Bayscapes Landscape

I reached out to this company just recently. Doyle was who I was in communication with. My project that I wanted done was the Installation of Porcelain Pavers for a good 750s/f. So not small in square footage for a residential project. The initial phone conversation was great but that is when it went downhill. The day of the meeting which was suppose to start at 8am, no one showed so around 8:30am I called and he apologized for forgetting about the estimate.

He promptly came right out which was about an hour drive. He admitted at the appointment that he did not know if his paver guy would install the porcelain pavers, however he kept raving about the product at the appointment. A week went by and I sent an email seeing if he knew if his paver guy would be willing to take on the job and if so when I would expect the quote.

I ended up calling him as well and this time no answer, and even mentioned I emailed. At this point he obviously does not want the work, but either way very unprofessional in how he went about it. Based off of that I do not recommend.

Bayscapes has very high-quality material and the best landscape designer in Tampa highly recommend if you're looking for landscaping that would look excellent the day it's installed as well as years to come I recommend bayscapes!

DON'T bother with this company. Came out to discuss a $10,000+ project. He took notes, then never followed thru with any estimate! Typical of many flakey Florida sub-contractors.

I have used Bayscapes numerous times and have found their designs to be top notch. Not only that but the owner is incredibly personable and will work with you on creating the design that is right for your property. He has an artistic flare that far exceeds anything I have seen. I am very happy with the quality of their work. I wouldn't hesitate recommending them to anyone.

We got what we paid for but it was not a good experience. A lot of twisting arms to get things done. That is not what I expect from a contractor I would use again.

Our design and landscape is awesome. Doyle created a design that actually enhanced several problematic issues with our back yard and met the individual design expectations for my wife and I. My wife wanted a water feature with Koi fish and I wanted a putting green but the majority of the other landscape companies we met with don't offer Koi ponds and putting greens or we were informed by the other landscape companies we didn't have enough room for both items but Doyle created a very comprehensive design for us that allowed us to have both items and even allowed us room for Doyle to add an additional paver patio in the future. Doyle's execution of the project was flawless from day one to the final walk through with great communication and an excellent project crew that were hard working with very friendly dispositions.

We were happy to write a final check after he completed his professional walk through which educated us the maintenance and care of all plants, water/pond, Koi fish, golf green maintenance and even helped us name our 1st fish. The owner of this company provided me with the most excellent customer service I have experienced in a long time. I brought a minor issue to his attention and he promptly responded and took action and true to his word, the issue was resolved easily within an hour. I would highly recommend this trustworthy company to provide excellent service.

Working with Bayscapes to transform our landscaping was a genuine pleasure. The design and implementation of our new landscape design surpassed our expectations, and the quality of service was exceptional. Our yard was literally transformed and we could not be happier.

Doyle and Bayscapes turned our tired and unusable backyard into a beautiful and functional extension of our home. It is a great place to relax and enjoy nature, have a quiet family dinner, or host a large party.

Not the best customer experience at all. Had them do work and half of what the planted died shortly after and we have the irrigation in place and followed through on our part. They said we had a warranty but they have yet to respond back. We will not do business with them again in the future.

Bayscapes did a wonderful job in making us feel like we are in a tropical paradise. From the Koi pond in the courtyard to the lush, tropical resort feeling we have in the backyard. We feel we are on vacation everyday.

Poor services. paid over 6k and he has never come back and never to be seen again. dead plants no one cares cant even get a call back.might as well complain to my self. i don't feel safe doing business with BAYSCAPES. if you do work with them never pay in full don't pay and get caught

Bayscapes performed an Extreme Home Makeover to our backyard! We now have a peaceful, family retreat at home. Doyle managed every facet of the job from design to completion. His installation team finished the entire job from pavers to plantings in two weeks. Doyle made sure every last detail was taken care of!

We had doubts we would find anyone who would be able to make our project a reality. Doyle not only accomplished it, but his goodwill and character make him a real standout.

Came out to do an estimate, never heard from him again, despite multiple call backs. Also frustrating? I would ask him direct and specific questions and he would answer my husband, never once looking me in the eye. I was willing to overlook this fault and we were ready to book, but the utter lack of communication (even if it had been "I'm too busy to take on new projects") was extremely low professionalism.

My backyard looks like a paradise. Bayscapes created exactly what I imagined. Amazing service!
