" and "As of June 1, 2019, we will no longer service this property." I don't expect that this review will change anything. However, I did not - and still don't - understand what he meant by "too much back and forth with this contract." I never even talked to him or wrote him a letter. Maybe it was the fact that I wanted to have my lawn fertilized.?

Called after hours and was called back. I was offered different ideas a solutions to my issue. Amazing customer service!

Previously hired and called for a new job quote. Scott called me back today and was able to give me some feedback at possible causes for turf damage. He was very detailed and provided a few options for me to think about. Thank you Scott for the call back and the support!

The architect who remodeled our home prior to us purchasing it recommended Boulder Falls when we were looking for a concrete contractor/designer. We had a side yard that was all grass, most of the year wet and unusable. We worked with Boulder Falls to design the layout and size of pavers. Scott's team of workers were simply the best, hard working, polite, took pride in their work, and cleaned up the site at the end of each day.

I would highly recommend Boulder Falls based on the quality of work, fairness of price, and most importantly the crew. who care about their work. Please not concrete is still in the drying process so you will see variations in the attached photo

Just coming here to comment on the rudeness of this driver. We were shopping today at the Lloyd Center (with a good friend and her 9 month old). This guy parked within 3 inches of her driverside door. If we had not been there to help hold the little one so someone could crawl through to access the driver seat she would have been stranded and trapped outside her car due to this jerks parking.

He also parked so sideways no one could park in the lane on his other side, basically occupying two lanes and blocking access to our car completely. This was one of those shit parking jobs you see in tiktok videos and memes and so incredibly inconsiderate to those around you. Thankfully he was also broadcasting the company he either works for or owns ALL OVER HIS CAR. Thanks for at least giving us a way to ask you to be more considerate in the future.

Scott and his crew are amazing! Scott's vision for our tiny yard created a beautiful oasis for relaxation. It's everything I wanted and more! His crew is hard working, professional, and excellent! I really appreciated the time they took to clean up the work space every night. I highly recommend Boulder Falls Landscaping and will definitely use them for any future projects.

After a snafu about the start date, once the guys got there and started working they were finished quickly. Super professional and nice work crew. I feel like they went the extra mile making it look amazing. I'm so surprised how realistic the pet turf looks. It even feels close to real grass. I am so thrilled with the results, and the dogs seem to like it too!

Scott and his crew are just amazing! We had a rough idea of what we thought we wanted, and Scott changed a few things here, tweaked a few more there, and we ended up with an amazing design. From the patio stone-work to the lighting for the trees, the sidewalk design and the outdoor kitchen -- everything is simply beautiful and we practically live in our back yard now. The installation and workmanship are impeccable and we could not be happier. Can't wait to have them back to work on the rest of our landscaping!

Scott and his team did an outstanding job for us on a large patio, fire pit, glass wall, covered porch and pond/waterfall feature. Build materials and workmanship were excellent. Scott's crew worked hard, were talented and cleaned up at the end of every day. Scott personally visited the site almost every day (about 5 weeks of work in total) and supervised the work well. Cost was a bit higher than other bids, but the quality and workmanship ended up being worth it. I would recommend Boulder Falls.

I called Scott and within 24 hours my house was in Christmas town! I'm never climbing a ladder again. I highly recommend his services and he seems like a real nice person too.

Scott is an artist, plain and simple. Every segment of the project was personally inspected and tweaked to perfection, while maintaining a natural flowing appearance. Prior to working with Boulder Falls we tried multiple local companies and were unhappy with the finished project. Scott has done two houses for us now. We also have Boulder Falls do our maintenance, yard lighting and Christmas Lights. I highly recommend him.

Sought some minor landscape work after discussing at county garden show. Came out and looked over the property and agreed to draw up a bid over the weekend and be in touch. That was nearly two months ago.

Boulder Falls installed a set of concrete cap stairs from the lower tier to the upper tier of our backyard. The quality of the work was excellent and completed very quickly. We highly recommend.

These people are so bad there is no possible rating I can give them and unfortunately, we have to at least give them one star or I cannot post the review. In our opinion, it is one star too much for this joke of a company. They damaged my Air Conditioning unit that was outside on a platform. To get them to pay to replace the part they broke on our A/C outside took an act of congress. They did a poor job in maintaining our yard. I can definitely say that there is no way that I would ever recommend this company.

Boulder falls landscape was absolutely impeccable to deal with! From our first contact with Scott we had a great experience. I asked Scott to draw up what his vision for our yard for low to no maintenance would be and give us a quote.

I used these guys roughly a year ago and in my opinion they were just ok. Here is my experience and you can gauge how you'd feel about them. The owner arrived at the scheduled time and we walked through the job I needed done.

Scott and his crew are hard workers and they know what they're doing. They put in a beautiful patio and the price was reasonable. Everyone who sees this patio, and I mean everyone, loves it. We get compliments all the time.

Disappointing service. I had a fixed monthly payment plan. I was promised a crew would pay weekly visits for an agreed to amount of time. This didn't happen. For the price I paid the service was terrible. As others have mentioned, it is very difficult to reach anyone. I must say, however, they are very prompt in sending their bills. Find some one else for your landscaping needs.

Scott and his crew were very professional and the job was wonderful. Very organized, polite, cleaned up daily. The price was also very competitive I would hire him again with confidence. The quality of the workmanship and the creativeness has added value to my home.

Scott and his crew worked on a rather intense waterfall project for my property. They managed to squeeze us in last minute right before Christmas time and although stretched with time and material they managed to complete the job, remain professional, and deliver a great finished product.
