Trimline Landscape

The Trimline crew was fantastic and I'm so excited to add them to our homeowner rolodex (not a real thing though). This was our first season using them for Spring Cleanup, edging and mulching and we are so happy with the work. On top of that they had to navigate some housepainters that were hear at the same time and both crews worked around each other and communicated perfectly. Maybe they even became friend. Excited to use them again!

We are new to the annual service program this year and couldn't be happier so far! Excellent communication, very careful & thorough, timely with scheduling treatments and efficient! They are a great example of professionalism! Our yard is off to a great start! We are excited to have found them and look forward to doing business with them for years to come! I WILL share my experience--my AWFUL one! After 3 times telling all workers there that we need front-yard only treatment, I discover, the 4th time, that our dog is out there in his back yard doing what he does--frolicing and such! I call and get no concern or even acknowledgement of why I'm so upset.

In 2020, I used Trimline for mowing my lawn. They did a good job and I asked them to come back in 2021. They stated they would come in two weeks, which would have been this week (5/12/2021). They never came, or called us. So my husband called them today, and they said they had to cancel us for the season due to losing workers. I can understanding loosing workers, however why didn't they call us first. Why did we have to call them and find out they were not going to keep us as a customer.

4/5 stars General Communication: The company does have the ability to communicate via email, which I appreciated. I found this particularly helpful as I work nights. I think, if I were to do it over again, I would ask them to record a video of what they see for the work to be done and email it to me since I couldn't easily make daytime meetings. Project communication: They seemed to be really clear about what the project was, and wrote down details for it in the quote.

Only issue I really had was certain things not being taken out of a quote when it was modified, which just required me to follow up. Work: - There was some miscommunication between the day of workers and the project coordinators, which left a couple things undone. However, the owner came out after the fact to discuss and was excellent about meeting my needs during the follow up.

I really appreciated the time and care he took in making sure I was happy with whatever direction we decided to take. I think it's rare to find that in a company nowadays. - It came out to about $2k for removal of stump grinding, unwanted vegetation, sticks, leaves; trimming back ivy from house and chimney, and treating with herbacide; removing some pavers and our old shed; treating the ground bee nest (~$200). Overall, I would say that everyone is very friendly and relatively easy to work with.

Excellent service. My lawn looks beautiful. Office staff is very kind and eager to help. Landscape employees are very courteous and respectful of my property. Trimline is very professional and I am glad to have chosen them to care for my lawn maintenance. Thank you for your continuous effort in maintaining my yard!

I have used Trimline for a few years and my yard looks better then ever! They have done many different services for me such as fertilization, aeration, lawn rolling and I have been more then satisfied with all of their services. They are very professional and affordable. I have been so pleased with the professional, reliable, timely and reasonable services I have received from Trimline Landscape. I have never had to contact them and ask when they are cutting the lawn. I come home from work and my yard looks beautiful! We had them plow last year for the first time - Absolutely love them! We even took coffee out to the guy - I am so glad we are signed up for this year too. Very neat - pleasant people - easy to contact - I would recommend them to anyone!

I'm so happy with their work! We had 2 years worth of leaves built up in a very wooded area with much of the property covered by myrtle. To say the least we were over our head. Their estimate was spot on and cost us roughly half what the other 2 companies estimated and the guys that came out were courteous and worked very effeciently.

They stated that they cut the lawn EVERY WEEK in October and the beginning of November 2015. The grass is not even growing that fast, and maybe needed 1 or 2 mowings. NOT an honest company. Do not recommend.

I would highly recommend this company! The staff that mows my lawn is always prompt, very courteous and fast! It used to take me hours to mow the lawn and do all the edging and sweeping.now it's done in 20 minutes! And, considering the cost of maintaining my mower and the hours spent mowing, edging, etc., the price can't be beat!

We have used them for years for Snowplowing. We live in a very difficult area And have a difficult driveway. They are reliable. Communication is pretty good Which is key.

We have had Trimline do our lawn maintenance for the past couple of years following my husband's failed back surgery. Neighbors over the past 46 years have always commented on how nice our yard looks; now they are stopping to say they've noticed we are now using a lawn service and they want the name of that service for their own use.
