I am more than satisfied with the workmanship and detail this company puts forth. The staff is very polite and courteous while addressing all of my questions and needs. Pricing is very fair and reasonable. I have called the office on several different occasions and the office manager, Andrea, is always patient and kind. She takes the time to explain all of the details as well as setting up consultations that fit within my schedule. With the abundance of landscaping services available, this company will do a phenomenal job. You won't be sorry!

Thomas and his staff were very professional from beginning to end. Thomas met me at the house and was very professional and knowledgeable about different plants. Their installation was clean and neat. After several months, they came back and replaced some plants that that did not do well free of charge.

Landscaping Tune-Ups informed us that the landscaping service would include sprinkler servicing by a contracted company, another company for lawn fertilization and soil sampling, and a one year warranty on plants. At the initial consultation we informed Landscaping Tune-Ups that there were deer in the area. The landscaping and plant instillation was completed around March 19, 2020.

The deer started eating the plants the first evening after install, several plants died from inadequate water. We promptly alerted Landscape Tune-Ups of the destroyed plants, and that the sprinkler and fertilization companies had not arrived. For two months lived with dead plants in our front lawn despite the financial investment. On May 15, 2020 the plants were replaced.

The sprinkler service was not ever provided. To our knowledge the lawn did not receive the initial fertilization, we did not receive results of soil sampling. One large tropical plant is not thriving.

Contacted Landscaping tune-ups for a simple timeframe on an estimate. Received a rude response from Andrea. Who told me that "They were too busy right now and will get to me" Two weeks went by and still no email or phone call, not even a simple follow up. I went with another company. I'll spend my money where its appreciated and with a company that appreciates their customers.

We would like to thank you, Thomas, and all the other top-notch people there at Landscaping Tune-Ups for a job well done these past several years, especially the skills you have displayed in protecting our many precious trees and plants during the freeze(s) we have experienced this past year. Our grounds are a credit to you and your team.
