I used this company 6 years ago (Aug 2016) through my home warranty to diagnose my AC that quit. The compressor went bad and I agreed my AC and furnace were too old and needed replacement. The initial tech never reported his findings to my home warranty, so I was SOL on recouping any repair cost. They installed the unit and I assumed all was working fine.

I called for a yearly tune-up when it was due and talked to 2 rude people on the phone, so I called another company. It came time to extend the York warranty and I had to call 3 times to get them to submit the extension on the very last day it was due. Now, 6 years later I have a problem with my AC and I find out the unit was not installed properly, there was air in the refrigerant line, and it was overcharged at too high a PSI (Nobody has added charge since install). Unacceptable and might have damaged the compressor. Now I have a large repair bill that shouldn't exist due to installer negligence.

Called them around 7:30am for the AC problem and they showed up at my door at 1:30pm! Byron and Pat (Hope I spelled their name right) were very professional. They quickly identified the problem and explained the fixing process thoroughly. Highly recommend them!

The appointment was scheduled for 10am, both my husband and I have busy schedules but luckily I didn't have to leave for my class until 2pm. No response to calls, no update until 1:30pm to tell me they are 30 minutes out. I had to go to class and my Husband had to take personal time off to come for the appt. The employee couldn't get ahold of our landlord at that time but that wasn't the unprofessional part -- later in the week when my landlord called to sort things out they were extremely rude over the phone.

They LIED to her saying their employee claimed that my husband AND I called her terrible and that she should be ashamed to be such a bad landlord.? First off, I was not even home, secondly our landlord has been nothing but kind to us - I don't appreciate the rudeness she experienced over the phone and the lies about us. This on top of ignoring my calls for updates and being extremely late, I wouldn't recommend them.

I care for my 88 yr old mother and a husband who has pancreatic cancer so we joined forces a few months ago, bought a larger home and moved 4 generations / 10 people into it. Working Heat and A/C is a necessity. The HVAC stopped heating part of our house over the weekend, CHW set us up with All Comfort Specialists, previous house had AHS so we knew it could be a long wait and probably poor service. But.

To our surprise, the technicians were early, very professional, very nice. They got right on the job of diagnosing and fixing. They cleaned out the unit and got it working. I asked about a Maintenance Plan to avoid this type of shut down in the future and they were very helpful. We are Very pleased with this company. We would highly recommend this company to all our family and friends.

We have used this company several times now. Travis came out the same day we called to schedule regular maintenance. He was professional and friendly. He found an issue that he was able to fix quickly to have our system ready for the upcoming cold weather. We are very happy with the service we received today and would highly recommend this company. Travis was awesome in addressing my issue. My upstairs room was not cooling at all and would get into the 90s even during the evening. He was on time and worked diligently to get the problem addressed. Fortunately, he already had the replacement parts with him so there was no need to wait. I can now feel air coming through the vents and see the temperature lowering. Great job!

Wow, we made a call at 9 am on a Saturday in the hottest week of the year, and our technician was at our home by noon! He got us all fixed on the spot, when a previous company tried to tell us it would be a week before parts could come.
