Horrible, horrible, horrible service. I can't believe how they do business. Your pool will be green all the time! Since may of 2020 my pool has been crystal clear. Maybe some bad staff got let go but this summer they've done a great job.

Have been working with Keith and the team at Valley Pool for many years. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a pool service. Kyle our pool tech does a great job. He is always willing to answer any questions and keeps our pool looking fantastic. Thanks Valley Pool for a great job!

Best pool service in town. After having gone through several pool service companies which led to the turning of our pool green, cloudy and most days unusable we were finally blessed to have a clean clear pool thanks to Valley Pool Service. We highly recommend this company to take care of your investment.

The serviceman that arrived today was incredibly rude, I had respectfully asked this guy not to irritate my dog, so after a half hour of hearing my dog going crazy barking I look outside and see the serviceman throws rocks at my dog, after I contacted the owner of this business it was just more rudeness, it must be nepotism I don't see how rhis guy could ever work at any other professional job when he can not even clean pools professionally.

I've read some of the reviews, so wanted to share my positive experience with Keith and his team. Although I had some issues a few weeks back, one call to Keith and it was resolved quickly. He was prompt to get a service tech out and followed up to make sure everything was taken care of. A little communication goes a long way, and I am happy that they responded so quickly.

I have been using Valley Pools for almost 15 years. I have not even had a thought of ever changing pool services since I found them. When I bought my house it was my 1st experience of owning or maintaining a pool. I hired and fired at least 3 pool services rather quickly due to poor service. I am not the type to hire anyone and keep them if I am not happy.

I was so glad when found Valley Pool Service, (my pool is not a new one, it's very old) I have had so many problems with this old pool over the years and there has not ever been one thing come up that they have not been able to fix. Keith is very fast on getting any problems resolved. Miles has been doing my pool service and I can say it it always sparking clean! All I have to do with it is swim which is the way I like it. I am rather picky and I think Valley Pool Service is the best you can find in Fresno!

I hired Valley Pool Service to manage my pool at a house I was renting out. Upon moving back in, I was shocked to see my pool in the condition it was. For weekly service, it was filthy, full of sediment at the bottom, debris floating and on the bottom, not all the steps and sides had been brushed, the pool sweep was not working (had many cracks in it allowing air to escape thwarting the suction), and the main huge filter was dirty and completely clogged.

We have been back in the house for almost 4 weeks now, and my husband is finally starting to regain control of the pool after hours of daily work and cleaning. Needless to say, I fired the company. I am just stating the facts. It upsets me that companies take advantage of you knowing you are not living in the house. Keith called and left a message mumbling something about a week off because there were 5 weeks in the month. The condition of the pool was not from one week, it was from MONTHS of neglect.

Very courteous & professional company. They take the time to explain what your pool needs, without suggesting costly unnecessary repairs. Service tech is always friendly. I highly recommend Valley Pool Service.

The Valley Pool team was courteous, and responded quickly to our inquiry. They immediately fixed a problem with our pool light that we had had several techs try to fix over a period of about ten years. We really liked how knowledgable the tech was, and how he communicated with us on how the whole process would work. These guys REALLY exceeded expectations! We won't use any other pool company!

I want to take this opportunity to thank you for the prompt and comprehensive service you have provided us. You have provided us excellent advice, fast and courteous service, and a reasonable price. We have had numerous pool services and had almost given up on finding one.

Save your time and money! We hired this company to move our pool equipment. Service rep had a few no-shows, or last minute schedule changes on the days he was suppose to come by. Finally, after the equipment was moved, there was a small detail that needed attention, and the company kept saying they would be out to fix it, and never showed up or reached out to fix the problem. Then, the owner called me, and was very rude about payment, and sent an invoice of double the amount quoted.

I just had the to accept that the problem was not going to be fixed by valley pool, and sent the payment for the amount quoted for the job. I wish I would have read the reviews on this company before hiring them. So if you want a job done right, within a reasonable amount of time, and work with an honest company. Don't hire valley pools!

Drives like a bat out of hell and lays on his horn. And for no apparent reason. Traffic was pretty thick and the poor lady in front of him only had about 20 feet between her and the car in front of her, but apparently she wasn't going fast enough for him. I watched the interaction for about a mile and he didn't like that either. Based solely on his behavior in his MARKED vehicle, I would never do business with this company. Seems like an angry person.

Horrible! I highly recommend you do not use their service unless your willing to deal with the owner, Keith, whom won't text back when there's a problem and lies. This man is incredibly unprofessional; he has talked poorly about both the man my mother is renting from to her and then about my mother to the same "old man" he slandered to her previously-- and our relationship is STRICTLY BUSINESS, he does not know me nor my family any further than the 3 texts he's received from my mother all of which were regarding a) the pool not working properly and b) not coming to her home without telling her before hand.

He also blatantly lied and said my dogs attacked his worked when I was actually there and alerted by my dogs barking while we were outside, thus walked over to the side of the house where the locked gate is located and heard this man say "oh there's dogs"-- NEVER opened the gate-- walked to front door to ring the doorbell and then leave. For one thing, this man showed up unannounced on a day other than our scheduled day for pool cleaning and this was AFTER Keith had already beenasked to let us know before hand if they plan to come on a day other than the one scheduled. Also, I WAS THERE- THE MAN DIDNT EVEN OPEN THE GATE due to the fact that he heard the dogs barking (because we were outside since he didn't have permission to come into our backyard that day and weren't expecting him). So that's my experience with valley pool services. Hope no one else has to experience this sort of unprofessional pool service.

I first called on Valley Pools several months ago when our booster motor shut down. I was very concerned that our pool water would start to deteriorate in the middle of a hot summer if a new one wasn't installed immediately. Keith and his crew at Valley Pools were very attentive and scheduled us immediately.
