This company was authorized to perform warranty work on our AO Smith water heater. We were able to schedule an appointment and complete our repair as quickly as we hoped we could. Scheduling staff was very polite, as was our technician Patrick. Within an hour or so, we had hot water again. Everything was thoroughly explained to us. Thankfully, we haven't had any non-warranty plumbing work needs in a while, but if we did, i would definitely use this company. I have never received such good service from manufacturer warranty claims.

I have used Crisafulli Bros three times in the past two years, one was an exterior sewer line replacement, next was a hot water tank replacement and most recent was a toilet replacement. They may cost a little more than some, but quality of work, professionalism, fast and reliable service make it well worth the money. I highly recommend them and very happy with the work they do. In fact, I am adding a second bath on my main level and most likely will use them for this project as well.

My wife and I are very happy with the services we received from Brandon at Crisafulli Bros. They were able to book us an appointment for the day after I called, but were actually able to come same day due to a cancellation which was fantastic. Brandon was able to identify our issue immediately and was able to fix it on the spot. He was super friendly and did a great job of explaining my options by giving me the cost breakdowns, pros/cons, and his recommendations which was reasonable and cost-effective. I'll definitely continue to use these guys for however long we live in the area.

5/20/2022 received Red Carpet checkup on my Ac unit from Darryl Bennet. Darryl is a very knowledgeable professional technician. He explained some things to me that are easy to do to help keep my unit running for years to come which others in the past had never mentioned. I will follow his recommendations. Darryl is a very nice down to earth person and I highly recommend him.

Had an indoor shutoff and outdoor spigot replaced. They were able to move up my appointment which was nice. Mark came out, made a plan with me, gave me the price, we agreed on everything, he did the work, we reviewed it, and then I paid. Very easy process. I have been able to trust Crisafulli for over ten years for all my plumbing issues. I have had several! I am always happy with them. They are always polite and clean up after themselves. I also like that if they're late they give you a good window of warning. Additionally, they are a super company to install or educate you about different options. I highly recommend them!

Noel did an outstanding job today. He arrived on time and was very professional. He outlined all my options before moving forward with the issues I was having with my toilet. I recently bought an old Historic home that has three rental units. Over the past 5 months I have had several areas of concern in the house with no shortage of contractors out to take advantage. I always get at least 3 quotes before deciding; today however, for the first time, I took a chance and went with the first quote from Crisafulli Brothers.

The two workers that arrived at my home were polite and respectful. They assessed the plumbing problems and provided me with a quote on the spot that I thought was fair and reasonable so I accepted.they got to work right away, unclogging several areas of the house from the basement to the attic apartments, and the backyard. They were exceptional! I was pleasantly surprised by the final invoice, even after I added last minute tenant plumbing problem to my original request.

I have finally found a plumber I can trust to do excellent work at a fair price. I will use them for all my future plumbing needs. Thank you Corey and Daniel from Crisafulli Brothers Plumbing, you guys are the best!

When our pipes froze and burst on Saturday when most other places are closed, I called Crisafulli and they were able to send someone to us within a couple of hours. Our service tech Eric was able to locate the problem pipe right away, was very knowledgeable, and explained our options to us thoroughly. He repaired the leak quickly and efficiently and gave us some tips on how to prevent it from happening again and discussed some possible upgrades we could do but without being too pushy. The repair was very affordable in my opinion and I was very pleased with our experience. I would definitely use them again, and would highly recommend!

Daniel was very polite, wore a mask and booties to protect the wood floor. He was upfront about the extent of irk that would need to be one to accomplish our "simple" fix and advised that we contact the installation team for a more accurate estimate. He was ready to perform work on a separate toilet install the same day. We've always had good interactions with Crisafulli. Pricey but reliable.

Poor communication. Said they would be here between a certain time. They call 3 hours before that scheduled time and left a one undecipherable word on my answering machine with no name or number. *69 says the number was 5185302766. Two phone calls (I assume from the same person number) with no message. Who trains these people? The need a refresher in customer service.

I had two mitsubishi split air units installed in my home just recently. The two people installing were extremely professional and so far I love the systems and they are working very good. My only beef was they installed the exterior unit on the side of my house instead of the back. I specifically spoke with the rep about this but the workers said he didn't remember this.

The problem with the unit being on the side is it kind of blocks my sidewalk and it is positioned where the ice falls off my roof in the winter. It was already hooked up on the house when I realized this or I would have said something while they were working on it. I am also thinking now that I have a double gate to my yard so if I need to back a car or truck into the yard for tree work or junk removal I will not be able to do this.

None of these things are earth shattering but I just think that maybe better communication would be something to be sure of. I had my brother here for the initial meeting so I know we discussed where the unit would go. I do want to say again how professional the two workers were that installed my units and explained to me how they work. These two men were very efficient and I am very happy that I had this done.

Worker came on time. Worked diligently all day long. Very neat and very pleasant did a great job. Would recommend this company to everyone

My hot water tank stopped working. I called Crisafulli and they had Dean out right away. Dean was very professional and knowledgeable. Dean was able to install a new hot water heater with in two and half hours. I would recommend dean to anyone. Dean was very nice and really went the extra mile.

Came home from extended vacation and found no hot water. Called Crisafulli and they got over first thing the next morning. Dave was a great technician. He explained what the possible problems might be and tried to restore service with as reasonable a cost as possible (w/o replacing entire tank and unit). Not easy but found problem, had to leave, and then came back late same afternoon to finish.

Not a cheap fix but believe if was reasonable for what was done and a lot cheaper than replacing the entire system. He also repaired a leaking pipe for me that he saw nearby. Thanks Dave

I got three bids for an installation of a new furnace and AC unit. Crisafulli Bros. Had the lowest price and their ratings on social media were excellent. Now, I know why. One day installation, very respectful of my home, took old units away, left not a trace of their visit. Highly recommend Cristafulli Bros.

My recent experience on replacement of my furnace could not have been better. The sales representative clearly explained the variety of options available and answered all my questions. On the day of installation the technicians arrived on time and were a pleasure to have working in my home. Every concern and work item discussed at my initial meeting with the sales representative was reviewed again with me before work was started. Not one loose end! I am a very happy customer who will not hesitate to call Crisafulli in the future.

I can't say enough about the professionalism of this company and their workers. Today Noel Colon showed up ON TIME, looked around at the various issues that needed to be addressed, wrote up an estimate and four 4+ hours diligently and neatly got the work done. It says a lot for the company that Noel has worked for this company for 32 years! Thank you Noel and ALL the employees we have dealt with over the years! I had my multi zone heating and air conditioning system upgraded and replaced with Lennox units using iComfort smart thermostats. This is a complicated 4-zone system, but thanks to Tommy Quibido it is working like a charm! I have used Crisafulli Brothers for my heating and cooling needs for a while, but this was my first major job with them. It was the right decision. If you do consider them for a job with multiple zones, ask for Tommy to do the job, even if you have to delay your job. You will thank me later!

Thank you to Dean for coming to our home yesterday and getting our shower up and working! He provided options for things that could be addressed now or in the future. He even gave a possible solution for fixing the occasional sulphur smell with our hot water tank! Dean made the experience less frustrating and easy to understanding. Thank you again!

I just wanted to give a shout out to Crisafulli Bros, and in particular their HVAC tech Steve Messina. With just a few exceptions, Steve has been the one who comes twice yearly to maintain our heating and cooling systems and we’ve built a nice, trusting relationship with him. He is everything a customer wants when having service done on something in their home - calm, pleasant, efficient, and attentive to keeping the work area clean. He even provides a bit of education to curious customers (like me) on what he’s working on. He’s a gem!

We had an appointment for today to get a quote for central air to be installed. No one has shown up. This is horrible customer service and I will not be using your services.

I needed a new furnace and decided to upgrade to central air at the same time. I got bids from a number of the top heating/cooling companies in the area and Crisafulli was substantially the lowest. The work was done very neatly and professionally, as well as some additional ductwork that came up and was included so I would say the work was above and beyond.

Arrived within 3 hours of calling for service. normal rates, even when other options I called would have charged an off-hour rate. Made sure everything was to our satisfaction without pressure for up-selling.

To my dismay after 2 years of having a service agreement with Crisafulli they decided to be scam artists! I woke up Monday morning to no heat in my home. Luckily, I thought, I have a service appointment today with Crisafulli and they will be able to help.

Highly recommended! Norm quickly checked out and adjusted the heater and fixed problem of an upstairs radiator not heating up. Also checked over the thermostat and noted that the batteries needed replacing.
