Price Home Improvement was outstanding with our kitchen remodel. We did a complete (Down to the studs) remodel. Wayne was GREAT. He is extremely honest, detailed, knowledgeable and easy to work with. Wayne saved us THOUSANDS 0f dollars by getting us connected with a great cabinet provider and other high-quality sub-contractors. Would highly recommend working with him. PHI also did our roof replacement.
He was instrumental in dealing with the roofing provider when they delivered the wrong material three times. He was able to resolve the material issues and scheduled his installer team before an anticipated storm.

We are so pleased with the work Price Home Improvement did painting our home. They did a great job of prepping. The painting is perfect. We could see they have a real passion for their work. They left everything neat and clean and we have not found a single paint spot. I mention this because we are still trying to get rid of paint spots from the previous painting of our home.

My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Wayne Price and his team in the installation of new windows at our home in Congress Park in December of 2011. Wayne met with my wife and I and provided several options and price options. Wayne was professional and courteous. Chad (the installer) and his group did a great job!

We love PHI! Years ago we had Wayne do new windows in our home. Then recently we had them do a kitchen remodel for us. Wayne and Dann always picked up their phone, jumped in when needed, and dealt with any issues that came up. They are also transparent with pricing. No double talk, no underestimating the reality of costs, both in materials and labor. Remodeling is stressful enough.but when you have contractors that treat you like family, the whole experience is much easier to get through.

We had a wonderful experience with Price Home Improvement. Dann added a second closet to our master bedroom. The exterior of the closet looks like it's been in the room the whole time and the inside of the closet looks much nicer than the one we were trying to replicate! In addition to the great work Dann & Jamie were very easy to work with and took excellent care of our home. Minus a little saw-dust in our front yard, you would have never known we had a major construction project done in our house. I would strongly consider using PHI for future home improvement projects!

Price Home Improvement helped me with replacing all of my windows and sliding glass door in my townhome. Wayne was easy to work with and answered all of my questions especially regarding the HOA regulations that needed to be met with any improvements to my unit. The work was done quickly and efficiently. I felt completely comfortable with the men who did the work, they were respectful of both me and my property.
After the install they cleaned up all residual mess and made sure all exterior elements were completed and painted to the requirements of my HOA. I am thrilled with my new windows, they are so easy to use and maintain as well as silencing so much of the outside noise that I used to hear. I would highly recommend Price Home Improvement and will consider them for any future work.
