A Crown Roofing used a subcontractor they could not control for mold remediation interior work and was incredibly disrespectful to the homeowners. They made a bad settlement deal with the insurance adjuster and then allowed the remediation subcontractor to rip out walls, ceiling, and carpet well beyond what was justified or covered by insurance. A Crown canceled the contract and walked away instead of standing behind what they agreed to, leaving us as homeowners to try to repair all the damage without enough insurance money.

Bruce showed up on time, explained what we needed and was able to answer our questions. Gave as a fair price and even offered easy finance options. I worked with Bruce who came to my house, did a thorough walk around, and presented a quote within one day of his visit. He was so professional and informative. The company was at my house within 3 weeks of signing the contract. The team performing the work was equally professional. They cleaned up the yard before they left and it looks great!

Michael was awesome! He took care of the inspection scheduling an independent contractor and managed of all of our HOA requirements and paperwork. It was effortless on our behalf! We received a new roof with ridge ventilation and drip edge. And I literally could not complain about a thing. Not one, and I am very picky No mess, nails or loose debris was left behind. We had such a good experience I have recommended them to 4 other homeowners in my neighborhood!

Quality of the work was poor and we had to make them come back twice to get it done right. They did, eventually, get it done right. Responsiveness is very poor. Have been trying to get my Wind Mitigation Certificate for a couple months and salesperson won't return calls or respond to texts. They also owe me a refund which is probably why they aren't responding. As a realtor, I could give them many recommendations, but I wouldn't!

We had a new roof installed by A Crown Roofing about 2 years ago. We thought this past weekend that we had a leak, so we called and a roofing specialist was dispatched out today. He could not find any evidence of a leak, but DID go the extra mile and crawled through a HOT attic and for extra precaution, sealed the inside of an exhaust vent. We love our roof and really appreciate A Crown Roofing for sending someone out so fast to investigate what we thought was a leaky roof.!

I requested a written estimate to reroof the house. Mike Waters of A Crown Roofing reviewed the proposal with me, explaining options such as ridge vent and extended warranty; he was courteous, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The proposal was fair and I scheduled the work for the following week. The work crew arrived promptly and got to work efficiently.

Re-roof my house. A very competent and reliable company. They deliver what they promise and resolve problems that arise promptly, without hesitation or argument. I do not hesitate to recommend them. Mike Waters deserves lots of praise about the way everything was handled. The work was done in a day and a half by a group of workers that seemed very experienced and working in unison.

They were as good as their word, in fact, better. The price was amazing, because in it they included a good amount of wood in case they found any rotten wood. They included the cost of replacing the metal around my chimney. And, they are a GAF Elite Master Roofing Contractor, so the products and shingles they used are top-notch.

I called this company to give quotes on roof repair. Got an appointment scheduled. The owner, was super friendly and helpful during his visit. He explained everything up front. I ended up using the service (roof fix) from his company, which was performed by one of his employees, Juan. Juan was super, super friendly. He listened patiently when I told him the issues with the roof.
