This is the company you want when looking for the most qualified, knowledgeable, professional technicians and the best customer service. We've called on them several times over the last 10 years and they've always exceeded expectations! Highly recommend.

We had Anderson's give us an estimate on installing a mini-split for heating and air. They came out multiple times to answer questions we had and help us with where to put it. We were totally shocked when they said they could do the work so soon - it was a pleasant surprise - now I don't have to bother with the window ac I put in every year. I would highly recommend.

There is no feeling like not knowing what to do about a broken hot water tank. I have never dealt with anything like this and boy was I lost. I didn't know who to call or even how to find someone to help me. After looking online I went with Anderson's and hoping to speak with someone who knew what they were doing, and boy did they! There were 2 females working at the time and I was lucky enough to speak with both.

First was Nicole. I explained my situation and my very limited budget. Nicole was very helpful in explaining a program at Humane Resource. Nicole gave me the phone number and name of whom I should talk to. I contacted the company and was very surprised to find out that Nicole had already called on my behalf making this very easy to do. When I called back to set everything up I spoke with Kathleen (a very awesomely person) and she helped me get scheduled to install explained who would be coming over and helped with calling the power company.

Everything went like clock work, it was great. A company is not just a name everyone knows, not just the product you are looking for but, this company has the best office staff I have ever worked with. Thank you again Kelly

Had to edit my 5 star to a 1 due to a plumbing issue. Less than 2yrs (but over the ONE year warranty) I had Anderson's replace 3 toilets and 3 faucets. The install had 2 issues; I noticed he had went through 2 wax rings for 1 of the toilets, and he left a leak in one of the faucets. I called the office about the leak - and they would send him out, however rather than waiting around for another service call - I fixed it myself. FF to NOW, just under 2 years another wax ring went bad.

As folks know, those usually last Decades! Not months. I called and they said they'd "swing by" that day, as he was in the area (he Seely Lake, me Potomac - right on the way) He put a new ring on and gave a bill for $250. I felt it should be a repair that they would do w/o charge, considering this specific item should have lasted much longer. BUT, my husband had said "fine" to a charge of $161.

However he was upset by the $89 "service"(travel) fee. He was 3mi. out of his way. I was upset with the way the toilet was left (pictures). He put an extra metal washer which prevented the caps from seating down on the ceramic. He actually left it this way! In dealing with the office, they did give me $50 off, after having someone come out and fix them and justifying their charges.

I WISH I had not settled, as now am prohibited from listing a complaint on the BBB website. So be wary about accepting a token credit. This company does not stand behind their workmanship in my opinion.

They were on top of getting a heater installed when mine went out. They checked to make sure I would stay warm while we got everything in order, and came quickly to get the new furnace installed. They did some extra things that needed attention - since what was in place wasn't really all that efficient - a set up from long ago. Really nice people on the other end of the phone, and the guys who came to do the work were great!

It's not something you think much about until you don't have it, so they also do annual visits to tune things up. I do remember to change filters (somehow) but the annual visit will be nice. Thank you to this company for getting my home livable again, and for making everything look so nice (way better than what was there).

Mike and the staff at Andersons were so prompt to come out and help us with our furnace when it went out. I called for an appointment and they were there within an hour. They walked me through all the options for new furnaces, took out our old one, and installed the new all within three days. We'd still be freezing our buns off if it wasn't for Anderson's! Thanks, guys!

Anderson's replaced an old geothermal heat pump for us several years ago. We have had numerous other plumbing issues taken care of in our ageing home and have had the best of service. Service: Heating system installation

I had a new furnace installed and a a/c installed andersons bid included the electrical and gas included into the bid another outfit I recieved a quote from had me pay this separately. The work was completed within two days the technicians were friendly and courteous they put down cloth tarps to limit debris being tracked into my house. The bid I received was reasonable compared to other quotes I recieved.

I had a minor issue after the work was completed and mike addressed it quickly very satisfied with the work have had no further issues. The system runs quickly and quietly. Would recommend to anyone needing furnace or air conditioner work done.

I had a very good experience with Anderson plumbing and heating. They came right away when I called at8:00 in am for busted water pipe got it shut of and he even fixed it. I thought he would come back as I figured he didN!t have time. I had them come out and estimate my furnace and hot water tank and air conditioner. They were prompt and explained to me everything that was going on. All the workers where very good. I will be calling them for services on all my plumbing and furnace issues.

Rock Stars of the heating and plumbing world! We had a tough job with all kinds of issues and it didn't even faze these guys. They were professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. They even followed up and made sure we were still doing well.

These guys have always done a good job for me. Their pricing is reasonable and fair. They have never tried to over-sell me on anything when I was installing new equipment which I appreciate. The employees that have been to my home have all been very knowledgeable.

Shop around. We called Anderson's when we experienced a catastrophic failure of one of the valves on our hot water heater and it flooded our basement. The first plumber from Anderson's replaced the valve and said he would not guarantee his work unless he also installed an overflow tank. Nearly $400 later the leak was fixed but we were still experiencing hot water shortages which we never ever had before.

A second Anderson's guy came out, and charged us another $89 service fee, only to tell us we needed a new tank and he would send an estimator the next day. He charged us $89 and did NO work. We got a second opinion from an experienced, independent (not from Anderson's) plumber who replaced the ZONE VALVE to the water heater. We do not need a new tank.

It was the failing zone valve that allowed the temperature and pressure to rise to a level that caused the valve in the hot water heater to fail and flood our home. Replacing the zone valve fixed our issue at a price of $57 for the part and $60 for labor. Both of the Anderson's plumbers missed this! I would not recommend these guys especially if you have a boiler system.

And the estimator, Bob, seemed like a good guy but he knew we didn't need a new system so he never got back to us. He knew his two colleagues missed the root of the problem. To top it off, they refused to refund the service fee for the second service call after we explained the situation. Anderson's is not only incompetent, but also dishonest. Take your business elsewhere.

Responsive and solved my heating problem on the weekend. Cost was very high.

Great people to work with. Fast friendly and professional company that went out of their way to reschedule their techs to replace a water heater for my elderly in laws when it failed on them. I will definitely use them again and I strongly recommend them. Thank you for the prompt service

I just wanted to shoot you guys a HUGE Thank you! I was stuck outside of axman today with my 8 month old daughter and Jake and Jason stopped and helped me get our diesel reprimed and started. I am extremely grateful for the kindness and honestly this alone will make me use this company for any future heating/cooling plumbing needs.

Overpriced. Employee did not speak highly of the business at large and states he spends the majority of his day fixing mistakes his partners make. I do not recommend this company.
