Service Provider: The Repair Guy Rating: Outstanding Description: Excellent Service. Couteous, respectful, and knowledgable. The technician first gave advice over the phone. After we ruled out wiring problems with the compressor he visited to diagnose the compressor and the system for leaks. The compressor tested fine, and he recharged the system.

I have rental properties and I used to use him all the time. The last few problems I have had he has gone there and only 1/2 fixed anything. I have had to call back and he somewhat diagnoses the problem over the phone and wanted to charge me again for coming out fix the original problem.

I have a 2 year old lg fridge that was giving a fan error and couldn't keep food cold. I called for service and asked to speak to Marcello before a house call. He called me back within an hour and told me to unplug my fridge and let the fan defrost, it worked like a charm.
