We were having issues with our heating system. Lance from came out on short notice to see what could be done. The system was 22 years old and was on the verge rusting out. After some discussion about options, we decided to have a new tankless system installed. During the process, i never had any issues getting my questions answered. Lance was always very helpful in his explanations. Lance was easy to work with when it came to making changes and had several excellent suggestions.

The workman ship is fantastic. From the solder joints to the piping arrangement to the unit location, everything is top notch. The components are high quality. Lance is a stickler for detail and getting the job done right. Lance is very knowledgeable when it comes to the tankless systems and was great at explaining the the workings and the technology used in these systems.

He and his team (Jake & Ben) were always a happy group, willing to engage and answer our questions. Carlett in the office was always helpful and was instrumental in fitting us into Lance's schedule in the beginning. A great group of folks to work with. Will use them again in the future.

Who doesn't want help when you need it? Plumbing problems often happen suddenly. It is a relief to know someone who will come to the rescue! Lance/Plumb Tech has always solved our plumbing problems quickly and reliably. We have also appreciated Plumb Tech for the work they have done for us during small home improvement projects as well as during a kitchen remodel. Lance with Plumb Tech helped me out with a slow draining sink, caused by corrosion from the old pipes in the house. He arrived as scheduled, quickly assessed the situation, walked me through the process of what he would be doing, and was done with the job that afternoon. Not only do I have a working sink again, but he also installed the proper drain for a downstairs shower positioned over the old storm drain, a commonality here in the older homes of Missoula. He was very professional, and I know I'll be contacting him again for future assistance on my house projects.
