I cannot say enough positive things about this company! The customer service is excellent: when I called to get help with my washing machine, Ashley and Barbara did some troubleshooting on the phone and then scheduled the repair for 2 days out. The repair service is thorough and prompt - DJ and Josh know their stuff and not only repaired the machine but waited while it ran a cycle to make sure I knew there were no glitches!
The previous repair company had come out 3 times and not only made unnecessary repairs but they declined to wait to see if the machine actually worked before they left (which it did not). I will definitely call this company if I ever have any issues with any of my appliances.

The name says it all. This is a company with the best integrity I have every come across. My clothes dryer decided to stop working and they answered the phone when I called. Their evaluation fee is reasonable and the cost/hour is acceptable. DJ (owner) is the best tech and his logic is sound. In addition, they are so fair. If anything breaks in the future, I WILL be calling these people. Thank you.

So I am updating my previous review because they made right of the situation and provided excellent customer service. I left a review and was called the same day to help make right about the situation and I appreciate that so much that I would use them again without hesitation. I agree we all make mistakes and sometimes just being understanding and communicate with the company can change a persons perspective!

Integrity answered their phone and it was a human being that answered. Pleasant and helpful, she arranged an appointment for the very next day. She said the technician would arrive between 12-4. He arrived at 12:00. Determined the problems and fixed them in an hour. Highly recommend. Service: Dryer repair

The owner, DJ, came to our house to diagnose our refrigerator. Of course, when he came the fridge was not making the noise it had been. He was able to talk through the possibilities though - enough that I felt fairly confident. He was punctual, professional, honest - and friendly. If we have any problems in the future we will definitely call him!

Great Service! - These folks were Johnny-on-the-spot and did a great job on my repairs. I've used them repeatedly over the past ten years, and D.J., owner and lead tech, has always given excellent service and fair prices. I highly recommend them. I guess my experience was different than the reviewer from California's was. Perhaps it's because I'm actually IN North Carolina.

DJ, owner, was on time, very professional. He reviewed the problem, make adjustments to controls and made recommendations for more efficient use. He could have told me that some major part needed replacing and charged me a big fee, BUT, he did not! We will call him again for any appliance repair needs.

Excellent Service! I just found this company on the internet this morning when my dryer stopped heating and was a bit nervous dealing with someone new. Wow, was I impressed! The technicians literally just left my house and they are so nice. I called in this morning, they were here within an hour and a half and let me know the problem within minutes.

I contacted Integrity because my dishwasher was making a loud noise when turned on. The technician came out, listened to the dishwasher and took off the front panel underneath the door. I never saw him open the actual door to the dishwasher where you place the dishes to wash. After he examined the motor underneath, he said the part of the dishwasher that pressurizes the water was going bad and that it would cost about $400 to repair and he recommended replacing the dishwasher instead.
That night I ordered a new washer from Sears. Long story short, Sears delivery crew came 3 hours early and did not install dishwasher. I called Integrity to see if they would install it and they said they did not install dishwashers under stone countertops. I called another repair company to install it. When the person from the other repair company came out, he asked why I was replacing the old one (purchased in 2007) and I explained what Integrity told me about the motor.
He asked if he could take a look inside the dishwasher (where the dishes) go; he unscrewed a round panel at the bottom and found a piece of plastic, about the size of a pea, that had chipped off the rack and was causing the noise. It took him less than 5 minutes to fix my dishwasher that Integrity said was not worth repairing. The people at Integrity were very nice and prompt, but the guy did not put any effort into diagnosing the problem.
