A complete rip off! A leaky outside faucet. They came at 8:45AM to an 8AM appointment with no phone call to us. They worked for all of 20 minutes and the bill was for. $462.00 (after tax)! There are no details on the invoice other than "fixed leaky faucet - Qty 1". We feel violated. We've heard stories of the stereotypical plumbing rip off but to experience it is something else.

I hired them to remove an old water filter. Two people came when I was expecting only one - just a friend with the plumber I think. He removed the filter which was a pretty simple job and took out a hot water dispenser. Left a mess under the sink and then charged me over $400. for this. I ordered a brushed ss soap dispenser and air gap cover and twice it came in the wrong finish.
I asked for my money back and as of today I have not received it. Called several times and each time they stall me - I have just placed it in dispute with my bank. I would never do business with this company and the companies they represent should think twice - terrible service.

Lauren and Tarin helped us with the installation of a water purifier we purchased, including a reset of the faucet structure in our kitchen. They were great at helping us figure out installation options and then over two iterations (parts needed ordering) got it installed quickly and cleanly. Knowledge, experience, and efficiency well worth the cost!

Denver came out from BPI, and did a repair of our Toto Toilet. Figured out the issue immediately, ordered one extra part and came back 3 days later for a repair in one hour. These are complex toilets, and another plumbing firm wanted $800 to repair and couldn't even figure how to do the repair, kept trying to sell a new toilet. Highly recommended.

Brandon and an apprentice (sorry.forgot your name), came out to do multiple projects. They were amazing! They managed to fix a hose bib, install a new hose bib, diagnose a bad toilet, move a drain and reroute a pipe that was in the way, install a new drainage line for an old failed french drain in our driveway, and reroute a problem pipe in the wall.
In addition to this, Brandon gave me several very helpful tips for proceeding with my mostly DIY bathroom remodel. I will absolutely be calling Bellevue Plumbing for all of my plumbing needs. Highly recommended!

Dealing with Bellevue Plumbing has been a nightmare. A new water heater was installed incorrectly in my 72-old mother's home, in the sense that the temperature controls were not accessible (a door from the closet where the water heater was installed has to be removed to set the temperature). A simple rotation of the heater would fix this. A plumber came to inspect, but said the rotation was not under warranty; he removed the closet door reset the temperature to what he thought was good, and then told my mom to not change the temperature again.
This is ridiculous and unprofessional - my entire life we've regularly raised the water temperature in winter, and lowered it in summer to save costs. I disputed the no warranty coverage since Bellevue Plumbing installed the water heater - it's not our fault that they installed it incorrectly. After calling the office, explaining the situation, I was told that the rotation would indeed be covered under warranty.
A couple days later the same plumber calls and says it's no longer under warranty, and that the person I talked to in the office was wrong. I'm not sure if it's plumber laziness, poor communication in their office, a dysfunctional business, or just plain greed, but I think it's criminal that they won't reorient their poor installation so that my senior mother can regulate her water's temperature. Avoid this company at all costs.

I had a plumbing emergency at my business and I called around and found that Bellevue Plumbing was the most responsive. The fixed my emergency within the hour and didn't charge an exorbitant amount in my hour of need. I also had them work on a small job on my house and it was done so neatly and with care. My neighbors have used them and I always hear from them how great they treat their customers.

Marcus came to my house and took care of a small issue. I appreciate his expertise as he took care of my issue in a timely manner. He gave me a further estimate should I need a full replacement of my toilet. I feel the pricing was excellent and will use Bellevue Plumbing on any future pluming needs.

Thank you all at Bellevue plumbing for a job well done and at a reasonable price. We thoroughly enjoyed working with your employees, because they were courteous, knowledgeable and reasonable. After many hours of work, Brandon came to fix a drainage problem with the clothes washer and a leaking shower. Brandon did a fine job at detecting the cause for both problems and fixing them.

I was over charged on an invoice from a previous job. So I was told by two of them over the phone that they would take it off my next invoice, I said o.k fine. Sure enough, when I get the invoice, that charge was not removed. When I called to ask why, I was told they would not take the over charge off my invoice because when I was over charged they were in the process of changing ownership, so it was not their responsibility.
My thought was, it's not my responsibility either, if you change ownership in a company, you take responsibility for whatever they leave behind. Granted the over charge was only about $50.00, I don't see why I had to pay that money for nothing because of their negligence. As far as the work goes, the plumber himself was fine, he was knowledgeable and did good work. However, the administrative staff at Bellevue Plumbing is horrible.
They pulled the plumber off my job about half way through to work on another job. No warning, no notice that he was not even there. So I show up on my job wondering why it's taken four days to screw a fiberglass shower to a wall, and is still not done. My employee informed me the plumber hadn't been there for days. As a result, a lot of money was lost because of the delay.
