We chose A. J. Wells Roofing for our roof project based on reading of positive reviews on various platforms. Our roof was passed its useful life and we had leaks in multiple areas. The crew showed up early and took care to protect surrounding landscaping before the tear-off of existing roof. Quite a bit of damage was discovered after removal. The project manager and job foreman were very informative and worked with us on keeping additional costs to a minimum.

Our roof structure repairs included replacing approximately eight full sections of sheeting and over 100 linear feet of fascia. Our new roof was brought up to current hurricane code and a wind mitigation report was completed and delivered upon completing of work. Our new architectural roof looks great and the flashing and trim really finish the whole thing off nicely. A. J. Wells gets a five star review from us for providing high quality work, work done on promised schedule, great value, and sharing enough information with us to make us feel comfortable and understand the process.

I had my roof replaced with a standing seam roof from AJ Wells a year ago. I did my research and decided that they were the best company to go with. I waited a year, because I did not want to leave a review, since I did not think I could leave a five star review. I had some concerns come up and while they were addressed, I thought that was not enough to leave a positive review.

I have done my research and found out what happens when you pick the wrong roofer. It can be disastrous. My roof looks great, and has withstood major rain storms. I have a 10 year workmanship warranty and 35 finish warranty on the metal from the makers of the metal. My concerns looking back seem like nothing, and I would make the same choice of going with AJ Wells if I could go back and change anything.

The price seems like a lot, but I will never have to have another roof put on ever, and considering how many times I would have to put a new shingle roof on my home in my lifetime. It is actually cheaper to go with metal. Durability is proven looking at the damage done with hurricane Laura, of the very fortunate few that had houses still standing with their roofs still attached, a lot of them seemed to be ones with standing seam metal. I am very glad I picked what and who I did.

I completed a lot of research on roofing companies, material, etc. Let me tell you something about Wells Roofing company. THEY ARE GREAT. I had the roof done years ago, got a small leak, called them. They were very professional, came out right away and took care of it no charge to us. My neighbor 3 doors down was so impressed He went ahead and had them do his roof too. AJ Wells was also very, very concerned for the safety of his workers. They took the time to put up the safety iron barricades around the roof area to work on prior to roof installation. Very impressive! Workers were also, very polite, hardworking and knowledgeable of the job they were assigned to do (painters, gutter installers, chimney expert installer, etc).

AJ Wells replaced my roof about 6 years ago, great professional job, quality craftsmanship and professional workers. I recently had a small leak, not from their job but from another project. Technician arrived found the leak and inspected the roof. I would NEVER use another roofing firm. Quality people, quality work each and every time.

I used A.J.Wells for a damaged roof, due to a storm. The roof required a replacement, and my insurance was awful. The process was a lengthy process because of my insurance, not A.J.Wells. This roofing company had my back, when the insurance company was trying to avoid the claim. The process took a long time, but A.J. Wells never quit. The time came, and the claim was finally approved, thanks to A.J.Wells and their legal team.

When the work finally started, the roofing company was very thorough and efficient. The teams of people that did the roof, stucco, paint, and gutters were all very professional and did quality work. They made sure that their work space was cleaned up at the end of every workday, so that my family and pets weren't walking through a work zone. The work that was completed was above and beyond my expectations.

Arthur Wells is an attentive, involved owner. He called me himself just to check on things. He handled all dealings with my insurance company when they denied the original claim.
