Finally gave ST a call, and they were quick to respond, come out and provide a quote, and able to schedule the job the next week. Professional service wire to wire. Scheduling was fast and easy. She is so amazing. Very thorough, honest and knowledgeable. She walked me through the entire process, helped me pick the turf that was perfect for my space and my two crazy dogs.

From the initial quote with Angelo to install day, everything was top notch. Angelo was extremely helpful and prompt. As far as the crew, we couldn't have asked for better. They were prompt, polite, cleaned the work site before they left each day and made sure everything was back exactly how it was before they left. I did a month's worth of research and reaching out to multiple companies for quotes and ultimately decided on Southern Turf for their responsiveness, professionalism, and best quote. The other companies had poor customer service and their quotes were $5k higher for the same job. Our Southern Turf advisor, Caylie, was very easy to work with and she responsive.

We received an actual paper quote via email vs a quote written in a text or verbal one as one of the other companies did for us. The other companies had really poor communications and customer service. We have a small backyard so they completed the job in a day and a half. We're very satisfied with work and would recommend them!

My dogs and I all love our new turf! We've had it for a few weeks now and I'm loving how low maintenance it is and not having muddy paws track in dirt after a rain. I had some hiccups in scheduling on my end due to challenges with another contractor and, in contrast, Susan was so easy to work with when I had to reschedule. I happily recommend southern turf!

These guys did an amazing job at a fair price. We went with the Wimberley turf and got a 15x18 3 hole putting green installed. I want to give a special shout-out to Erin. Had a great experience w/ Southern Turf. I quoted/reviewed about 5 turf companies and out of those, Southern Turf was reasonably priced (average to below average in price), had the softest turf, and above average customer service. Was really easy to communicate with them throughout the project and they did everything they said they would, in the timeline initially established. While I would still recommend shopping around and getting a myriad of quotes, definitely make sure Southern Turf is one of them.

We live in DFW area and called multiple turf companies for quotes. Caylie came out and looked over the project to give us a bid. Their Coastal Blend Pro was the softest turf we viewed. Caylie also knew the name of her installers which told me they work for her company and not just a subcontractor. Most other companies could not name their crew members. Eli was the Forman of the job and he and his team spent 3 whole days transforming our backyard into the playland Mrs wanted and the dogs needed. We now have a good putting green and a nice backyard away from the mulch mess we have had for many years. Eli & his crew did excellent work!

We had an unusual request that I did not know if it could get filled or not but Angelo assured me they could take care of it. They worked with me on scheduling it correctly also as we could not install until our fence was complete. They showed up, guys were more than courteous and respectful of our pool and the neighbors side of the yard. They laid down the turf and black rock for me and it looks amazing. They coordinated with me weeks before the install date to make sure everything was prepped, they confirmed the week before and they showed up on time on install day. We also had them install 11 leuder stones to match our pool coping. They calculated spacing and placement perfectly and it looks like it was built with our pool. So beautiful. Couldn't have been happier with our turf! SOOO much better than grass.

Southern Turf Co. did an amazing job on my recent side yard project! This space had the potential to be perfect for my puppy to run and play but it flooded every time it rained becoming a muddy mess which she then brought into the house! Now it's our favorite space; she chases the tennis ball and has no problem going to the bathroom on the turf. It's very easy to clean up as well. Susan was quick to respond, always up to speed on trends and helped me plan out what I was trying to do and even connected me to someone in my neighborhood that had one of the turf styles that I was trying to decide on.

Very strong 5 star review for Southern Turf Co. I have a fairly small backyard, about 350 sq ft. I had zeroscaped the area a few years ago but stubborn Texas weeds took over and had my yard looking like the jungle - which isn't ideal when you have a dog. Susan at Southern Turf came out for an estimate very soon after I requested a quote, brought a ton of turf samples for me to choose from, and had a lot of good ideas and guidance for me on the process, etc.

We scheduled my work for a few weeks after that when her crew was free, and even after a few rain delays Susan kept in touch and we found a good day to get the work done. I'm honestly a little shocked by how great the quality is - not just of the turf but of the foundation they build up beneath it. My yard finally feels cohesive and the turf is comfortable to walk on and feels 100% solid beneath my feet. My dog finally has his space back. Can't recommend them enough!

Southern Turf was great from beginning to the end. We love our turf and would highly recommend! It truly is indestructible. We left a kiddie pool on it for weeks and you could never tell after we picked it up and used the special rake. Would highly recommend!

We had a fantastic experience with Susan, Isreal and team at Southern Turf. They were able to turn our previously spider and weed infested alley into a fantastic play space for our toddler, fix our sprinklers (not related to the turf install) and more. Highly recommend.

Ok. I was disappointed they missed the initial clean up but they were ALL OVER IT once they realized they dropped the ball. Normally I wouldn't give five stars after a fumble but honestly they could not have done more to be accountable and they more than made it up to me. Went well above the call of duty. Start to finish, a very good experience. The team was exceptionally prompt in getting back to me and the consultation was great. There were some quirks surrounding our project, but the team handled them well and stayed on top of the process to smooth them out. Definitely recommend Southern Turf.

This is one of those reviews where anything more than the pictures is almost unnecessary. Just look at that difference. My yard went from a mud pit where grass would not grow, to a beautiful outdoor oasis for my family, kids, and dog to enjoy daily. From the jump Adam was extremely clear in his communications and very helpful in planning the turf install and providing landscaping best practices and advice.

He was patient with all the questions I asked and was very competitive on price.

Albert and his team of installers were amazing and even came back to accommodate a change we requested after the fact. They go the extra mile to make sure you are happy, and more importantly the job is done right. Very communicative and thorough - they even finished ahead of schedule.

Southern Turf Co. installed turf in a small, but technically difficult (because of a gazebo) area of our yard. They were able to complete the project quickly and efficiently. The installation technicians were friendly and knowledgeable. We previously had turf installed by another company in a different part of the yard and Southern Turf did a superior job from start to finish.

Better price, quicker install, and clear and timely communication throughout. The turf looks amazing and they left the area very clean. We also have a pond that is right next to the area of installation and they were very careful to not get debris in it. Highly recommend- call them first!

If you're anything like me, you need to do thorough research before a big investment. I scheduled four consults/visits from different turf companies in the area and Southern Turf Co. and Adam were truly the best! We loved how creative he was, communicative, flexible and came with great ideas. My husband wanted a putting green and I wanted an area that we could relax and for our soon-to-be-arriving baby girl could enjoy.

We both got what we wanted and more! Loved the idea of rocks/gravel for a fire pit area. Our friends also used STC and upon seeing our backyard, we've had two other friends ask for a referral. We all love being outside now -- even our dogs! The install was super quick. The crew was awesome, tidy and left no trace behind. The weekend it was installed was right before a massive storm.

She left me with samples of the options, and once I picked which turf I wanted (the Fredericksburg), they were out to install within a week. The entire team was great to work with. Truly some of the best money I've spent on my house! And I don't have to worry about muddy paws or watering the lawn when it's 100 degrees anymore.

We had quite a bit of work done recently in our backyard and quickly realized that our grass was not going to survive the transformation.
