Charles "Bit" Brittingham is the fourth generation of plumbers in his family and has a well-known and respected reputation around the Augusta area. Charles' great-grandfather, Thomas G. Brittingham, came to Augusta from Baltimore to work on the Bon Air Hotel when it burned around the turn of the century, and since then his grandfather, father, and two uncles have also been in the plumbing business here in Augusta.
