Critical: Professionalism, Quality Never notified they would be jack hammering my wall. They work past construction hours. No notifications when construction would interfere with other people's lives. Play music real loud at work sites to yell over it and cause more noise than necessary. Awful company with no management representation.

This company is here doing roof in my condo. they are super loud all day and horrible at cleaning up, the employees drink beer on the clock. There is garbage and nails everywhere, pieces of wood left behind with huge nails sticking out. People walk their dogs here and perfect to get a nail in the paw also in the parking lot are loose nails. Stop leaving your trash everywhere. Now I see why this company gets horrible reviews. Very sloppy

Would never hire this company again! Long story short, run for the hills you're throwing your money away with this company. Don't say I didn't tell you! I should of read the reviews before.

We hired Titan Roofing, LLC to work on the shingles around four of our A/C air ducts because rain has been entering underneath our shingles and entering underneath our ducts. Before we called Titan, we had our A/C ducts inspected by a local Heating & Cooling company, they did not find anything wrong with our ducts. They were curious as to what was going on, so the used our gardening hose to imitate rain and found the water has been entering underneath the shingle.

They recommended we call Titian. On May 6th, 2021, Titan came over to work on shingles around 4 of our air ducts. They finished rather quickly, about an hour. We thought everything was fine until today when a thunderstorm occurred, and rainwater began streaming out of the air ducts. It was far worse than how it was before. We called and told them that the work be paid for was not completed correctly and that we wanted them to make the proper repairs.

They said they did work on the shingles around the air ducts because it was not in the job scope, even though the paperwork says, "West Shingle Elevation at Four A/C Ducts" and the workers disassembled the A/C ducts to work on the shingles, but Titian said, basically no they did not, that it was not in the job scope. Then they recommended we, or to hire someone to put sealant around the air ducts.

That is what we hired you for. Honestly, they are blaming us for their employees incompetency, lack of workmanship and integrity and outright denying that the work we requested was not in the job scope even though the roofing contract paperwork says differently.

After a fierce Valentine's Day wind storm, most of the neighborhood needed at least a patch job, if not an entirely new roof. I was one of the lucky ones: nothing wrong with this metal roof but it wouldn't hurt to put a coat of that sticky white coating on the roof. So, it was done and safe for another ten years! Special callouts to receptionist/appointment person Kiara, and for accountant and all around problem fixer, Michelle, BRAVO on both of them for making sure things go right. Thanks Titan!

They installed a new roof in 2017. Three years later, some shingles came loose. They came right out and took care of it. Thank you for your great customer service.

Titan is a great place to work they take good care of there employee's.

I rarely write reviews but this was an extreme case. Chris, Miguel, Meghan, and Melissa provided one of the best contractor experiences I have had in my 25+ years in Las Vegas. The work was top notch. Their prices were competitive (I received four quotes), they were very transparent and clear on the estimate, they responded quickly and fairly to questions that came up during the job, and they did the work in a timely fashion(fully staffed and always on-time). I had absolutely no complaints and the work turned out better than my highest expectations. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

Titan did our roof August of 2018. If you are looking to have your roof replaced call Titan. Extremely professional, honest and they left my property spotless. We had three estimates and Titan was the least expensive however that is not why we chose them. We went out to there offices and that's what sold us. I have told everyone of my neighbors and friends about Titan.

I called in early December to get an estimate for a roof repair or reroofing. They told me it is a 4 week wait for an estimate, but I understood and they said they would call me to make an appointment at that time. 6 weeks later, no call, so I called and had the most ridiculous phone call ever. The person working the phones had no business there and was very confused.

Finally she made an appointment for a mid February. After my LONG wait, I get an estimate for my 840 sq ft home and a small garage for a reroof (of course no repair, but fine.). The estimate was OVER $16,000! I waited over 2 months just to hear this, like I was born yesterday. I emailed and asked if there was an error and, of course, never got a response. Very unprofessional and obviously a complete rip-off.

The staff refused to return my calls. When I finally got an estamator over to my house he basically ignored my wifes greeting and questions like she wasn't even there and barely said two words to me. Not at all courteous or friendly.

Great company to deal with when it comes to solar panels. These guys are amazing.

Water was coming down the wall in the master bedroom and I called them to check it out. They estimated the tile to be removed and install new black proofing paper. I agreed and paid $4000 to have the job done. It took a month for them to schedule the repair and that was fine. The roofers that came out were really nice and the job looked good. After summer when the rainy season returned a small leak started coming down the window.

I called to let them know about the leak and they couldn't come out to look at the warranty leak for 2 weeks. Then it rained again and now water was leaking into the master bedroom. The bathroom never leaked before. When the roofer came out he said it wasn't the roof but the stucco where the roof and stucco meet along the entire wall so it was now leaking along the entire wall.

I asked him why he did not estimate to repair the stucco with the roof since it was the leak I called for and now it is worse. He said he didn't know, he thought maybe he said something verbally but didn't know why he didn't estimate it. I asked him for an estimate to fix the stucco and they sent one. The estimate was for $1,600-$1,700 for the stucco repair and $980 to repair the roof tiles along the whole edge.

I stated that I supposedly have a 10 year warranty with this Tile repair and I would like to speak with the manager and the boss. I understand having to repair the stucco since he overlooked it but to fix the tile roof he just did 3 months ago was not acceptable. I asked nicely to speak with the manager. Seriously, never raised my voice or spoke badly and since they know I want to complain they have never returned my calls and their secretaries won't reply to emails anymore.

I even asked the lady if she is ignoring me and before she used to reply fast now she no longer replies. The companies interior department called and asked if I wanted to repair the interior drywall and I explained to her that the management has never returned any of my calls and if she could have one of them call. She said she would but never returned my call.

This is so weird because everyone from the secretary to the roofers were really nice until the leak came back and now they completely ignore me. I'll just cut my losses and go somewhere else but for management to not even return a phone call to explain why they refuse to warranty the tile repair is unheard of. If you use them just hope they do the job right the first time because if they don't, you will not be hearing from them.

This business is horrible. They do not stand behind their work and the owner has a piss-poor attitude. He "claims" to have an A+ rating in Las Vegas and he's not concerned if I'm a very, unhappy customer. But, according to all the other reviews, that is untrue. One day, he will regret his business tactics.

I read the horrible reviews, but most look fake so I went with them anyway. Boy am I glad I did! The owner personally talked me through the process of replacing my entire roof, then when I received the price from the office secretary Dave I was super impressed. Titan roofing met all my expectations and I will use them again if need be.

I was hesitant to use these guys to repair my roof after reading some of the reviews. But after talking with their salesman Dave, he was very professional and knew what he was talking about. We went ahead and had Titan repair our door and it could not have gone any better! We are very happy with the quality of work and the customer service after the work was done! Don't listen to these ridiculous reviews. Call and ask for Dave and he will take care of you. You won't be disappointed. Thank you Dave!

Titan Roofing denied responsibility for this. They were on the roof above my unit when this occurred. When the job foreman called it in to the "office" the woman on the other end was very disrespectful to him and hung up on him when she heard my voice while I was standing next to him as he was trying to explain the situation. His English was very broken that I asked him to speak to me in Spanish so that we could communicate with better understanding. Neverthless, NO company should allow management staff to be disrespectful to their employees with such demeaning ettiquet. NOT acceptable. Good luck Mr Foreman.

8/27/18 Titan Roofing came out to inspect my elderly uncle's roof to give us an estimate of what it would cost to repair some slipped tiles. Alex came out and advised us that he had found other issues with the roof and that in all likelihood all the tiles would have to come off and new plywood installed and the old tiles laid back down. He further indicated that he would go back to the office and work up an estimate. 8/29/18 I had not heard from the company and so I contacted them that morning and spoke with the owner who was doing the estimate instead of Alex.

He advised that the estimate would be completed in about 30 minutes. I asked if he could give me a ballpark dollar amount for the project and he told me that it was looking like it would in the $10,000 to $12,000 dollar range. I told him that my Uncle could not afford that. I then asked if he could just give me an estimate for repairing the 3 slipped tiles and an estimate for removing an old non-functioning solar panels.

He told me that he would and he would email me the estimate. I assumed that the estimate for the 3 slipped tiles and removal of the solar panels would be much easier to work up, but I was wrong. I did not receive the estimate on this date. 8/30 I called back in the morning and spoke with Alex who told me that he needed to give the owner some additional information and that I would receive an emailed estimate sometime today.

No estimate was sent. 8/31 I called the company again and was placed on hold while the receptionist checked on the progress of my estimate. She then advised that the information was still with owner and he had not finished the estimate yet. She could not tell me when he might complete the estimate. She told me that she would call me prior to closing and advise me of the progress of the estimate. Unfortunately, no estimate and no call.

This made me feel that once they found out that they didn't have a large project in terms of money, that they decided to just blow me off. I would have been fine if someone would have just told me they weren't interested. I then contacted another roofing company who was interested in customer service and they came out the next day and gave me an estimate that day, after examining the roof.

I really can't say anything bad about Titan Roofing's work since they never got back to me. My advice is that if you don't have a large job to do, don't call Titan Roofing. Secondly, if you expect some level of customer service, look elsewhere. Very, very disappointed.

Thank you for the reroof! Titan Roofing provides photos of the roof during inspection, which is a plus. The estimate was fair and within market range. The roof was completed in the timeframe projected. The roofing team was very professional and organized. After, the refoof was finished a member of the team also came back by to do a quality check on the roof. This company is very professional and affordable. I would recommend Titan Roofing company.

I made an appointment 2 weeks ago for these guys to repair my roof. Las week Judy left a voice mail to confirm this weeks appointment. I called her back to confirm. No one showed up this week! I called them back and Judy says she didn't call me last week I still have the voice mail on my voice mail on my phone. These guy are full of it! Amateurs! don't waste your time with them.

Called for appt for estimate to repair our balcony deck, they said that I would have to wait a month because they were booked up because of the recent winds that resulted in high demand. I agreed to wait. This morning I was expecting them at around 8 am. At 8:21 AM they called me and said that they were short on estimators and would have to reschedule.

I asked if they would come later this week and was told that it would be at least another 3 weeks. I said that I felt it hard to believe that they just figured out this morning that they couldn't make it for another 3 weeks. I had rearranged my entire day, and these folks didn't have the courtesy to call the day before. I can just imagine what they would pull if I hired them! These guys obviously don't give a damn about showing up or inconveniencing their potential customers!

I am not one to write reviews good or bad, but I am doing a HUGE remodel on my home, and replacing the roof was on the list. Since I found all my contractors via Yelp, I decided to share my experience with others like me who may be searching for a reliable company for their money. I highly recommend Titan roofing. I got 3 estimates, and Titan was the most reasonable of the 3. Also, they offered a 10 yr warranty, whereas others only offered a 5yr.

They did everything they said they would do- on time, if not early. I also needed a few extra things for my insurance co, and they provided them in a timely manner. They completed the job in 2 days, and my property was spotless when they left. I had a great experience!

Where do I begin. My 3 year old roof that I paid almost $11k for has buckled, shingles blew off and is now leaking. With an alleged 10 year warranty. Of course when I called they say it's wind damage do they don't have to cover under the warranty which is basically useless. The warranty covers poor workmanship send that's exactly what it is.

My neighbors had no roof damage from the last storm send their roofs are much older than mine. What ever happened to roofs lasting 20-30 years? Now I have to call my insurance out and pay $1,000 deductible due to poor workmanship. Titan doesn't stand behind their work. And the girls in the office could care less, they never return calls either. Horrible experience.

Way cheaper than 2 other places I called, repair was made in a timely manner and finally no more leaks. I also wanted to be there while the work was being done, so they worked around MY schedule.

It is with great privilege that I write to you in recommendation of Titan Roofing as a vendor. The Avlia Park Homeowners Association has undergone an extensive reconstruction project and Titan Roofing was hired to completely replace each of the roofs in our 240-unit condominium complex.

Titan roofing sent someone out to give us a quote for some minor roof repairs. The gentleman arrived on time, spoke & understood English and communicated well. After the inspection I was given a verbal estimate of approximately what it would cost to repair our roof and told the quote would be emailed to me. I did receive the quote and it was almost exactly the same amount that I had been (informally) told and Considerably Less than a quote I got from another roofing company.

I informed Titan's receptionist that I needed the work done ASAP. I was told they would have a person out within 3 days. Unfortunately we could not get the work done then due to a family emergency. After our family issues were resolved I called Titan to set up an appointment. I sighed & returned the contract and made arrangements to have the roof work done a few days later (much sooner than I'd expected).

The roofer showed up on time. He was courteous and spoke and understood English. He finished the work in a reasonable amount of time. A neighbor saw the roofing truck & needed 2 tiles. There just happened to be 2 tiles the shape, size & color in the roofer's truck. I asked if my neighbor could buy those tiles from him. He said "no" and very politely explained that they were for his next job, where they needed those 2 specific tiles.

He recommended a place where my neighbor could buy the small quantity of tiles she needed. He was kind, helpful and informative. We received an email invoice for the completed work in a timely manner. I would Highly recommend Titan Roofing to anyone in the Las Vegas or Henderson area. Mickie Klusza

The lady who answers the phone is the RUDEST person under the sun. Instead of helping, she has a very sick attitude, hung the phone up and then when I called back, had the nerve to hang up on me again.

Extremely respectful. I called three other roofing companies for estimates on storm damage on my tile roof. Ruben came to give me a quote on the job. He showed up he knew his buisness well. Straight to the point honest and respectful.

Work was done within promised time frame. Workers were professional and addressed all our concerns.

Our patio roof was in need of replacement. After receiving three bids we choose Titan Roofing. Primarily the field rep was very through and explained each step in the process. On the day of work the installers arrive early and did a great job.

This company does not honor its 24 hours service I have called multiple times and days all I have received is there voice mail. Very unprofessional I was guaranteed a 5 year quality and not even a year has passed and my roof is leaking again. I do not recommend.

Our roofs were tested by a rain which amounted to almost an inch and the roofs held up admirably. My Board and myself would highly recommend Titan Roofing to anybody in need of any roof repairs or replacement.

Workers was personable, pleasant, and professional. Have not been on the roof to inspect. However, looking at the piece installed to take water off roof, was nicely done.

Thank You Titan Roofing! I was referred by our realtor after the home inspection indicated damaged and missing tiles along with a few other items. I called Titan up and they sent someone right out to inspect and give us a quote on all the work. Once we closed on the house, I called them up and told them we were a go.

We had a claim through our home warranty and they were quick to come out to give us a quote but said their start time would be 2 to 4 weeks out. I called them today to get an estimate (3 weeks out) on when they will be able to start work. Monica in the office sounded very annoyed I was talking to her. She couldn't give me an estimated start date and said if we want to cancel with them go ahead.

The area manager of my home warranty company was apologetic and said they will no longer use this vendor. You think someone would be grateful to have business. I would give them zero stars if able.

We used Titan for one of our rental properties. They did a satisfactory job. A couple of months later, the tenant complained about some water blotching and we called Titan and requested that they go back out to the house. Their Customer Service Department is horrible. It was like pulling teeth trying to get an inspector to schedule an appointment with our tenant.

We kept getting passed on to the next rep, next rep, next rep. When they finally got to the property, they told our tenant that they would call us back with their findings - we never heard anything. Again, just bad customer service.

Just got a new roof from this company. Yes, I read the reviews. Over the past three years I had quotes from three or four companies. Titan Roofing LLC was not the cheapest or the most expensive. They seemed to be right in the middle. Not only am I pleased with the result, but the crew left my yard looking better than when they arrived. Picked up everything around the perimeter of the house.

I had two layers on my roof--took them two days to do everything. Very nice company to deal with, Great choice for a new roof, If you need a roof, give them a shot. No wonder I see their trucks everywhere! :-

My Realtor recommended Titan Roofing to do a roof inspection on a home we were purchasing. They did an excellent job on a very detailed inspection, and recommended repairs. I contracted with Titan to do the repairs after the close, and coordinated with them and the HVAC contractor to ensure that Titan was able to do their work after the HVAC units were replaced. Very pleased with the work provided and the level of customer service that Titan provided I would very much recommend Titan Roofing.
