Wellspring Landscape

Wellspring has done a fantastic job. The team is very dependable, and if something goes awry and they need to reschedule, I hear about it well in advance. What used to take me easily 2 hours by myself is done in less than 30 minutes, and is a far nicer and neater job than I could ever do myself. I only wish I could have worked with this team sooner. EDIT: They reached out after this review and asked to fix the issue. Within a couple of days (it was the weekend) I had a new quote and they came out and performed the services within a few days of that. The cleanup/landscaping work they did was all good - no complaints there. The tree-trimming they did was ok, except I'm not sure they have much experience with fruit trees as they did not trim any of the new growth or tall branches on the peach trees, just pruned it for canopy. ORIGINAL REVIEW I've been using Wellspring for about a year now.

Their regular, basic lawn service is reliable and affordable, and the quality is fine. However, I would not recommend any additional services. I requested landscape cleanup and tree trimming services from them. It took them weeks to even send someone out to be able to provide an estimate. Then after they finally came out, they kept saying the would provide an estimate "tomorrow" but never did.

I finally told them to forget about it, and Daisy sent back a kind of snotty reply. It seems clear that they are simply another Austin lawn and landscape company that has more business than they can handle and aren't interested in growing any more.

We have used Wellspring for four years and they are great. Augustine and his crew come faithfully as expected and know exactly what we need done. I highly recommend Wellspring Service: Lawn mowing & maintenance

Kirk is a genuinely good guy. He runs his company on solid ethical principals, he insists on having his crews provide excellent service, are responsive, even if we have sudden changes on something needing to be done in the yard. Highly recommend Wellspring

I've been a customer with Wellspring for over five years using an array of their services ranging from regular lawn services, tree & bush pruning, and annual mulching. Prior to engaging their services, I used three other vendors within the same amount of time. Wellsprings is simply a "Step Above The Rest." In retrospect, they are the BEST by way of delivering outstanding customer service and satisfaction, product deliverables, and cost.

Not to mention, they regularly communicate with their customers with business updates/circumstances, organizational changes, and special offers & promotions. Most notably, Wellspring publicly recognizes employee contributions, which from a HR Professional's perspective is not only outstanding, but unheard of within the landscaping industry. I can attest to a few of their many "A" players, such as Will (admin) & Augustine (landscaper), whom have been nothing short of stellar, professional, and truly represent the BEST of Wellsprings values over the years. I look forward to our continued partnership for many years to come!

Found them online after we moved into our new house. They were very responsive and helpful setting up our services. They have been great with our lawn maintenance and communicating with us on schedule changes, etc. Highly recommended to anyone in the south Austin area! They were great in the beginning but towards the end they kept breaking and cutting my light lines. One stepped on my gravel completely smashing it and I never heard anything from them informing me they did that. I had to find out via my ring doorbell camera I will say the owner is super nice and helpful. He went out of his way to grab me a new extension cord since they cut my original

When Greener Pastures sold (who were excellent communicators and punctual - I miss them) Wellspring took over their clientele. The communication with Wellspring was poor and the billing and notice of services was inconsistent. I reached out to customer service to shed light on the issues and cancel my service and the CS representative did not even attempt to acknowledge the errors that were made.

On a positive note, the Wellspring crew does excellent work on landscaping and pruning. I wish the communication and billing had been better but alas this company did not meet my expectations.

If you have searched for new full service lawn care service lately you know the struggle! Wellspring was quick to respond with an initial yard clean up the following week after sign up. Dixie was a dream to work with and even did a walkthrough the morning of first service initial clean up with the team and her notes making certain they knew exactly what the expectations were.

That kind of detail sets any business up for success! And what a thorough clean up, mowing, trimming, pick up, and blowing it was! Joe and his crew went the extra mile to make sure they left the property looking immaculate. If you are looking for full service lawn care I highly recommend you give Wellspring a call.

I requested a quote for removal of dead shrubs and clean up of flowerbeds in July. They were timely in coming out to assess my yard. They told me that it would be a couple of weeks and they would email my estimate to me. It is now the end of September and still do not have a quote. I have called numerous times to follow up since July. Every time I call I am told they will text or remind the person working on the quote and that I should have it soon.

I've used Wellspring for 10 years. Consistently pleased with their service and responsiveness. The crew of Brian, Tyler and Mark were on site this past Saturday to clean up all the dead plants from our terrible winter. Friendly. Knowledgeable and responsive. Great crew! I have tried so many landscaping services throughout my time here in Austin.none of which I would ever recommend! Wellspring Landscape Services was a true God send! They work extremely hard on my large property, respect the integrity of the community, and they provide unbelievable personal support from their customer service. Only the best work with the best as I always say!

Will is one of the coordinators at their home office. He is super kind, knowledgeable, and quick to get back to you! The best part of this company is having the ability to speak with Kirk Slack, the owner and founder of the company. He is available to discuss any of your landscaping concerns. He has done amazing work on my property and has even communicated with our HOA on my behalf to ensure a successfully approved project.

He is one of the nicest guys I know here in Austin and he is very reasonable and considers his clients and their pets like family. If you are looking for a company that actually caters to their customers and want what's best for them in their busy lives.look no further.

Great landscape company to work with. Flexible and does the work to meet our needs. We have a large yard that does not always need service right on the schedule. They have been very accomodating with that!

Their crews are reliable, friendly, accommodating to our requests and leave our property looking great. Kirk and his office also do a wonderful job at proactively informing their clients about holiday schedules, as well as upcoming cold weather and offering preparation tips. Since moving from Houston we have had a difficult time finding a good lawn service that does more than mow and blow. Kirk and his team pays attention to details and does a lot more for your yard and landscape than every landscaping service we have found here in Lakeway. We have been thrilled to have a competent and knowledgeable team to service our rather complex landscape and yard.

I have been using Wellspring for several months now. They do a great job with the basics- mowing, edging, blowing. In addition, they helped replant some flower beds in my yard and also they have done tree trimming. The owner is very nice and really wants to make the customer happy. Very nice people to work with.

Wellspring did an amazing job on my landscaping. They provided all healthy and well-watered plants for my extensive landscape design (Double B Land Design). I saw some folks complaining about the growth of the company. First, they are growing because they are great. Second, I know that they have implemented a lot of technology last year to keep up with all the work.

I highly recommend Wellspring. The team is meticulous and actually care about the quality of the work they provide. Kirk, the owner, will actually come out and discuss your goals and any landscape concerns you may have and work on a program with you. Kirk has helped me to understand TX plants and weather in general and is always available to listen to my concerns.

Such a great locally owned landscaping company in Austin. Owner, Kirk Slack, is wonderful to work with on all different types of jobs. From weekly lawn service to preparing a yard before listing your home, Wellspring is efficient, fairly priced and always there to help.

Wellspring has been awesome to me. Great company that does what they say they are going to do. Flyer comment is funny, especially if you see that guys other posts.

Do not use this landscape service! They put a card on my door right next to an 12 X 18 sign asking not to put pamplets on my door. These companies use the door cards to track and see if owners are home.
