Tyler showed up as scheduled, glanced briefly at the leak, and said it was coming from mom's toilet. Sure enough, the seal around the base of the toilet had rotted and Tyler efficiently replaced it. To have a continuity of service, where you know them and they know you is nice.

$345.00 for a clogged toilet upstairs. Tried to go thru attic vent, an hour later, wasn't successful. Removed toilet, then could reach clog. Charged me for vent attempt therefore I feel I paid too much.

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN AUGUSTA! I had a great experience with Earl Babbit and I will recommend them to everyone. After discovering a sever leak about an hour before I was supposed to be leaving for work in the morning, I knew my day was ruined. Earl Babbit to the rescue.
