Never got a call back from the 24/7 line. Called on Monday for help (someone will call you back shortly) and was called back two days later with news that a plumber was suddenly ready to come over.

We had a leaking pipe in our front yard that caused the water company to turn off our water. Chris responded to our call in about an hour and spent the next four hours digging his way to the pipe and getting it fixed.
