First, I would like to say, I enjoyed the professionalism of the installers who took the time to answer questions that I asked without hesitation. I genuinely appreciated having such a talented team of professionals whom I felt comfortable having in my home without fear and anxiety. It was a blessing to have a comfortable feeling of men being in my home; they felt like my own family.

I am completely satisfied with the quality of work and mindfulness shown. The windows are fantastic and easy to clean inside and out. I absolutely love them very much. Our cedar home was due for a paint job and we elected to go with First Choice and their Cool Wall application. While I can't yet speak to summer cooling impact of the product, I can say that Eric and his crew did a phenomenal job. They were meticulous with every detail and the house looks great! Communication was exceptional as we dealt with dicey weather that didn't permit them to work effectively some days. They did everything they said they would do, plus some. Wholeheartedly recommend.

Had windows installed in July, and noticed in September 2 were leaking and 1 cracked. Been telling me ever since they would schedule someone to come. I call every month and am told the same thing. All this time and still have not received warranty paperwork. Quick to sell to you, but after they get your money they seem like they could care less. Would not recommend!

When it was time to replace our windows, our neighbors recommended we use First Choice as they had done work for them on several occasions. Though the work came with it's fair share of challenges, Scott and his crew came through for us and we couldn't be happier with the end result. 1st Choice Home Improvements did a 1st class job on my bathroom repair and remodeling. It was an extensive repair process and they handled it with great skill and professionalism. Now I have a beautiful bathroom I can be proud of. And since this is an older house they gave me great tips on how to handle some of the other challenges not related to the original job they did for me. Invaluable advice. Just good people. Finally got our windows installed today! Brad, our installer did an excellent job, great communicator, and overall a great representation of 1st Choice. He more than made up for their sales person Mark who almost talked himself out of a sale which is why I only gave them a 4 star rating. Overall, we are very happy and our house looks much better!

1st Choice Home Improvements worked with me along the whole process with my VA grant and did an amazing job on the bathroom remodel. I especially like the recessed shower pan that I can roll my wheelchair into. As a retired vet, I now have peace of mind and safety while using my new shower. The 1st Choice team completed a quality sliding door and transom install that exceeded my expectations. The install required coordination across multiple trades including brick masonry. There were a few delays along the way but that was expected given the current COVID challenges. The end product was worth the wait. Going with 1st Choice was the right choice for outstanding quality and workmanship. I highly recommend them.

I am so very happy with my new windows and hurricane shutters. With only 1 person installing the windows, he was very professional and knew his job very well. We are very pleased.

The installer, Mr. Chris Roberts, always kept me informed on timing and any concerns he had. He handled every detail as if his name was on the final product. I appreciated his expertise and knowledge. I needed this remodel to be done correctly. I have one of those blue tags that hang on the mirror of my car. That made the walk-in shower a necessity. I would highly recommend working with this company again. Ask for Mr. Roberts to be your installer.

BEWARE! Nine Years or so I had First Choice install all high impact windows in my home. They did a good job selling and installing. Then 13 months ago I lost the seal on two of the windows. First Choice jacked me around for 13 months and finally today I got windows replaced. They make you feel terrible because you can't take off work at a time convenient to them.

I work until 2pm and off on Wednesdays. It should not take 13 months to get a warranted window replaced. Then to make it worse, 6 months after they tell me they are under warranty, they claimed one window was not. Had to pay full price for one window. Go figure? Both purchased and installed at the same time and all sold to me under one window name and warranty that was included in my purchase package.

I sent pictures, they sent installer out 2 times to take more pictures, tried to have me order one of the impact windows, cancelled installation due to an emergency and I had to call after a week to set another time. I hope others have a more pleasant experience when you need an item repaired. Well, they got their money but lost a customer! Buyer Beware!

I spearheaded putting new roofs on mine and my 3 neighbors townhome and I am speaking on behalf of them, as well. I obtained estimates from 7 roofers and 1ST Choice Home Improvements came out on top. I personally oversaw the whole project to completion which was a pleasant experience as well as an educational one at that. All that was contracted was completed on time and in a very professional manner, including clean up and.....WE LOVE OUR NEW ROOFS!! 1ST Choice Home Improvements is a certified Owens Corning roofing product and each of the property owners was provided a 50 yr warranty on both materials and labor by Owens Corning, which is transferable one time to a new owner, which is a valuable asset to carry going forward. I very highly recommend 1ST Choice Home Improvements.

This company did a FANTASTIC job on our kitchen remodel!!!!! I would DEFINITELY recommend them to ayone who wants the best professionals working on their project!!!!! I will say that at first, I was very upset with them and wrote a review that was evident of my frustration regarding the length of itme it took to get started on our project and the lack of communication that was coming from their office. However, I later learned that they had made a personnel change that made a big difference.

The profect itself involved taking down a load-bearing wall between the family room and the kitchen, adding an island, adding new cabinetry and new flooring. The design was just as we had imagined and was written up in February. The work didn't actually begin until May, but once it began, the workers worked so had and diligently to gei it finished. Scott was so easy to get in touch with, and actually gave me his cell number.

He was intent on making sure everything was completed to our expectations and it WAS!!! THANK YOU SCOTT and all of the emploees of 1st CHOICE HOME IMPROVEMENTS!!! We LOVE our new Kitchen!!

I recently had windows installed by 1st Choice Home Improvements. The windows look simply amazing! The overall process was good. The representative that came out was very knowledgeable about the windows and showed me things that other companies didn't even bother to explain. He was very patient because I had a lot of questions! The 2 guys that came out to install the windows did a really good job also!

I was very concerned about the potential mess that was created as the old windows were removed, however, they were sure to clean up as they progressed from one opening to the next. Both my husband and I could tell an immediate difference that the windows made on the AC usage in our home. I was really skeptical on the impact the windows would have on our newer home (built in 2009), however, seeing is believing! The windows were everything that we were promised and more! I definitely recommend this company!

Great service, our siding turned out great. We had help from Craig to pick the perfect color and type. Getting started was a little difficult but only because of the weather. Siding was up in 1.5 was. The worker that came do our siding was very courteous and checked in with us daily to show us things that needed attention and to make sure we were happy with the work he was doing as he was installing. Very happy with how everything turned out. And our house looks SO MUCH BETTER! Kudos to 1st Choice!

1st choice had to redo our shower. We went from a "cave shower" to an open one. It consisted of taking out a wall. We are very please with the outcome.

Awesome company!!! I would highly recommend this company. I had them install new windows in my home. The windows are high quality, the install was done in two days with absolutely no mess left, and only a one man team!!!! These guys go above and beyond for you!!!! Superb!!!!

We want to express to you our satisfaction for a job well done. We thought we knew what our new room would look like but it far surpassed our expectations. It's just beautiful and we have been told this many times by friends. The quality of material and the experts dealing with it made for a superior job.

Beware of this company. After spending a lot of money replacing/installing all of our vinyl windows I felt good knowing I had a great warranty they sold us on--NOT TRUE!

The master bathroom remodel is our third project with 1st Choice. Craig was exceptional helping guide us through the project! The cost versus value of the bath remodel was very fair. Even though we had used 1st Choice for our windows and kitchen, we shopped other companies and still found that 1st Choice was our best choice!

We had double-paned vinyl windows with detachable window shields installed in February 2015. After a year with the new windows, we are still happy with them. They were here on time, completed the install in a day, and left the site with no evidence that they were here, other than the new windows. We love them and recommend the company highly.

I had an appt with 1st Choice Home Improvements for a quote on replacement windows today and the guy refused to give me a quote unless my wife was here also. Said it was against policy, and that he had to give his whole presentation to both of us.

I was very pleased and satisfied with the installation of my hurricane shutters by Justin Mercer and his installation crew on Monday, February 4, 2008.
