Sensenig's Landscape Supply In 1995, Carl Sensenig began a small mulch operation in Fayette, NY. As the business grew, Carl was joined by two of his sons Joel and Justin. Shortly afterward, the business relocated to Geneva, NY as the mulch production and distribution flourished. Carl's son in law, Marlin Nolt soon joined the as the business grew.

Humbly, Sensenig's has remained a family owned business and, in the spring of 2014, the second location in Rochester, NY opened; offering the same wide array of top quality natural stone, hardscape products, outdoor lighting, water features, veneer stone, and our premium quality mulch.

Customer satisfaction is clearly important. It means a great deal when efforts are made to correct for mistakes.

Sensenig's is awesome. I work closely with their staff member Chris and he has been a huge help to our company. He has helped me work through estimates which has been a huge being a young company in the industry, comes out to our jobs sites to check in on our installs, answers questions i send him via text outside business hours, even brings my crew breakfast! Cant say enough good things, just hope sensenigs takes good care of him as an employee, he has been a huge part in helping me grow my business!

We love Sensenig, but I was disappointed yesterday to see not one employee wearing a mask. I understand maybe the outdoor employees not wearing one, but even the ones in the showroom who were in close proximity to customers were not. Other than that - kind, professional, competent service.

Crooks, dont go there. I was quoted a price for landscape brick to build two stone pillars at 350, when I called to place the order I doubled the order to build 4 and the price changed to 800, an additional 100 was added mysteriously, I told them I would think about it. Then when i did call back, the price was over 1400! Got very similar product at Lowes for 250 for 4 pillars.

BrightStar German Shepherd Rescue thanks you for your kindness! You may have looked upon it as a tiny gesture but it's so much more to a dog in need. Thank you!

My husband and I decided we were going to leave work early and stop by and look at some stone for a fairly large project we are working on in our patio and pool area. We were there for 15 minutes before being greeted by a gentleman that said "well folks all good things must come to an end, we closed at 5 and need to put the gates up on the drive way" he could have said hello folks my name is.or hello folk what brings you here or anything else would have been better than the very arrogant greeting we received.

We left Sensenig and went 5 minutes up the road to Weckesser Brick Co where we spent over $15,000 on stone for our wall and now another $15,000 for stone and pavers for our patio and pool. First impressions and customer service are very important to the people you serve.these people are called your customer!

At the Buffalo Road Location. An awesome place to get landscape supplies and they have a HUGE selection of boulders of all sizes and colors at below reasonable prices. Their customer service is awesome. Greg is a real stand up guy that is quick to help with ideas and to offer suggestions> The best part is he listens. I hadn't been there in a year and he greeted me at the door using my first name.

They have a great selection of clean mulch. I will continues to get all my landscaping supplies from them as well and a couple of yards of mulch every year. It is out of the way for me to go there but the service and quality of products, is superior to most in the Rochester area.

Six months ago I went to Landmasters to window shop for some stone for my walkway. I found the stone that I thought I wanted and then the manager came out and asked me a few questions about my project.

Six months ago I went to Landmasters to window shop for some stone for my walkway. I found the stone that I thought I wanted and then the manager came out and asked me a few questions about my project. I told him what I was going to do with the stone and he said, No, you're not. I said Yes I am, No you're not, yes I am. No, because the stones will rock when you walk on them. Nah, it will be fine.

Yesterday I bought the pallet of stone I wanted six months ago and who do you think was right? Me or the manager with 20+ years of experience? Today I went back to Landmasters ready to beg to exchange the stone for his original suggestion. Of course it cost more than what I originally thought I was going to spend, but for the $50 bucks more it was Sooo worth it, it looks amazing, and for less than $250 bucks I have added serious curb appeal to my home by replacing the drab concrete sidewalk that was there.

They also have a "weekend project book" inside giving you step by step instructions on all sorts of projects like ponds, water features, planters, patios and more with package prices that you can buy as a ready to install kit. Thank you Steve!
